As a ONCE, these past few months have been... Unreal... I am not familiar to how Twice was back in their rookie days since I started stanning them in 2024. I was amazed at how active they were in 2024 for a 9 year old group. 2 mini albums, 1 Japanese album, 1 subunit mini album, 2 solo albums, 1 single as a featured artist and another Japanese single... Continuation of the world tour followed by a subunit tour in the latter half of the year. 50 new songs in just 1 year. I thought they would slow down this year since last year seemed crazy. However in 2025 we have released / confirmed 1 Misamo single 3 JP versions of songs 2 features (Coldplay - Twice & Tayla Parx - Nayeon) 1 Nayeon single (cover of a Japanese song) 1 subunit single (Jeongyeon, Jihyo, Chaeyoung OST for KPop Demon Hunters, a Netflix movie) 14 new Korean release songs (full album) 9 new Japanese songs (JP album) = 31 songs (until the end of August) Confirmed Chaeyoung solo within this year World Tour Has there been any group in KPop history which is as prolific as Twice? Please tell me as I am quite curious! submitted by /u/GaurdsGuards [link] [comments]

rm talked about his mental health during a live today. the timeline coincides with mhj hybe drama, when the misinformation and hate was at it’s peak. i don’t know if the others who were directly affected by her have alluded to this? i think illit did. unsure about lsf. this is also for everyone who tried to exclude bts from the conversation and tried to convince everyone they were unaffected. the hate they received back then over unfounded/disproven rumors was insane. heartbreaking submitted by /u/JinnieP [link] [comments]

I’m not a fan of riize, but I’ve seen everything unfold and honestly, I feel bad for the guy. One thing I’ve noticed with K-pop is how hard rookies have it when it comes to scandals, and this situation just proves it. Image is everything, especially for new groups. And, in this case, I really think his company dropped the ball on protecting him. Sure, K-netizens will always find out if idols are dating, that’s just how it is in the industry. But the thing that bothers me is how poorly his company handled this situation. Rookies are still trying to find their footing in the industry, and they need all the protection they can get when it comes to their public image. Companies should be looking out for their artists more and making sure things like this don’t spiral out of control, especially when it comes to something as sensitive as dating. Even if international stans are talking about this, the reality is that K-netizens hold the real power in K-pop. Their opinions affect a group’s future way more than ours do. No matter how much we discuss or defend an idol internationally, it’s the Korean public and media that ultimately shape how these situations impact the artist’s career. So yeah, our opinions don’t really matter much in these cases, and the company should be the ones stepping up to protect their rookies better. In Seunghan’s case, if the company had been proactive and protected him more, maybe this whole situation wouldn’t have gotten out of hand. It’s a reminder that rookies need strong support from their companies, not just in terms of training and promotions, but in protecting their personal lives, too. Fans expect idols to be perfect, and when a company doesn’t step in, it all becomes a mess. It’s unfortunate, because it doesn’t seem like this was something he had control over, and it’s the company’s responsibility to shield their artists from unnecessary drama, especially when they’re just starting out. submitted by /u/Starpeachhhh- [link] [comments]
Wow so I recently got into izna and was watching some of their behind the scene videos and the likness she has with wony is actually insane, not necessarily their looks but the way saebi talks and her energy reminds me so much of the newly debuted wonyoung when every thing is all sunshine and rainbows lol I find it sooo cuteee submitted by /u/Ok-Air4120 [link] [comments]
Namjoon had spoke about some of his struggles he faced on live when he was serving in the military and he told us that; He had severe insomnia to the point he didn't sleep for 3 days and he thought he was going to die. He is getting better now, but had to take medication. He also mentioned that to this day, he gets scared when night time comes because of the military. Something about getting a CACTUS THORN stuck in his throat. Being BIT by a venomous snake.. Luckily he recovered, but this could have gotten SO much worse. He and the other people in his unit had to SLEEP on a wooden frame bed, with no duvet or anything to cover over their body. I also want to mention that Taehyung also mentioned some months ago that he literally broke his ribs while in the military. I really hope that when OT7 comes back, they do a livestream where they just talk about their experience in the military because the fact that only one member experienced all of that is concerning, and I am sure the other 6 has some negative views and experiences about the military too. This made me feel really bad for the Korean men that has to serve in the military. as we all know 2 of the bts members came out from the military today and i think it’s a loud unspoken fact that namjoon in particular looked like he was ready to get out and be free from the base which who wouldn’t be, but hearing bits and pieces about his time there… no wonder he wanted to get out with how much he was suffering and this is not the first time we have heard such stuff as even shinee taemin had to switch military base due to mental health problems and his serving time went on for longer due to it i’ve heard such stories about how men who served their time there but it still upsets me that ppl are treated like shit and as a result their health declines overall and suffer so much due to being in such environment, honestly i just wondered why they didn’t take exemption but im just glad he got out and hopefully he’ll go back to where he once was submitted by /u/Free-Application860 [link] [comments]
Yesterday I was a bit disappointed, but thinking now Itzy is experimenting a new sound, and i honestly it's good for them. I just think the chorus felt flat, but after some listens I'm kinda into it. submitted by /u/nolimits237 [link] [comments]

Mine are Yves and Chuu! I haven't had the chance to get into their music yet, but seeing photos of them calms me down a lot, and they have an aesthetic that I love :) submitted by /u/_issio [link] [comments]
