835. seventeen's music never fails to bait me

  • reddit.com language

u guys ever dislike a song from their album and ignore its existence... then a year or two later you start thinking about that particular song and when u press that play button its straight to favorites. this happens to me ALOT with seventeen, i get my monthly fixation song that i never gave a damn about before. today when i decided to go to bed i found myself thinking about say yes, i didnt care about it nor had it in my seventeen playlist because it wasnt my cup of tea then. but i couldnt sleep thinking about the song so i listened to it and holy mother of christ it sounds so good. our boys are genuinely so talented esp the vocal unit, never fails to comfort me in my sleepless nights. their music ALWAYS grows on me, i couldnt care less if i was years late. i have been stanning them for 5 years and whenever i rediscover a song from them it makes me feel proud of them for no reason. šŸ’”šŸ’”šŸ’”šŸ’” submitted by /u/shoe_minghao [link] [comments]

836. Is this going to be ATEEZ last tour for a while ?

So I plan on going to the Orlando concert next month and this will be my first concert for ateez ( and kpop in general ) and I was wondering if this would possibly be their last one until They take a hiatus or If some of the members are doing military service. I know when they released this tour that people were worried this was the case since the just had a world / US tour not that long ago. submitted by /u/MochaMilku [link] [comments]

837. CYE’s debut was big on paper, but they don’t feel relevant

  • 6 days ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I've been keeping an eye on CYE since their debut on April 1. When I first watched their MV, it had around 203K views in the first 20 hours. I went to sleep, and when I woke up, it had suddenly jumped to 20 million views. Now, three months later, it's sitting at 24 million views with just over 80K likes. They also sold over 100K albums on the first day, which helped them win on music shows. But despite all that, their YouTube content barely reaches 50K views, their debut song has only 2.4 million streams, and the other songs on their album haven’t even hit a million. Their engagement on social media platforms is also really low. So it’s kind of confusing — they seem successful on the surface, but at the same time, they still feel like a nugu group. Why is that? submitted by /u/Novel-Outside-6754 [link] [comments]

guys im ngl I physically and mentally cannottt move on and get over from kiss of lifeee, these girls were filled with talent and passions and I’ve been there since they debutedd, seeing their prime from midas touch and sticky made me feel really proud that they’re finally getting the recognition they got bcoz THEY ARE TALENTEDšŸ’”šŸ’” but after the issue i just silently still kept supporting them, because for me they already apologized but its not enough for summ 😣 what they did is wrong and messed up, I know which is why im quietly stanning them till now but thats not an excuse why they should get all these effed up d3ath threats and unnecessary words, like wtf do yall what em to do? kneel down and lick yalls feet as an apology?? they apologized enough and thats what matters lmaoo im sure they learned from their mistake😭😭😭 yall r missing out sm on their new album because everyone is hating these girls, they had sooo much potential it irks me submitted by /u/justconfused123_ [link] [comments]

853. How come rappers can usually sing well, but vocalists can’t rap well?

  • 6 days ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I’ve thought about this a lot since I found an ult other than skz. In skz, about 6/8 members can do everything fairly well, and the other two I think just don’t really show it, but they can. I find that a lot of the time when an idol has the position as ā€œrapperā€ (or just raps well) they can usually sing pretty well too. For example, Intak, Jiung, and Jongseob from p1h. Most rappers don’t just rap. But whenever someone is a ā€œvocalistā€ if they’re not an ā€œaceā€ they’re usually terrible rappers. Does rapping just take more training, or to be an idol do they all have to at least be somewhat good vocalists and rap is an extra skill? submitted by /u/illandconcerned [link] [comments]
