1.Non black kpop fans should not be telling us to get over things. 2.kpop is literally built off of black culture . Bet you wanna ft cardi b was horrible 4 most kpop idols looks are overrated (Jennie Lisa Yoona Wonyoung ) 5 black pink are overrated . 6 Lisa and Jennie are not good rappers. 7 KIOL knew what they were doing 8 Exo has better vocals then bts while bts has better rappers 9 aespa, nmixx, and purple kiss best 4th gen vocals 10-colorism will never be okay 11 Taeil deserves more than 7 years. 12-Yg has an obsession with black culture Katseye isn’t kpop Jessi blackfishes jhope last good song best tt is daydream 16-Amber liu and Wendy are racist Luna top 3 kpop vocalist . Jay park deserves hate . 19 jaejoong from tvxq is an ace 20 CL is YG best female rapper 21 black pink needs to be held accountable 22 smart by lesserafim was horrible . I’m not a fan of Wendy from red velvet vocal color. 24 rose’ only good singer in black pink Soyeon is a good rapper . Excuse me from AOA is best Title track . Jhope new song was terrible . submitted by /u/Far_Measurement5417 [link] [comments]

969. Do you think illit could release a hit as big as magnetic again?

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

This has been a hot topic in the fandom lately and I wanted to add my two scents. I think yes. Let’s not forget that illit is a pretty recent group with only 3 releases out. They have their whole career ahead of them so there’s definitely space for another big hit. I think it’s too early for fans to get desperate. Plus, considering everything they’ve been through,I think they’re doing quite decent. Another thing is that magnetic was more catchy than their two more recent tts. If you check out magnetic you can tell why it was so successful. Song is extremely catchy and gets stuck in your head,it has a lot of killing parts and it’s very gp friendly. Their recent tts are also good and they clearly have a stable artistic direction but as a fan,I’d personally choose magnetic. And at the end of the day comparing each release to the success of magnetic sucks the fun out of the comeback. A release doesn’t have to be magnetic level to be successful submitted by /u/Alive-Pitch-9180 [link] [comments]

970. What SCANDALOUS idea do you wish a certain idol would actually take on?

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

It's an IYKYK thing but I saw someone commented they'd love to see JX (Jaejoong and Xia Junsu duo) cover TVXQ's "Keep your head down" just to watch the fandom erupt. Context if anyone is curious; it's the title song of tvxq's first comeback after the trio left SM and rumoured to be directed at the members who left. Literally telling them to keep their head down, though of course this idea was refuted. Who really knows though. submitted by /u/GemBum [link] [comments]

972. I hate how there's always a kpop group who becomes the "punching bag".

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Seriously, I hate it. I hate to see how there is always one group that no matter what they do, they will be detested. Blackpink, LESSERAFIM.... have gone through so much, they have been the dumping ground for hate and rancor from so many, many “fans”. Now, it's ILLIT. Really, this needs to stop. We are talking about people, not robots. If you hate your life so much, find a solution instead of dumping your grudges on an idol (or any person). If you like insulting idols so much to make your favorites look better, you should get off the internet for a while. submitted by /u/_issio [link] [comments]

974. Haknyeon: We should wait for evidence

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Here is his statement. Here is 100's response. I'm not a TBZ fan, but I have been watching this play out. There are different stories from all sides. Company says the optics of being seen with a former AV actress is bad, the media alleges criminal activity, Haknyeon says it was not. An investigation has been launched, so we'll find out the truth soon enough. If he did what is alleged, well, that's a stupid way to throw away your career. If he didn't, the apology will not be as loud as the rage we're seeing now. Reporters are claiming prostitution, but it isn't in company statements, and Haknyeon is fighting against the claim. I just think it would be best if we waited to see what's discovered by police before making up our minds. Innocent until proven guilty is a good policy, not just in how we view others, but in how we want them to view us in the case that we come under fire for something we know we did not do. I just think it doesn't hurt to hold back judgement until we get some cold hard evidence. If he did it, then he did it and he'll have to bear the consequences. If he didn't, then a lot of the discussion thus far has been detrimental to his reputation. He'll likely never be allowed back to the group. The optics of being around a former AV star doesn't look good for a k-pop idol, and that's the grounds 100 kicked him out on. It would be difficult to argue against that in a courtroom, considering the conversation sparked by the news of his departure and the media response. If he's found innocent, maybe he can have a career elsewhere but likely not in a group again. submitted by /u/SageSageofSages [link] [comments]

975. Are nosebleeds seats at concerts that bad?

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I will attend the Stray Kids concert, and I have nosebleed seats. From what I understand, my seats are basically at the very back, like the last row and I will have the stairs on my right. I found out that the stage position is actually good. I will be a little to the right curve, The difference between the second section, which is where I’m sitting, and the third and fourth sections is that they’re more on the curve and have a side view of the stage, while my seat will be only be slightly. But I want to understand if I will have a decent view. I know it will be panoramic, but I just hope I can see the big screens well. I get dizzy when I’m up high and I hope I won’t have problems. I think I will be okay because I get dizzy mostly if I can’t see anything below. Since there will be people, I think I will be fine. It’s not my first concert, but it will be my first time in a seated venue. I bought the tickets last minute and took what I could to not risk having none. So in theory, it’s not that bad. But these days people are causing a lot of panic about how nosebleed view is terrible and how you can’t see and barely hear, so it made me a bit anxious. Of course, the most important thing is to be there, and I know that. I just wanted to get some feedback. submitted by /u/ForceApprehensive597 [link] [comments]

978. I'm looking for song recommendations (especially loud ones)

The truth is that I have been listening to the same music for a long time and it is always good for me to know new music, I especially like Boygroups and noisy music, in the photo some examples of songs that are not my favorites as such but define my style very well so if you know songs of that type I would appreciate the recommendation. submitted by /u/cherryXspy [link] [comments]

980. "Gabriela" Music Video and What I Think About It

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I like it. HYBE really knows how to make unique and artistic concepts when it comes to their music videos. I love that they went with a telenovela style and then switch between that camera style and the classic Kpop camera. I mean, come on - it fit the song to a 't'. It thought that some of the moments in the video were a bit too much with the finger and the part with Sophia on the couch, but I guess I'm just more prudish than I thought🤣. submitted by /u/VariousAccess6241 [link] [comments]

984. COMPLETELY UNFILTERED, HONEST OPIONIONS

  • 1 week ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

DISCLAIMER: DON'T COME FOR ME. You are absolutely allowed to voice your differing opinions, but keep it civil, please. Seriously. No, like seriously - read it again. Thank you. Daniela and Manon can't act: Just watched "Gabriela" and found myself actually cringing at how bad Daniela and Manon's line deliveries were in the beginning (and I know Daniela's first language is Spanish, but so is Sofia Vergara's and lots of other actors and actresses). I wasn't expecting them to be amazing or anything, but sheesh. BUT: This does not change they fact that they are INCREDIBLY talented at the stuff that does matter in an idol group - singing and dancing. Megan and Manon's hair are NOT it: Manon looks like they put her hair in a bun and then put the wig on top - like, the way it's sitting looks like it has this weird, huge lump. And I just don't like the different colored bangs on Megan because they've looked faded and fried from the start. Let that girl's hair breathe, baby. Okay. That one was a bit harsh, but I didn't really know how else to say it. BUT: They are both still very beautiful, even with stuff I personally don't find as flattering on them. I don't think either of them would look bad with the hairstyles if they were executed better, which is not their fault. If Lea can do it, I can: We're all aware that when it comes to Itzy's Lea, she is not the strongest dancer, yet she is still able to keep up with the other four girls (who are all truly main dancer quality which is EXTREMELY rare in a group). Itzy's dances aren't easy and Lea is still able to maintain the group's pristine synchronization image. I always keep that in mind when learning Itzy's dances - Lea was able to learn this, so I can too. BUT: Lea is a cutie pie, hard worker, great leader, good singer, and brings a lightness to the group that I really enjoy. She definitely deserves to be in Itzy. I HATE the headband look: You know when they give idols them big 'ole headbands that they slap on top of their foreheads, covering it up completely? You know what I'm talking about? Yeah. That looks SO unflattering to me. I hate that trend. BUT: I really don't have any buts. submitted by /u/VariousAccess6241 [link] [comments]

Hi guys, as the title said- please tell me your fav K-Pop visual/s. Obviously, different people will have different perspective of beauty and ideal visual; so please respect people' comments and opinions. Pls share your opinion/s with me, hope you guys have fun💕 For me, my fav visuals of K-Pop are: Jin (BTS), Jisoo (BLACKPINK, Sunghoon (ENHYPEN), and Wonyoung (IVE). This is not a biased opinion, I just tend to like elegant visuals😉 submitted by /u/Specific_Cake_5410 [link] [comments]
