Title, just curious if anyone has any celebrity in mind like this. submitted by /u/TracerB16 [link] [comments]
in these few months I experienced so many news that sasaengs stalked enhypen home, etc etc... AND NOW THAT? in such a short period of time? just a few days ago some sasaengs literally broke into enhypens dorm, and now heeseungs adress got leaked? its just so disgusting and disturbing, and the more the fandom grows, the more incidents like that happen and it concerns me a lot. and the fact that belift barely does anything? hello? do you really care about your artists? just imagine how scary that is for the members, and then there's their company man. I genuinely hope belift will come to their sense and do something about all of this because this is creeping me out submitted by /u/ellax_xalle [link] [comments]
You could also include the era you started listening to them if that was earlier! Here are mine: Oneus - Debut, Valkyrie (09.01.2019) Zerobaseone - Before/around Yura Yura era (early 2024) but been listening and semi-following since debut In Bloom (2023) 1Verse - Pre-debut, around before the era of Hyuk's mixtape Ordinary Person (early 2024) XONIK - Pre-debut, around when they made their first public appearance in May 2025. Most of these grabbed my attention immediately now that I think about it! submitted by /u/BicycleNo1181 [link] [comments]

Based on how much you like the vibe, type of music, in which generation do you find your sound the most? Mine would be : 4th Gen - Best discography out of the 5 imo 2nd - Genuinely obsessed, might take first place one day. 5th gen - Not specifically a fan of everyone but a lot of groups with huge potential. 3rd Gen - I only really like Twice and Red Velvet but they are my ults so. 1st Gen - Only used to listen a bit to Lee Hyori and S.E.S 3rd and 5th gen are interchangeable to me. submitted by /u/yofavcity [link] [comments]

I came across a video from baby monster released a few days ago of their new song today and I really like it. It's very catchy. It reminded me of what I like most about 80s electro infused hip hop from the likes of Sir Mix-A-Lot, J.J. Fad and Salt-N-Pepa. I also saw that it was six of them and they usually have seven members, correct me if I'm wrong. Hope she's okay and is back soon ❤️. Overall songs I enjoyed from them are forever, like that, and now I have hot sauce to add to my liked songs from them. They did the song justice. submitted by /u/SoftOk3836 [link] [comments]
All I'm going to say is if companies want me to continue to buy concert tickets, and with these ticket prices and with how everything is getting crazy expensive (living expense wise), I'm going to need more bang for my buck and that includes keeping ALL the songs they have for the tour setlists. Normally, I see the US setlist and get sad when I see my fave songs cut but still go to support. But enough is enough! Please know, companies, that I am willing to sit and watch my faves for more than 2 hours. 3-4 hours even! submitted by /u/NMIXXLUVR [link] [comments]
Apple Music just posted their top 500 most streamed songs on the platform history and Dynamite was crowned as the most streamed song by a group, by an asian artist and by a Korean artist and the #34th most streamed song overall, which is such a huge achievement considering how stacked the top 300 especially was. However, what's also very interesting is how BTS (and the members) dominate so many other platforms accross the board. Jungkook owns the record for the most streamed song both by an Asian and a Korean act on Spotify with Seven (81st overall) and with the second most streamed song for a Korean act being Dynamite itself. On melon, Queen Spring Day holds the record for the most streamed song on the platforms history. As for Soundcloud, Jimin owns the record for the most streamed song by any act (also the highest first day streams in the platform's history) with Promise. And Jin owns the record for the most shazamed song by a Korean act (95th overall). The only platform where the record is not taken by BTS is YouTube, in which Psy's Gangnam style, to no one's surprise, holds the record and is the 9th most viewed music video overall. (Baby Shark by Pinkfong is the most viewed MV of all time on the platform's history but that is released under an educational entertainment company so I wont count it here). I know its generally expected from BTS but the numbers they pull, and seeing how they and their members perform accross the board and manage to dominate platforms and spaces that seldom are open for foreign acts, nonetheless, will always astound me. submitted by /u/Ghetto_Leda99 [link] [comments]
If you know Unis, then you know Ahof and Unis are in the same entertainment company. This is probably going to be somewhat controversial (Please don't drag me🥺). I'm a fan of both fandoms, though I'm more of an Everafter, but I'm loving Ahof. There's been tensions, though it haven't 'exploded' yet. Especially the treatment of Unis compared to Ahof..some fans have pointed out that Ahof's had more 'special treatment'(I don't want to call it that, but for a lack of a better term.) That one SBS concert where Ahof could perform but Unis didn't. Totally understand where Everafters are coming from. I know most of the fans aren't even directing their frustrations to Ahof but to the company. Cause it doesn't make sense that they're not included. I suppose as a fan of Kpop for a lil bit more than a decade, I didn't realize girl groups don't sell much as boy groups. Unless it's from a big company (but even that isn't assurance enough these days). Unis is popular globally but domestically, not much. I just feel like the entertainment company is bad at promoting a girl group. Their debut was fine, but the title track was disappointing. Curious was a bit better and swicy was a good step. But even that doesn't seem to compare to Ahof. Their title track is good. Then again, Unis was the entertainment's first group. There's the trial and error phase, or I feel like they don't know what direction to take with Unis. Especially with the experimentation of trying different genres... still trying to figure out their niche, I guess? Ahof is pretty good, watched the show, love JL. They're talented and good looking. So it's not a surprise. I think Ahof's advantage is they have more Korean fans compared to Unis. And some Koreans tend to be not as welcome to foreign members, read that somewhere. It isn't exactly that they're hated. Maybe they just like to stan Koreans or.. you know the r word? (You'll be lying if you don't admit that at least. Even from the biggest girl groups, SEAsians seems to be 'ignored'). And it's just sad really. In another note, Hope Unis becomes as successful as Ahof. Seriously, the nameless fandom is not to be trifled with. They're going all out in votings and streaming the MV. Hope Everafters wake up and start streaming as well. It's not over just because the promotions are over. If you love Unis, keep streaming, it's stuck at 15M views. That's just sad since their contracts ending, isn't so far away. Their contracts won't be extended this way. (Yeah, I'm just crashing out about that fact, excuse me lol) 🥲✌🏻 submitted by /u/NoInfluence6902 [link] [comments]

I literally cringe watching a lot of kpop idols dancing to regular tiktok challenges, even with my ults💀, like I don't know if its just a kpop training thing but most idols can't do simple tiktok dance trends without popping and locking every joint in their body, I can't even fully explain it but they aren't fluid? when it coming to doing simple dances they either overdo it or just do completely different dance moves. I noticed it more when they are doing amapiano dance moves or tiktok trends by black creators, those types of dances are more like a chill fun vibe where youre not really doing too much but for them they treat it like its a dance competition or it just looks like their body can't even physically do the dance so they just change the whole thing, I guess its cause they're usually taught one specific type of dance so... Even with my favs, when I see them dancing like that, I just avoid the whole video cause I really cannot. The only person I can think of right now thats always does the trends accurately is Shotaro. And their fans would still be claiming they are the best dancers when they can't even do a simple dance trend 😀. submitted by /u/PrestigiousUse203 [link] [comments]
