what yall think of this cover? :D submitted by /u/CulturalAd250 [link] [comments]
Nobody likes the hate in comment sections. Some people post unpopular and unnecessary opinions online, but why do others care so much? There is always a reply attacking this person back for hating their idol or for something. Just a genuine question, but why do kpop fans engage with these people? Isnt it better to just ignore them and act like they don’t exist to simply continue enjoying? Doesn’t the attention just make them happier? I don’t get it submitted by /u/taffee_candypop [link] [comments]
For me it would be most likly the JPop-group KJRGL. They debuted in the end of 2024 and are under Sony Japan and were formed with trainees of Sony Japan and Sony Korea. I randomly found them earlier this year and got into them after checking them out when I saw that one of their member is a former Produce 101 Japan S2 contestant and I trie to give at least everyone a try from that show who debuts to see if I would like their music. I can say I really like their vibe and music and the member are really cute. Who is someone you stanned last who isn't KPop ? Can be anyone, a American, European, African, Australian, Asian (non KPop) artist. Who did you stan? submitted by /u/Beautiful_Yellow_682 [link] [comments]
It can be a long-distance relationship, beautiful, sad, cringe, murky. I'm collecting experiences for a video and I want to know if love in Korea is really as they show it in dramas to stop idealizing Koreans. (Preferably long stories or some short but impactful experience) submitted by /u/k-loverss [link] [comments]
Just out of curiosity. Oftentimes, I see posts talking about how unstanning a group because of one bad song or controversy means you arent a “real fan” and “should do better” (??) I personally have unstanned a group because of something one member said simply because I stopped enjoying their content after that. I never talked about it and just quietly left, but I see videos from the fandom on my fyp talking about how people who unstanned for this type of reason are “crazy” “a hater” and worse things as well as the comments supporting this hate. Maybe I’m too sensitive but I just personally think people should be able to unstan a group for any reason even if it’s a “stupid” reason as long as they don’t spread hate to that group or attack others for liking them. After all, kpop is not that serious and should just be something fun to enjoy right? Especially as someone who had genuinely followed that group for a while, it makes me sad that I would get hated (indirectly) simply for moving on. Has anyone experienced this or feel the same way? submitted by /u/taffee_candypop [link] [comments]
I was hoping to do a video on them but I can only find one photo of them and very little, if any, information at all. Any and all help is appreciated 🤍 You never walk alone 🌻 submitted by /u/anontease [link] [comments]

I got Coldplay nosebleed tickets for around $90 and The Weeknd for about $130. Now I’m being asked to pay almost double (or the same price) for nosebleeds to P1Harmony and TXT?? This is aimed at FNC (and partly HYBE). Look at P1Harmony’s Spotify monthly listeners, last time I checked it was 1.5m. From that, it’s obvious their core fandom is relatively small. The number of diehard fans willing to pay $300+ for a ticket that isn’t even barricade is soooo limited let alone the VIP packages are separate from the base ticket price to atleast lure less diehard fans. They must be looking at some internal metrics we don’t see to justify this ridiculous pricing tier. What makes me sad is that this could become their first tour where dates get canceled or the venue ends up half empty. These boys work so hard and do not deserve that kind of atmosphere created by overpriced seats. TXT has a larger core fandom, sure, but their prices are still proportionally outrageous. Coldplay and The Weeknd with many songs well over 1B streams, had more reasonable pricing in comparison, which is kind of hilarious. If this keeps up, it’s going to be a humbling experience for FNC & HYBE. Thanks for listening to my rant. submitted by /u/Over_Length_440 [link] [comments]
In case anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about, it's been a trend lately to use Katseye's song "Mean Girls" with different groups acting out each phrase. The thing is, this trend is kind of... chaotic. The song says "even the mean girls" and people usually put NewJeans or any other random group that has received hate... well, every time I see an edit of the trend it always gets misinterpreted in the comments. This trend is either misunderstood or too subjective. No one agrees, and I'd rather not see it because I know there's going to be a fight in the comments over the groups featured in the edit. edit: I'm not hating on the trenders, they're usually very aesthetic edits, and the song is great. submitted by /u/_issio [link] [comments]
This is definitely going to be a new gen group thing since it wasn't common for groups aside from BTS to sell millions back in 3rd and early 4th gen. But are there any groups that have basically become million-sellers for all their albums? An obvious answer is ZB1 who have sold a million with every album of theirs, but I'm wondering if there are any others? submitted by /u/yoongelic [link] [comments]

It was removed from uncensored in the record time of 5 minutes so I'm posting it here. Leo is now competing in BPII and his past actions that lead to him leaving Trainee A have started to resurface again but for some reason he has gained a lot of fans excusing his old misogynistic lyrics by claiming he just covered "Stop Breathing" by Playboi Carti. This is a deliberate manipulation. Here's both of the songs' lyrics. Playboi Carti's "Stop Breathing": I take my shirt off and all the hoes stop breathin' I take my shirt off and all the hoes stop breathin' I take my shirt off and all the hoes stop breathin' Breathin', breathin', bitches stop breathin Leo's rap: ain't nobody gon tell me why that bitch stopped breathing fuck that hoe in my bank, yeah that shit stopped breathing tell that bitch, took that bitch to the store ain't nobody gon tell me why that bitch stopped breathing ain't nobody gon tell me why that bitch stopped breathing fuck that hoe in my bank, yeah that shit stopped breathing I am so sick of people trying to excuse his past lyrics so decided to compare the OG text and what Leo made out of it. Although the misogynistic vocabulary exists in the original, the overall meaning of the song is pretty harmless. It talks about Carti looking so good it takes women's breath away. Sure the vulgarity is there but that's about the only issue with the lyrics. Leo on the other hand takes the "stop breathing" part and gives it a whole another, disturbing meaning describing a woman, that the person rapping clearly hates, literally not breathing (getting murdered). What's worse, even though Carti uses derogatory words to say "woman" they are at least words used to talk about people. Leo is completely objectifying the victim in his murder fantasy by calling said woman "that shit". The two songs might share half a sentence and some of the beat but they have completely different meanings and Leo's violent misogynist writing cannot be excused by taking inspiration from as we can all see a much less harmful song. submitted by /u/Megan235 [link] [comments]
I've been stanning for 8 years now, and up to 2022, I never thought I'd ever fall out of like with my favourite groups. I always said they "saved my life" and shi, but now, I look back at myself from 2022 and I'm shocked. Shocked by hiw I used to be and by how I changed. It's like one day, I woke up and suddenly fell out of like with those groups. I can't say their names here or the reason I stopped stanning,(I might get hated) but it's crazy. I want to know if you guys understand what I'm saying. submitted by /u/Stationerix [link] [comments]
