I am just curious. I am an ARMY since early 2023 but from what I am seeing I think that is the case. I know BTS is another whole different class than other groups but would you say SK gp love him the most? I saw a comment that said that he will never be cancelled and I was just curious if he is the most loved in SK. Just to be clear I am OT7 ALL THE WAY!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 submitted by /u/Altruistic_Award_204 [link] [comments]

╔══════════════╗ Hey everyone I hope you all had a good week. I know my week was pretty good as the weather is starting to get hot. This week had some excellent releases from artists like Doyoung, ITZY, Lee Chae Yeon, and more. Before I hop into the Episode, I hope all of you fathers have a happy Father's Day. Now let's jump into the episode and see what the artists brought to the table this week and what took over my Lastfm. ╚══════════════╝ https://preview.redd.it/d5rlbrbujx6f1.jpg?width=1536&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d2958a841bd9100601e1bc4a04b913ed026b0137 Korean Releases of the Week: June 9th 혼자라고 생각이들때 - Meeoni R&B singer Meeoni is back with a new single with co-production from SEIN. A piano melody opens up the song as the sweet vocals from the singer smooth their way into the mix. The tune has a bouncy, chill vibe that works wonderfully with the singer's performance. I love these smooth types of R&B tracks because they tend to make me feel relaxed and they also are the ones that pull me back for more. I've been enjoying what Meeoni has been putting out and this tune is another excellent one that I can add to my playlist. https://preview.redd.it/7xg9u0n0kx6f1.jpg?width=225&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ec0d41d787c7a202b7c0cc00d16bfc9aae9966ac ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ June 11th Floating - Solar & 9m88 Mamamoo member Solar made her Chinese debut this week teaming up with Taiwanese singer 9m88. Now there are two other versions a Solar version and a Korean version both being CD only. The track opens up with some synths that craft the melody. Solar comes in with sweet vocals as she sounds beautiful in Chinese. I love her performance as it works wonderfully with the overall vibe. 9m88 also has some smooth vocals that blend perfectly with Solar. The hook has thisbouncy vibe with a thumping vibe that works well for this tune as it's been pulling me back for more. The more I've been listening to this tune the more It's been getting stuck in my brain. https://preview.redd.it/dsquwnq4kx6f1.jpg?width=650&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=44981f01dcea52d9ddb8a1e0627e3268a82b8471 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Here I Stay - Lee Chae Yeon Lee Chae Yeon released her first OST for the drama she is starring in. Lee Chae Yeon sounds beautiful as she fits wonderfully with the piano and string melody. You can hear the emotion in her voice as she delivers a delicate performance. I was surprised this tune went for a ballad since I'm used to Chae Yeon singing more upbeat songs. Each time I return to this tune the more I become impressed as Chae Yeon is one underrated vocalist. I'm glad Chae Yeon could release an OST cause it lets her showcase her vocals in a different way that we've never heard before. I can't wait to hear more music from the singer. https://preview.redd.it/180a1iw8kx6f1.jpg?width=194&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dcb4e49ddfa7612f987272c7b24ba0a8bb5232e1 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ June 13th Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla) - J-Hope J-hope is back with a new single teaming up with GloRilla. I feel like this new single is his best since his Hope on the Street Album. J-Hope delivers this enjoyable verse over these glass bottle-sounding percussion that keeps getting stuck in my head. I love his delivery even though his voice is autotuned. The hook is pretty decent as that's been another moment stuck in my head since it was released. GloRilla delivers a smooth verse that adds to the overall vibe as it keeps the overall flow of the tune strong. I've been listening to this tune a few times since it's been something that I've been enjoying like crazy. https://preview.redd.it/2chk1s8dkx6f1.jpg?width=225&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0ee18f2870040dad3d417f26da2e4be7f43c3b41 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Lastfm Weekly Roundup (June 8th - June 12th) Artist: Twice https://preview.redd.it/jrk14a2gkx6f1.jpg?width=266&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=16876bdd4be6f34391a24f55f67f184e2f70bbc2 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Album: Girls Will Be Girls - ITZY https://preview.redd.it/aq3vxsogkx6f1.jpg?width=2400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f696bb17807c590f29b74efc7bae6919e6ccc8b8 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Song: Locked N Lodead - ITZY https://preview.redd.it/c3flqdkhkx6f1.jpg?width=610&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=14c855101eb221a5f10fe6c97bc343755de12e9c submitted by /u/Maltifandom23 [link] [comments]

Your favs WANT to chart, it's a fact. This discourse has always existed among fans of "my favs don't make music to chart." Look, they obviously have a genuine interest in music, but that doesn't conflict with the fact that this is an industry where everyone wants to stand out, and it obviously goes hand in hand with the desire to appear on the charts. Just look at how many versions and remixes of a single song are released with the intention of increasing streams and charting, and also album versions to increase sales. Some manage to enter while maintaining their essence and musical identity even if not everyone likes it, others lean more toward the "commercial" or what's trending. The point is that yes, while your favs make music because they love it, they also WANT to be able to chart. submitted by /u/Someonehihi [link] [comments]

The reporting system CAN be a useful tool if used right but people on here just abuse it to no end. Someone makes the most innocent appreciation posts and that gets immediately reported and automatically taken down. I‘m sorry but that‘s not really "uncensored“… submitted by /u/Physical_End_537 [link] [comments]
Imagine this, You have an entertainment company but you’re about to go bankrupt. You can’t offer much to your trainees: small crowded dorms, almost no allowance, barely any food, moldy and small practice rooms, a bit like how bighit was before BTS debuted. You can put your last money into debuting one of these boygroups, if they don’t make it, you’re broke and bankrupt. They are your last effort to save your company. Pick one of these groups you’d debut to save your company from going bankrupt. Try to not be biased, don’t pick a group simply because you stan them and don’t think about the succes they have right now. In that situation they didn’t debut yet and are trainees, so you would have no idea how they would do. Which one of them would attract fans and thus money? Please explain your reasonings, that’s what i’m most curious about. Pick one of the following groups: Ateez, BTS, TXT, Enhypen, Seventeen, Stray Kids, EXO, Shinee. submitted by /u/nhatake [link] [comments]

Asking because that's what I've been interested in lately. I enjoy listening to Shinhwa, H.O.T and even some songs like the "Black Cat Nero," they just sound so nice and different in many ways, which is just what I like... even waiting for my second Shinhwa album to arrive at the moment ^ . So which 90s kpop songs would you say are your favorite? Id like to know plz, i dont think we talk about those enough, lol. submitted by /u/Historical_Driver_87 [link] [comments]
It occurred to me that we only have 3 idols, Fatou, Felix and Fei. Felix wins due to his popularity so I just put him here pls don’t hate me 😭 submitted by /u/Funny_shit_ig [link] [comments]
