Remember music is subjective just because someone doesn't like it doesn't mean everyone should dislike it vise versa, this is all for fun! submitted by /u/hearts4him_ [link] [comments]

One particular moment was when people thought Blackpink's 'Kill This Love' and Everglow's 'Adios' sounded the same. I was one of those people, and looking back at it, I cringe. That was the year I unstanned Blackpink, and for some reason I thought they sounded the same. It was trending on socials at that time, but I relistened to both songs, and they do not sound similar at all. What was in my head at that time, lol. submitted by /u/Last_Clothes6848 [link] [comments]

Like I was really surprised to find out Wendy is just completely open and public about having a girlfriend And TXTâs Soobin has apparently been dating a male idol and theyâve been posting about their dates and couple pics on their official social media?? I had no idea but it looks like neither of them were trying to hide it at all and all his hardcore Chinese fans know about it I thought there were basically no popular kpop idols who are openly out aside from like, Holland⊠Am I the only one who finds it crazy how much the Korean public apparently simply ignores even when these celebs are open about being LGBT? submitted by /u/OddBird2913 [link] [comments]
Look, Iâm from a country that has concerts so I probably sound ungrateful and Iâm gonna get couple of comments saying âtry being from [insert country here]â but letâs be fr. Most of these iconic videos we hear of always takes place in America and Canada. Yâall remember that Ateez video where (I think) Wooyoung wore a disguise and went to a random play dance? That was based in America, even the P1Harmony at the park in Toronto not that long ago because their concert had to be delayed. This got me thinking, when was the last time we had anything like that? It has been so long since we had a non-concert based activity, possibly over a decade ago when K-pop groups were just starting to come round. Heck, we had Paris Fashion Week and Ateez in Portugal. But why donât we have anything like that in a place like London? You know, the most visited city in Europe? Iâm surprised they havenât decided to go to a random park like Hyde Park and randomly started dancing. I think the only closest thing we had was dearAlice going to random schools and performing, but I donât think they count? Theyâre already based in London so of course it makes sense to do that. I feel like it would be cool to have a fanmeet tour in their major cities. I have multiple reason why I rest my case. First of all, thereâs so many K-pop fans in the UK, let alone in Europe. Second of all, people are WILLING to travel far and beyond for this sort of thing. Third of all, it would loosen the tension with concert VIPs since once a K-pop group starts it off and another does the same, BOOM it becomes an activity that could be a (hopefully) cheaper alternative to seeing them at concert since youâre guaranteed to chat to the members. Heck, maybe this could be the new thing that they can do instead of send off. Maybe it can be a âmeet your K-pop idolâ thing before the concert. That way, nobody needs to leave before they finish their concert and can enjoy the show until the end! No more spending ÂŁ1000/âŹ1000 just to be at the very back! Why havenât K-pop companies do something like that??? It could even be a ticketed event, or itâs included in the VIP ticket with their concert ticket! If Psychic Fever can do that, surely K-pop groups could do the same? (And maybe it can be a limited number of tickets to prevent overcrowding?) Sorry I wanted to rant here, I was banned from kpop thoughts for no reason at all đ submitted by /u/asahilovesjjong [link] [comments]

Idk if this is unpopular for most K-pop fans, but I feel like people born after 2008 REALLY need to hear this because I get this a lot from them. For a while, I felt uncomfortable stanning ENHYPEN because of the fact that it was the first time seeing a K-pop idol that was my age and every time I tell someone I donât feel comfortable stanning them because of their age, they always like to ask âwhy?â Why? WHY? Because I feel uncomfortable, duh??? Do they really expect me to write a full on essay as to why I donât feel comfortable just to get their validation??? Like I donât get it????? So you want to put someone in an uncomfortable position just so you can judge them and snark on them because you âdidnât like their opinion?â Most people are used to seeing members born in the 90s and seeing 2000s babies are a recent thing, and weâre already seeing those born in 2008-2009 and weâre 5-6 years in since 3rd gen kpop ended. In 2020, 2002-2005 babies would be the maknae, now theyâre the OLDEST. I swear thereâs already a 2010 trainee, but I wouldnât want to stan them because theyâre creeping into my baby niece territory and I feel uncomfortable with it. There are multiple reasons why someone doesnât want to stan a group, and most of their reasons are personal and they donât need to be telling people their business for your own sake. Just accept that they donât feel comfortable with it and move on. submitted by /u/asahilovesjjong [link] [comments]
