And beg them to listen to music outside K-pop? For me, it’s when they hear members of a group harmonising. It’s like they’ve seen heaven and it has never happened before. They’ll talk about it for months and it’s always so funny to me because it’s literally the group’s job to be able to do that. Drop yours in the comments. Let’s keep it light and fun, thanks! submitted by /u/Reel-Trouble34 [link] [comments]

Was rewatching Itzy performances and both of Ryujin's heels broke during one of them. Like girl, one wrong move and your ankles are GONE I don't get why idols still wear them after so many accidents with tripping on stages. submitted by /u/Gold_Meaning3688 [link] [comments]
Let's be real all maknaes are really cute but TripleS seoAh and Le sserafim Eunchae are sooo cute sometimes ( Honorary member would be Ni-ki when he isn't acting so non chalant) submitted by /u/Ok_Assignment9778 [link] [comments]
ok so i was watching the mv for club icarus ( i know im late im sorry) and first off it is SO GOOD. second of all.. the missing poster on the milk carton says the person answers to 'Itty Bitty Cocker Titty'. now i know artms has lots of lore but i cannot for the life of me understand how that would link into it. im also surprised that it hasnt really been talked about much 😭 https://preview.redd.it/bsjehqh0hj8f1.png?width=1171&format=png&auto=webp&s=65039a117efd11f357fbc279f19589e6c8c28d49 submitted by /u/Known_Mobile5552 [link] [comments]
Just curious to see people's thoughts on the matter. submitted by /u/Lost-Investigator266 [link] [comments]
For those of you who don't remember, it was a bunch of Hybe Artsist playing Games together (Fromis_9, TXT, Enhypen, Lesserafim, Seventeen, Baekho, Hwang Min Hyu, Lee Hyun) on a 'Picnic' and it was super fun! I can imagine that it is not easy to do a project like this again, but it would be so worth it, especially since there is a bunch of new groups in Hybe now. I think it would be cool if other companies with lots of groups would do this too (YG, JYP, SM...) or if just a bunch of groups came together to do something similiar like this. (I wish we had more interactions of differnet idols and groups in front of the camera) submitted by /u/cat_girl10 [link] [comments]
International Kpop Stan's are often shocked when idols talk to or does dance challenges with "problematic" idols. I saw a tiktok talking about a boy group member doing a tiktok with a Kiss Of Life member. The TikTok expressed disappointment in said boy group member and that made me think of this issue. Its also not only racial or effensive issues. When idols were doing dance challenges and talking to Keena from 50/50, people expressed disappointment in idols doing tiktok challenges with her. Do you truly think idols care about the old 50/50 and Keena's issue? Even with the New Jeans situation, do Kpop Stan's really believe idols were gonna stop using their songs, talking to them,or take pics with them? submitted by /u/Spare_Property315 [link] [comments]
Since everything is about profit , I don't understand how having more writers is actually profitable in any sense like if there are 2 songs earning the same amount but one has 4 writers and other one has 10 then it's obvious that that the first song is more profitable for company so why do the companies are using 10 writers for a 2 min song?? submitted by /u/Adventurous-Dog5560 [link] [comments]
For me it's go hard by twice lol. I came across it various times in videos and shorts but I never paid attention to it and never listened it whole to know it was such a bop song by twice. I'm kind of a teeny bit once and I love them but I was..shocked out of my mind that it's a kpop song and from twice. I love the beat after chorus and just assumed it's some Hollywood song but omg(sorry) it's such a power vibe song. submitted by /u/Efficient-Pay7623 [link] [comments]
Hi everyone! 🫶 A little while ago I shared Popsy, a free tool I made to help international fans write comments in natural Korean like natives do online. I built it because I saw so many heartfelt comments from fans get a bit lost in translation, either sounding robotic or too stiff. Popsy helps turn your English into fluent, casual or polite Korean that actually sounds like something a Korean fan would say. And since I first shared, I got so much positive feedbacks that it really helped learning and getting new interest in Korean! So, I'm back with some exciting updates! 🌊 NEW: Busan Satoori Mode You can now write comments in Busan dialect! If your bias is from Busan or you just love the vibe of 사투리, this one’s for you. (Winter from Aespa is well know for using Satoori 😉) 🖼️ NEW: Photocard Studio (Beta) Upload a picture and turn it into a shareable photocard. It even shines when interact with it. I thought it could be a fun little feature for K-pop fans :) 📱 UPDATE: Better mobile design I cleaned up the interface, made things smoother and faster (especially on mobile), and added new features like voice playback, save buttons, and a copy-to-clipboard function for sharing. Everything’s still 100% free. No login required. Just something I’m just building out of my passion and as a hobby. Try it here → https://www.popsyapp.com If you try the new features, I’d love to hear what you think! And if there’s a tone, feature, or fandom preset you want added, let me know. Thanks a lot for the supports! 🫶 submitted by /u/Puzzleheaded_Ad2237 [link] [comments]

Hiii everyone! I’m doing a research project for my Master's dissertation on the impact of K-pop idols as brand ambassadors ! The whole idea is to get honest insights – no judgement, no right or wrong answers. Whether you're deep in the merch life or just here for the music, your experience counts. It’s fully anonymous and takes about 5 min ! Every response helps me not crash and burn academically, so thanks in advance 🫶 Feel free to comment if you have thoughts/questions, or just wanna rant about capitalism in K-pop lmao Note : the questionnaire is translated into French as well submitted by /u/iScrewz [link] [comments]
I'm seeing lot more idol nowadays participating in variety shows with babies, ofc they're adorable and it makes for a really cute and fun shows . But i was wondering if this is Korean government's effort to boost population by making companies make more such shows which encourage k-citizens to make cute babies by getting inspired. Or perhaps it's effort from entertainment industry? Or is it just something that's trending lately? What do you guys think? submitted by /u/PeeledReality [link] [comments]

Who are all the idols who host or have hosted their own talk or variety shows? Here are the ones that I know of: Minju (Illit) - Minju’s Pink Cabinet Eunchae (Le Sserafim) - Eunchae’s Star Diary Suga (BTS) - Suchwita Sana (Twice) - Sana’s Fridge Interview Also, some questions for discussion: What is your favorite idol-hosted talk show? Which idol do you think has done the best job as a talk show host, and why? If you could choose one idol who hasn’t hosted their own talk/variety show yet to get their own show, who would you choose, and what would the concept be? submitted by /u/pussycontrolgonemad [link] [comments]
Exactly like the titles says, this is the bar from the pictures released by the Japanese tabloid Shukan bunshun, supposedly showing Ju Haknyeon and Asuka Kirara standing in the entrance, in the middle of the street, in broad day light. It's Public Stand Roppongi パブリックスタンド 六本木店 in Roppongi, and according to google and this webpage, it has been permanently closed. I can't tell since when it has been closed, but the pictures are supposed to have been taken as early as last month on May 30th. submitted by /u/M_lichat [link] [comments]
