This is so random but please I've had this request for a while. I'm asking here because the BTS subreddit requires some verification or whatever for entry. Next time Jungkook goes live & does some Q&A, can y'all pls ask that dude how he learned so many skills. I know he has already answered that but like I want something more detailed ,like a whole ass plan. I want to be skilled in different fields but it feels so hard. :( like I need his mindset/discipline so bad. I want to know how he learned all that I don't Stan any other group that's why I mentioned Jungkook as he has alot of different interests. submitted by /u/pepitolover [link] [comments]

I see Jin as Gloria from Modern Family and Yoongi just screams Dorothy from Golden Girls. Which fictional character do yâall think could be Kpop idols counterparts? submitted by /u/Lazy_Ad4370 [link] [comments]

I know weâre always talking about how visuals arenât important these days and all that (no Iâm not making it up, I swear lol), but Hyunjin just lit twitter on fire yesterday with one barefaced selfie and I remember how Reddit used to always drag him and call him botched and overrated. So, letâs have some fun today. Whoâs that idol whose looks are always called overrated or overhyped but you think is really attractive and deserves the hype? submitted by /u/Reel-Trouble34 [link] [comments]

An interview with Vogue Singapore regarding his new Burberry campaign. He has been going around so many fashion houses - Coach, Loewe, Channel and so many more but nothing sticks other than a few fashion show appearances and magazine features. He is now doing Burberry new campaign and his face is now plastered all over their stores and their website! And while I am not really a fan of Burberry (though I have a few of their perfumes), Seungmin very clean lines and fashion philosphy suits Burberry! And the new campaign Burberry Festival, shot mysteriously a few months in London, really suits Seungmin! Festival is SKZâs home after their back-to-back festivals before their tour in late 2023 to mid 2024! I do wonder if he is their new BA but whatever it is, he is part of a huge campaign with his faces everywhere so I am excited to visit my nearest store! submitted by /u/Many-Ad-9007 [link] [comments]
I've always loved side profiles and I've always thought you'd have to be a different type of gorgeous to have a solid side profile so show me some idols with great side profiles! Here's my contribution submitted by /u/lilacprincess03 [link] [comments]
As a big fan of anime and manga, I love that feeling when a photo looks like it came straight out of a manga or manhwa panel. If youâve got any pics that give off those same vibes, drop your favorites below, some of mine are here! submitted by /u/DustyCarat [link] [comments]
Am I the only one who notice that first gen and second gen kpop fans are very loyal? Maybe because many fans from that era formed deeper emotional connections with groups. Back then, idols couldnât just post a selfie or go live to connect with fans. K-pop also wasnât as global or mainstream, so idols had to go to where the fans were, through live performances, fan meetings and street events. K-pop is now global and driven TikTok, YouTube, and social media which increased availability of music and videos. Fans can easily switch between groups more quickly with new groups debuting constantly and a endless content. submitted by /u/Forsaken-Cause8432 [link] [comments]
Iâve struggled with memory loss since I was a child. At pretty much all times, memories of the past few weeks are fragmented, and anything beyond a few months ago is 99% gone entirely. Because of this, Iâve developed a very strong attachment to media- Especially music. Kpop has been my favourite genre for the last decade. Listening to it helps me connect with memories I no longer have access to, and the feelings Iâve associated with specific songs. For example, I donât remember almost anything from a beach vacation trip I took with my family in June of 2021. But I remember having Twiceâs new release âAlcohol-Freeâ on repeat at the time, and how it made me feel in the moment when I listen to it again. I only know the date of the trip because I can search online when the song was released. Another memory is the weeks I spent falling asleep to BTSâ âBlood Sweat and Tearsâ in 7th grade, when I had just moved to a new house and hadnât become comfortable in my new bedroom yet. The song became familiar and comforting for me as a child; it put me to sleep every night. I donât really remember any of 2022, besides listening to Newjeansâ debut album and âGenerationâ by TripleS on my walks home from school. Kpop has become such an meaningful part of my past, honestly. I hope somebody can also find joy in my weird personal anecdote. submitted by /u/Yvmeno [link] [comments]
So I got into kpop around mid 2017 and I've noticed that through the years the amount of views mvs got on youtube has changed. At first it was increasing, but now when I look at the amount of views I see on mvs, they aren't as high anymore as compared to 2018 or 2019. I know there isn't one reason why this has decreased, I know that throughout this time period youtube has changed the way that views are counted. I've also always believed that a lot of the streams have gone to spotify. But there's one other thing I also noticed. I feel like fans aren't as obsessed with streaming for views anymore. This might be because I myself went a bit more to spotify for music, but also because I'm not as active of a kpop fan anymore as I used to be. I'm a lot less in the youtube comments then I used to be back in 2017 till 2020. So have others also noticed that fans seem less obsessed with youtube views? Or is it simply because I aren't really in those spaces anymore? submitted by /u/Objective_Object_383 [link] [comments]
Hi everyone! Welcome to Free For All Friday - a weekly ârant about anythingâ thread. Do you want to rant about a recent episode of your favourite Kdrama? Drama around a Kfilm or Kcelebrity? Have something to get off your chest about Kpop but donât want to do a post? Need a space to rage into the void about life, work or school? This thread is here for that. A couple of house keeping guidelines: Donât mention user names No rants about the existing banned topics No social media ranting, use the weekly megathread for that (this thread opens each Tuesday) Regular sub rules apply Our intention is to have a space for causal ranting - donât be a buzzkill and rain on someone elseâs rant. This is a space to RANT but that doesn't give you the right to get emotional and start using these threads to lead hateful campaigns against users who have different opinions and perceptions than you. We will definitely pay close attention to what's happening and won't hesitate to ban if necessary. submitted by /u/AutoModerator [link] [comments]
