4.116. About ALLCHART errors, and I don’t know how to fix this

  • 1 month ago schedule

Hi I have a trouble collecting free hearts from YouTube mission on ALLCHART. The error message says that I already participated the ad in Korean, and I tried to fix the problem but still it’s not solved. Tried to delete the acc and create new one with different email from korea using vpn in case the country issue but didn’t work. Also I did email verification, bc sometimes that’s the problem but still not working. This issue happened when I changed my phone to new iPhone. I know that app is one device one account and I made sure I made new acc for this new phone but it’s still giving me the error message. Anyone facing this problem? During Golden, when Zoey and Mira leave the stage, actual kpop stans would've absolutely turned on Rumi. They'd be yapping about how she's the company favourite and trended injustice/mistreatment hashtags for the other girls 💀 submitted by /u/Brilliant_Rub_5206 [link] [comments]

4.119. It’s crazy to think there was a time when fun K-pop songs were actually hated.

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I can’t help but notice that in almost every post about “songs people hate but you love,” people are always commenting happy, upbeat tracks. Most of the ones I see are “Sneakers,” “Permission to Dance,” “Ice Cream,” “Queencard,” “Queendom,” etc. And I realized that these songs aren’t actually that bad at all—so I genuinely don’t get why they were so hated back then. submitted by /u/why_dmn [link] [comments]

4.124. How lucrative are world tours, really?

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I’ve heard touring is usually the main earning source for Kpop artists and with how a lot of groups seem to be embarking on tours, it had me wondering if profit is really that much when considering the costs that have to be covered. There’s the venue booking fees, tour organizer fees, visa fees as well as travel and board for all staff members including back-up dancers in addition to the artists themselves, there’s the set-up teams, the production teams and a lot more people that have to be paid. And the final profit is also split between the company and the group members. Are ticket sales, despite how expensive they can be, able to cover everything and turn a profit? When do companies and their tour organizers consider worth it to go ahead with a concert that hasn’t sold as well as they’d hoped? I’m a business student so this naturally got me curious how lucrative it really is for the artists. Is there anyone who works in the industry or has some insight? It would be interesting to put it into perspective. submitted by /u/SomewhereOnEarth37 [link] [comments]

4.129. Aside from NCT is there any K-Pop group that consists of more than 5 members with different nationalities?

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

i’m not talking about the ‘foreign’ members but the nationality of the members that a group have —like NCT has someone from China, Taiwan, Macau, Thailand, USA, Canada, Hongkong and Japan. another recent group i just bumped into was AHOF —they have like more than 5 members with different nationalities in their group (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Taiwanese and Australian) submitted by /u/Better_Internet1123 [link] [comments]

4.130. What is something you didn’t understand about kpop when you first got into it?

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I’ll go first - for the longest time I would be so confused when people would say “the English version of (insert song here) is such an mess, the lyrics are so bad” because I quite literally thought that English versions were just direct translations of the Korean version 💀. I’ve been into kpop since 2019ish and I’m not even kidding it took me until last year to realize that they’re separate lyrics after it clicked that the song would be entirely thrown off if it was a direct translation. To be fair, I’m not a huge fan of English kpop songs so that’s why I never noticed 😭. It also took me a long time to understand the culture of kpop. When I first got into it, I remember being so confused by things like fancams, ending fairy, collecting albums etc. I literally had zero clue that it was that much different from the culture of American pop. I remember having to use a kpop term cheat sheet 24/7 lmfaooooooo submitted by /u/berrybimbap [link] [comments]
