I am so excited for her, this is her first collab with another artist. I remember being surprised when zayn attended BLACKPINK concert with his daughter, but now I know he was invited by jisoo. It's a ballad song not pop , so I don't think this is for views. But I want it to be go good for her, also her full length album will be releasing at the end of this year ,so wishing her luck on that. What do u guys think about this Collab? submitted by /u/narcissawhite [link] [comments]

I've recently seen some kpop artists, being slammed or called out for wearing braids and saying the its a slur or cultural appropriation. Hani, Lisa from BP, Hwasa, Tarzzan from Alldayproject etc. So I did some checking about this issue and whilst yes white people can wear braids it's the context that can become offensive. I know that this is "old" news and it's no secret that yedam from one pact had a crazy transformation, but I just wanted to know what kind of procedures he did and more specifically if there's any way to find out who his surgeon is, especially for K-pop celebrities because I think his change is really nice and the work was done well submitted by /u/nowallies [link] [comments]

I think Baekhyun smells good from his Candy MV. NCT DoJaeJung's Perfume MV looks so good and refreshing I can almost inhale it from the screen. Plus the others who I just KNOW they smell expensive. HBU, who do you think smell expensive? submitted by /u/Roll_Adept [link] [comments]
What are some variety show episodes you keep coming back to, and can watch over and over again. It can be a specific groups variety show, a part of an episode of a variety, a full episode, etc… For me it is the random dance from game caterers and starship and June, both of those episodes I watch countless times, and can keep going back, it’s my go to thing when I can’t think of anything in specific, want something entertaining, or just plain cool. This question was thought of after watching the starship one for the literal 25th time, and I started to wonder if anyone had something like this submitted by /u/Green_Substance766 [link] [comments]

I have heard many times that some staff talk about how some kpop groups aren’t very close to each other behind the scenes. I also once saw someone working in the industry talk about how they have only seen 2-3 groups that were genuinely close. Which kpop groups do you guys thinks are very close. If you guys want you can also mention some groups you think might be more like “coworkers” submitted by /u/urfavoritestargirl [link] [comments]
There are just too many songs these days with talk singing choruses. I guess it’s fair to say it’s been this way for the past few years, but it still pains me when I see groups with good vocalists resorting to this style. Talk singing can be effective, key phrase, at times. But most of the time, it just feels lazy especially when the entire chorus is dependent on it. Many of these songs barely pass the two minute mark and skip the bridge entirely. What we’re left with are verse 1, verse 2, and talk singing chorus sections that take up the majority of the track, monotonously repeating the same phrase over and over. The depth and complexity disappear when most of the song is built that way. There are no dynamics. I just don’t feel any emotion from them. Maybe I’m just failing to adapt to this new songwriting trend and the TikTok era. Anyone else feel the same? submitted by /u/Organic-Cranberry955 [link] [comments]
