There are very few K-pop songs I feel comfortable playing on full volume in the car. What songs are so good you wouldn’t think twice about playing them on full volume? Here are some of mine: Late Night Calls - P1Harmony (even locals are guaranteed to love this one, tried and true) Anywhere But Home - SEULGI Perfume - DOJAEJUNG picassO - OnlyOneOf Impossible - RIIZE Bye - LeeHi So Cynical (Badum) - LE SSERAFIM submitted by /u/illandconcerned [link] [comments]
Stumbled upon this article about how her teaser is allegedly made through AI and there were people hating on her and/or The Blacklabel because of it. It's really sad because I remembered how she was well-loved by everyone in IOI and how everyone rooted for her when she chose to become a soloist. Honestly, Somi is an all-rounder. Girlie can sing, dance, and has the face card that will not decline in any genre. I'd like to think it's all because of her company, but I also wonder what factors might have affected this turn of events with her career. submitted by /u/ch0eunz [link] [comments]

We made an new fan subreddit for BTS called r/BTS7Thoughts… It‘s supposed to be a community focused sub where every fan has a voice so feel free to join and post. _ Heyy everyone, this is supposed to be a chill space for ARMY, no heavy post restrictions or guidelines. nouera has just released one of the best albums of this year (n : number of cases ) , but unfortunately they are stuck in the trenches of nugudom . my personal favs from the album is make you move and warning! submitted by /u/bloodredroses123 [link] [comments]
I saw many comments about how now that Allday Project is successful Kard will start gaining more popularity or more co-ed groups will arise but just because ADP is going viral in Korea doesn't mean Koreans have become more accepting of co-ed groups. It's a combination of things are the behind their success like them being from TBL, having popular members pre-debut, their timing, their song appealing to many people in SK etc. Them being more hip-hop and not leaning towards the "romantic" aspect also plays a part. Debuting a co-ed group is still a very risky move which majority won't take. They can get more profit with less risks by debuting a girl group or boy group. submitted by /u/DiMpLe_dolL003 [link] [comments]
Hi !! I’m 24F from London and I’m looking for some kpop friends to actually hang out with. I’ve been a fan since 2018, and NCT are my ults. I’m down to meet anyone who’s into kpop and wants to go to concerts, events or just talk about music. If you’re in London and want to meet up or just chat, send me a DM or drop a comment! Would be great to make some new friends who get it. submitted by /u/notRYN117 [link] [comments]
Ahhh, I can't remember exactly who it was by nor any of the lyrics 😅 All I know is that it sounded kind of childish, and that it kind of reminded me of Squid Game? It might have been by Le Sserafim or New Jeans? submitted by /u/Acrobatic_Hat0 [link] [comments]
Kpop fans are probably already some of the most delusional idiots you’ll ever encounter but this post got a little chuckle out of me not gonna lie. Streaming patterns aren’t exactly that difficult to understand, but I guess some people need the concept dumbed down for them. submitted by /u/not_Hades365 [link] [comments]

I want BTS to try "how many clicks ft Lil kim". My millennial self lives the song and I adore the beat and I know BTS can do wonders on it. Second one would be dear mama. I know Hobi would slay that beat like there is no tomorrow. What about your ults? submitted by /u/MwikaliA [link] [comments]

This is more from a perspective of a stan (who buys albums, watches group content etc) than a casual fan. These days when groups approach contract ending period most of the times few members sign a separate solo contract with different companies because they want to pursue their other interests or they want other people to handle their solo music career. I appreciate these members loyalty and love to their groups and fans, but to me it’s basically a red flag for a group. At first I thought: wow that’s an amazing idea! But in action, it turned out that it basically just means a group gonna gather together once in a blue moon and members with a double contract, for some reasons, are absent from photocards, photoshoots, group social media, video content, oversea schedules etc Maybe I’m misunderstanding something but what is the point of solo members signing a group contract if they can just gather together anytime in the future freely with “hiatus” status? I have some pity for group stans, of course everyone is happy for solo members! and groups have tiny shell life etc but with contract renewal news it’s still a confusing feeling you know. when there is some full group content It’s like: here DAMN haha submitted by /u/mycatyeonjun [link] [comments]
concept-wise, she nailed it. but listening to the song alone... it dies on her parts :( aespa has had an insane title track run, we all know that: spicy, drama, supernova, armageddon, whiplash. i love them all, so i was so excited for dirty work release. as quick as i watched it, was how quick i felt that something's off. when i rewatched it yesterday, i realized it was because of winter's voice. i love her, okay. she's a great singer but (yes, there's a "but" that's the point) the whispering is just not it. i know the goal was to sound sexy, but it just sounded lazy. don't get me wrong, the first verse was okay. it's her chorus part that made me uncomfortable as a listener because it's sounded like she didn't want to sing lol if you know what i mean. especially the "drop it low low low" part. now, all the members had that line. karina's and ningning's were building up the hype and then it suddenly died down on winter's. good thing giselle's was able to save it. the live performance was more unconvincing too, because it's just impossible to whisper-sing while dancing. idk, is it just me? it's like moira dela torre singing a cardi b song and i don't like it :( submitted by /u/Longjumping-Brick133 [link] [comments]
