Every now and then a post appears asking others about any kind of assumptions on idols , things like "who gives you a bad vibe" "who do you think is (insert personal information)" etc . It is infuriating . First of all , assumptions are normal , we all make assumptions on people we meet , and idols are just people too , you might catch a vibe , you might notice something that others didn't but at the end of the day , I believe said assumptions should not go public , keep them to yourselves , talk about it with a friend , but to go around and basically spread malicious rumours on people just because of a gut feeling or reveal personal information that may or may not be true is crossing the line . You don't need to disclose of every thought in your head , some thoughts are not meant to leave your mind and some words are never meant to be said . A lot of you sound like bitter haters who want to explain the hate with a "feeling" or an assumption and get validation on it online . submitted by /u/GrabMore8308 [link] [comments]
Definitely the end of an era and big shoes to fill for the next but who do you think will/should replace him? submitted by /u/PandaXPandaXPanda [link] [comments]
Monsta X is back with a full-group comeback, and as they are one of my favorite groups, I'm so happy to have the muscle men back on my screen. I hope this comeback does wonderfully for them; it's just so nice to see older groups that I have "grown" up with doing it big. The song is punchy, sexy, and very MonstaX, and I truly love that. I can't wait to check out the album. MV submitted by /u/_flustershy [link] [comments]

For the past few weeks especially my mind keeps going back to Produce 48 and I am not even a follower of IZONE really. But oh my goodness I need to have the production quality return. I loved shows such as My Teenage Girl (besides the age range) for their stage quality and how they announced scores, but Produce 48 rains supreme especially in terms of their opening theme song dance and the final stage with announcing the final ranking?! Imagine literally putting Wonyoung in a throne haha. The first place position was literally THAT GIRL. submitted by /u/PoyuPoyuTetris [link] [comments]
It makes me so happy to see her being this involved in her upcoming solo debut. It's crazy how some months ago I was totally lost thinking about what her solo ventures could look like, and now she's going ALL IN. This one might be the most special solo project of a TWICE member. Also, resharing her AVOCADO concept photos from yesterday cuz the last post got ''kpop_uncesored" lol. (this one might too but wth xD) She's not even my bias but my excitement is over off the charts. September 12th can't get here soon enough. submitted by /u/beelzebub2099 [link] [comments]

r/KpopForum Hello everyone! 😅 I‘ve been lurking on K-Pop Reddit for a while now but decided to finally make an account and participate. I‘ve noticed that a good number of you have issues with the way some K-Pop subreddits work and a lot of you seem to also appreciate more niche and smaller communities. So, I decided to create this space called r/KpopForum. The name is supposed to be an innuendo to the old internet forum culture. The sub is still in the making and I hope we can all figure out what kind of space we want to have here together. The latter also means that any ideas or suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Note: As of now, we have a "General Discussion" flair that serves as a basis for this community. submitted by /u/Once_Or_Twice_ [link] [comments]

I immediately thought of Ariana’s song the second I heard ‘Heartbreak Avenue’. Been doing Kpop mashups for a couple years but I wouldn’t say I’m great at it. Just a fun hobby I do time to time. Couple Changes I made: - Took the Prechorus from both verse sections and put them together as a bridge. And then it goes into Ariana’s bridge Second Verse with Jihyo, Sana, Dahyun, Nayeon, I extended the instrumental. I like the pulled back in that part but I wanted to have it for Ariana’s second verse. But then I still want TWICE to have some presence so I decided to combine both verses. songs aren’t that far in key but it was either pitch TWICE down or pitch Ariana up. Personally, I think it sounds better not pitching at all. Surprisingly, Honeymoon Avenue is significantly slow at 125 beats per minute (least according to the software that I use for my mixes. Heartbreak Avenue comes up as 140 bpm. So I adjusted both songs to meet at a middle area around 133 bpm. Don’t think it’s that noticeable. I’m open to thoughts and some jabs lol. I think this is good enough for being made at like 11pm. submitted by /u/New-Pattern-5998 [link] [comments]
Are there any groups which you feel seem related to each other? Concepts wise or music wise or both? For me it’s: Le sserafim and Itzy Ive and Illit Fromis_9 and Twice *Disclaimer: this is meant to be a fun post to bring some positivity. submitted by /u/Accomplished-Ad-3422 [link] [comments]
Bg members citing CB as an artist they love has been a thing for years, so this isn't exactly a new topic, but a group sampling With You in their new album made me think of it again. I'm not going to rehash CB's long history but although he's talented, he's a terrible person and has been for years. Not just rumors or hearsay but actual felonies. Did Korea not really hear about this, or just not care? His songs were super popular in the 2000s/10s and I still know every word to his hits but I don't even really hear about him anymore and most people I know associate him with Rihanna and not his music. To expand a little, I feel like there's a lot of other collaborations/sampling out there too between kpop groups and questionable western artists. Do you chalk it up to it being on the company, or do you side-eye the group itself a little bit too? submitted by /u/trivialfrost [link] [comments]
Give me real hottakes not something basic like " kpop is traumatic for idols " cause everyone knows it is ( also , my posts before this got deleted , so ik how bitter af armys and blinks can be ) submitted by /u/yejioooo [link] [comments]
