QWER recently came out with their first lightstick and fans noticed that their megaphone design is similar to the Boyz's one. Fans were especially upset because the megaphone design was very original and distinctive when the Boyz come up with it, with no other groups using anything similar. According to their spokesperson of One Hundred (the Boyz's company) they have tried to reach out privately to QWER's management and were discussing the issue but no acceptable compromise was reached so they are forced to take legal action. The full statement On the other hand QWER's management issued their own statement that there are no issues with the design and it was cleared by their lawyers and other experts.
