I've been staning ateez since 2020 , I still remember when i listened to wonderland , I could never stop stanning them from then on , but over the years I've found something odd. I don't who is managing them , but who ever is doing the job needs to be sacked immediately! Literally their b-sides are way more better than their mv's ! Hi KNetz and Kpop fans, I'm streaming online and searching for fun contents of idol groups and as also a Running Man fan. I'm not just into a groups dance & music but I fell inlove more when theyre doing something that is way beyond their field and show their varieties of personality and etc. I love when idols making contents about them being competetiveness, stamina and teamwork. Like, I'm sure there's some hardcore K-pop fans annoyed at the influx of new people thanks to K-POP Demon Hunters, but I think any door is one that can be taken earnestly, and over the last few days I've developed a genuine interest beyond just the songs from the movie, getting into aespa and Dreamcatcher and i-dle just to name a few, and I don't see that I'll lose interest as the movie hype fades. This music is great, and I can't wait to find more Also, sidenote, I'm also a guy who's really struggled trying to find my sense of fashion here in America, and men's S Korean fashion is really speaking to me, so it opened that door for me too, and I'll be diving into that more Now, I understand being a K-pop fan is much more than just listening to the music. i think healthy obsession is okay but she keeps on saying how she will get to meet him one day and he will fall in love with her. i know kpop is marketed to make fans obsessed with the idols and think they have a chance but it’s really worrying me because she already rejected a guy who asked her out on a date because she said if she won’t date the idol she won’t ever date in her life. i’ve been telling her how unhealthy this is and she just won’t listen (also she is not a teenager but a 25 year old…) is there any other way to help her? submitted by /u/sunsetky [link] [comments]
