What is the purpose of buying a specific member’s version of you don’t get their photocard/inclusions?I’m not saying that I wouldn’t be grateful to get the other members, however it would make sense that if you buy your bais’s version, you would get their inclusions. It honestly makes no sense that you don’t. As an example, I bought a Wonyoung digipack thinking I’d finally get her photocard. I thought it would be a hassle free way of guaranteeing that I get my bias’s photocard. I have a few of IVE’s albums and I pull Liz and Leeseo almost every time. I’m not complaining bc I like and appreciate all the members, but Wonyoung’s pcs are so expensive online and I wanted to pull one from an album. I thought buying her individual album would solve the issue bc I didn’t want to buy a million IVE albums that I don’t need for one pc. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and got a Yujin poster and Rei pc. I wasn’t too mad bc that photocard was so freaking cute. However, I was just surprised bc I thought you would get inclusions that matched the member. The same thing happened when I went to Target and got a Momo digipack. I intended to buy the big version, but I had to ask the employee to get the album from the back. He brought me the Momo digipack and I was too scared to tell him that I wanted the big album, so I kept it. I already knew I wasn’t getting Momo inclusions, so I wasn’t as surprised when I got a Mina posted and Tzuyu pc. I’m not upset when I pull members who aren’t my bias is the main versions of the album, but when they started making these digipacks, I expected that they’d have member specific inclusions. To be honest, I don’t even think that companies would start making digipacks like that. People would stop buying a million versions to get one card and just go for the cheaper versions. Not having the specific member’s inclusions makes it so fans are still essentially buying a bunch of albums to get their bias. TLDR: I hate digipacks bc they’re not specific to the member like I assumed they would be when companies started doing them. submitted by /u/mini1006 [link] [comments]

I’ve been revisiting K-pop debuts lately and wanted to know — what’s your favorite debut from a 4th or 5th gen group? Could be based on the song, concept, impact, or just how it made you feel. Boy groups, girl groups, or co-ed — all are welcome! Some popular ones are Attention (NewJeans), Pirate King (ATEEZ), Fearless (LE SSERAFIM), and Tippy Toes (XG) -- but I’d love to hear your picks! submitted by /u/No_Background9179 [link] [comments]

I'm currently on the look out for new kpop music but I do not like to search on mainstream playlists cause either 1) I already know the music or 2) I do not like the "top" songs like on kpop on or smth I'm hoping I get to see some unknown/underrated songs like bsides of groups you guys stan and hear some new material!! Tagging my playlist as well! submitted by /u/Tall_Cut4792 [link] [comments]
this is all just for fun and based on my personal taste, so don’t take it too seriously 😭 everyone is beautiful in their own way, this is just my take! submitted by /u/Lumpy_Information_57 [link] [comments]

I keep seeing BoyNextDoor's 123-78 all over my social media and the song is genuinely so catchy and good, dare I say I like it much more than their latest tt but I'm so confused why Koz isn't pushing it and giving it a mv. Considering how popular it has gotten without being actively performed as a single I'm genuinely confused why companies see a song do well and then proceed to do nothing about it when they could potentially have a hit on their hands. Same thing happened a few years ago with TXT and Tinnitus and even anti-romantic to an extent. I remember Aespa had illusion as a bside that also did really well. Cry for me by Twice is another I can think of. These are big companies with clearly quite a few resources so I'm confused why they don't capitalize on a song going viral on social media that could potentially really help the group. I dont follow too many groups so are there other bsides that went semi viral but the company didnt do anything to push it? submitted by /u/PrimaryTomato3310 [link] [comments]
I love Billlie and I think they are one of the most unique groups in the industry right now. And I LOVED that they released companion soundtrack albums. That is such a cool concept to me and I think it works really well for a lore heavy group. They were just genuinely beautiful albums, and it was nice to see real artistry in an industry that releases 12 remixes of the same song. Who else is producing an expanded concept album with re-imagined instrumental tracks from their music?? But they only did it for two EPs to my knowledge and I wanted to know if anyone had any guesses as to why they stopped. Also, if you haven't given the soundtrack albums a listen, you totally should!! They lowkey remind me of the music from the Professor Layton games, if you're familiar. submitted by /u/soupclub [link] [comments]

Hi! My friend and I made a discord Kpop bot (like the gacha type ones). The server itself is almost completed! We need a dev willing to work for free (we're broke I fear...) & someone who is artistic/willing to design a template for the bot to use for all the cards (also for free..)! submitted by /u/SonataDash [link] [comments]
I'm just curious if it's really worth watching, I personally thought it didn't look interesting the moment news about it went up. If there's enough good reviews, I'll try watching it. Honest opinions on it? Worth watching? submitted by /u/Invqlid [link] [comments]
