ADOR recorded an operating loss of 4 billion KRW in 2022 and an operating profit of 33.5 billion KRW in 2023, so the amount former CEO Min can receive by exercising the put option is estimated to be about 26 billion KRW. HYBE side maintains that former CEO Min cannot exercise the put option due to the notice of termination of the shareholders' agreement.
