8. Most Active kpop group you know?

  • 1 hour ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I personally think TWS are extremely active...mabye I'm just saying that cause I'm deep into the 42 rabbit hole but there genuinely always up to something, they did not take that "24/7 with us" concept lightly. In less then 2 years they've had 3 mini albums, with a 4th one on the way, a Korean single, a Japanese debut, a Korean tour, a Japanese Tour, multiple Fancons, I'm so proud of them 🥲 They post new content practically every day, and don't get me started on Weverse, I fear Jungwon might have competition 🥀 ( jk i love him wholeheartedly ) submitted by /u/42_Yudoz [link] [comments]

9. If you're a K-pop/global pop idol, can you still go to college and pursue your undergrad studies?

  • reddit.com language

Before I went to college in 2023, during my SHS years here in PH, I've been fantasizing about being a K-pop idol and nursing student. Stupid question but can you actually balance your time as an Idol/Artist and being a student nurse with ongoing clinical rotations, retdems, and exams while still able to perform on stage and do promotions? Lol Because I know some idols do still pursue college but those are like Marketing, music, or comms related, but having to pursue in something like med (nursing, medtech, med bio, PT) or stem heavy related (Comp sci, engi) still possible? submitted by /u/Alarmed_Pepper9665 [link] [comments]

11. Do K-Pop groups that play instruments have better career longevity?

  • 2 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

This is something I’ve been wondering about for a bit. I’ve been listening to K-Pop for maybe a year and a half, and I’ve seen that there are idol groups that don’t dance but play instruments instead (Xdinary Heroes). Granted I haven’t been in this space long enough to know if my observations are correct, but do these groups have better longevity in the long run, simply due to not enduring the wear and tear on their bodies that dancing does? I’d also imagine that it’s probably easier for their audience to grow with them as they get older and to probably gain more of a fan base outside of your average K-Pop groups, as rock music appeals to so many people. Like I said, I haven’t been in this K-Pop space long enough to know if this holds true, or if there are that many idol rock groups that have been around long enough to see if this theory holds any weight. 16. Whats your favorite example of a groups visual reminding you why they're the visual without even trying?

  • 3 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Sometimes you see a normal instagram post from one of the visuals you follow or you see them in a non music video / concert setting where they look casually dressed or they're appearing on a variety show and their look has you reminded why they're the visual of the group For me it was watching Red Velvets Irene along with Seulgi doing ASMR on M2s Youtube channel here She just looks so stunning here with the braided hair and casual look submitted by /u/TryingNewThing [link] [comments]

24. What matters is talent but all you talk about is their body

  • 3 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I know they don't do this from a bad place, but it's annoying, it's really annoying. Imagine being the person on the receiving end, where all your fans talk about is your body. This is not the "her body is so healthy" thing but the "why is she so covered" this is about Jeongyeon, even when you look at her more laid back stuff more relaxed she's very covered that could be either that's what she prefered or has come to that because of how much people talk about her body/how toxic this industry is, yall are also the problem it's not just the haters. No cause I will see a video with all the members and every comment is this member looks so pretty, wow this was so cute, and then there's a Jeongyeon comment talkin about some "For once Jeongyeon isn't the most covered up 🥺💓" I am quoting that btw And this is not even just a jeongyeon thing I see with other idols who are considered "fat" like I would see a freakin video of Harvey being amazing and the most liked comment is "i am so happy how she's so comfortable with her body' what are you talking about like why can't you comment on how amazing of a dancer she is or her stage presecence These are the people that are what matter, their talent, but as soon as an idol gains weight, all you talk about is their body, and even when they are being hella talented, you talk about their body. Saying "your body is so beautiful" sounds weird to me, even if it's being said to a smaller person. I'm like okay, thank I was doing back flips and singing at the same time, but thank you. Just to be that, and I don't see this with male idols as/just much, I see more of people being woow he's so buff, he's so fine and all of that stuff submitted by /u/Mean-Rooster5814 [link] [comments]

25. Enhypen doesn't have a single bad song. (my opinion)

  • 3 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Seriously, their entire discography is no-skip. Maybe it's just my taste in music but EVERY song is a banger??? Yes, there are some songs that need to grow on you (for me it was no doubt), but once they do, they're such earworms– you can't get it out of your head. I can't tell if my objectivity is being clouded by my love for Enhypen 😭 but is there anyone else who feels the same way? submitted by /u/topshaggy6 [link] [comments]

26. If you could trade bodies with an idol for a day, who would it be?

  • 4 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I feel like I'd choose BTS's J-hope or I-dle's Soyeon. I want to know how they both get inspired and create their songs. If they just come up with an idea or if they prepare it beforehand so it comes to mind. submitted by /u/Mayh_3m [link] [comments]
