As a primarily girl group stan, I am also curious how boy group stans view girl group music so I thought this would be a fun question to ask. submitted by /u/SnooOranges829 [link] [comments]
I’m a big enhypen fan and Niki is my bias don’t get me wrong but Niki getting a tattoo and everyone going crazy over it and some sexualizing it is just weird. Everyone is kinda obsessing over it when it’s just a tattoo and I feel like idols should be able to do whatever they want like dating for example without being bombarded or harassed about it. Sometimes people really be treating idols like their not human, they’ll go crazy over them like drinking water or just breathing and it’s weird. Some fans even are delusional and believe the idols are their boyfriends when they don’t even know you exist. I just hate invasive or fake weird fans that sexualize the idols or ask them uncomfortable or inappropriate questions. His tattoo it’s really not the biggest thing in the world. It’s cool sure but people are like zooming in and acting like Sherlock homes trying to figure it out what it is when he can reveal it on his own. like calm down it’s a tattoo. Don’t mean to offend anyone just wanted to share, and wonder what other fans think submitted by /u/Neat-Combination7792 [link] [comments]
I really wish people would stop thinking they have to be a certain age just to enjoy a song. If you like a song and want to support the group then go for it? Music is ageless and this weird mentality of thinking your age matters when it comes to songs in general is one of the few critiques about kpop fans that I just really don’t like. It makes a lot of spaces feel less enjoyable since a lot of people are hyper focusing on the wrong things and automatically make weird assumptions about people they don’t know due to how old they are. submitted by /u/Designer_Bridge_8701 [link] [comments]

Hello Kpop stans! We all know BTS BLACKPINK and TWICE are like the big three in the Kpop world. But what about those groups that are basically ninjas sneaking around making bangers but nobody notices? Who is your lowkey favorite group or solo artist that deserves a parade or at least a shoutout? Is it their insane dance moves their vocals that hit different or just their crazy personalities that make you laugh? For me its gotta be ITZY — they are basically the secret sauce of Kpop! Their energy is insane their performances always fire and honestly they deserve way more love and trophies. (My bias is Ryujin <3) Drop your hidden gems below and lets start a fan club or something lol submitted by /u/Impressive_Fan6968 [link] [comments]
i've been listening to 2NE1 songs for the past two weeks and it's brought back so many memories to the point that i almost teared up. during high school, i was (and still am) a Blackjack so i listen to them A LOT. mine was 2NE1 - I Am The Best since it was my first comeback as a Blackjack and i remember vividly how the whole class and i were jamming to this song every lunch break. it makes me miss my teenage years sometimes because everything was so much more exciting back then. what's yours? submitted by /u/Sure_Natural_9494 [link] [comments]
I really like young rose by byredo, Yoonchae's favourite 💗 submitted by /u/toxicbella9x [link] [comments]
So recently we have all noticed that Jyp went from this goofy guy who always smiled to this super serious guy who rarely smiles anymore, doesn't goof around and just looks kinda sad. Is it because of the hate (that went too far btw) or his father's death or both? And before you say that he deserves hate because of what happened to Vcha. Well let me tell you something, Jyp isn't ceo, he's only a chairman and KG never said anything bad about him and only thanked him. And why are you hating on Jyp and not on JYPE AMERICA CEO who had direct control over the staff? Like seriously if Jyp attempts to end it all at one point I won't even be surprised submitted by /u/straykifsontop [link] [comments]

Just curious if there are any relationships that are public in fandoms but not really in general public? is this even algood to ask. haha submitted by /u/intpismyname [link] [comments]
would you go for song lyrics, names, album cover art, a group logo? my ult group is p1harmony. if i got a tattoo inspired by them, i'd go with the lyric 'i can see the sun is rising' from before the dawn, accompanied by a little sunrise. a subtle nod with a little hopeful message that is relevant outside the group. i would put it on my chest when i finally manage to get top surgery, as a little 'things will get better' reminder. feel free to share tattoos you already have as well, i love seeing designs people come up with!! submitted by /u/novaonthetop [link] [comments]
Let's imagine you want to introduce someone who's into sci-fi into K-pop. What K-pop songs would fit well the theme of a dystopia? It doesn't have to be a cyberpunk 2077 dystopia, just think of other types, Brave New World, 1984, KT can be anything really. submitted by /u/Important_Credit_875 [link] [comments]
Obviously not rookies, not only the fact most are children but also because companies can't let slip a substance scandal. But like, the main streaming almost if not worldwide famous? It's so common for Western celebrities to do it (more than we think) but it's like a forbidden word in K-Pop. Like... They don't stay in Korea forever lol A lot of them go to USA either to work, visit families or just enjoy it. When you're rich and famous this stuff just happens to go in your hands lol submitted by /u/po_pov [link] [comments]
Of course the infamous txt cat and dog.. Honestly I like that song but how could you possibly explain to someone why they are singing about wanting to be a dog and barking.. And also if we are talking about dance performance I'd say halazia by ateez because that dance lowkey gives off cult energy as someone who is an atiny submitted by /u/hearts4him_ [link] [comments]

I dont really stan Katseye, but I did listen to SIS and enjoy the album. I also watched the Netflix documentary and saw the discussions surrounding the members, like Adela, Lexie, Emily, Naisha, Marquise and Samara. I am aware some of them have been discussed to have beef with eyekons because of how some of them behaved on TikTok, regarding posts they have reposted, stuff they liked which makes me curious why did Hybe still decide to try and help her debut. Wouldn't someone kinda controversial cause problems for the rest of the group? Or did Hybe go Mitra's path of "all for entertainment/view" and decide to risk it. I am curious to see how Eyekons will react to this. This group that Hybe and Geffen will try to make may be Katseye's true rival group and the fact they are under the same label will be... interesting for sure. Katseye didnt had any competition at all till now, and their identity was quite unique in the kpop world. Like VCHA went on hiatus before they could go big and personally I dont see Dear Alice as competition as I have not seen them go viral yet. Really curious to see people's thoughts on it. submitted by /u/Stephan2005 [link] [comments]
