Something I've noticed in fan-spaces, it's always the top popular members (top2/top3) with rabid akgaes having a go at each other and constantly trying to degrade the other's "idol". For instance most obvious example, Bts maknae-line is more popular and their akgaes are at daily warzone compared to hyung-line (rarely come across if there's any) it's exhausting to maneuver within the fandom even as a casual. Another obvious example, Blackpink Jennie's and Lisa's (also the more popular members) akgaes constant bickering and degrading of the each other and the girls. Didn't mean to single out either group, I mentioned these two only because both are the biggest group right now and their akgae problem is clear as day. What about your experience with your fav groups, do you think the statement holds true? submitted by /u/ImpressiveCourage300 [link] [comments]

I’m emotional seeing the old MV references in TWICE’s recent music video. What do you mean I was just a child listening to their old songs, and now I’m a young adult? 🥹 submitted by /u/why_dmn [link] [comments]
It's not like I'm stanning them because they are nugu I just really dig the music and the extra effort to stand out. But then the sales and charts roll in and I see that they are flopping, I Know they will disband in 2 years, it's starting to feel pointless being a fan knowing their only prime is their debut era. All I can do is appreciate the music for now but I cannot bring myself to stan like fully like at all . now i just listen to the music when it drops and wait it out. especially with these 5th gen groups like i see the companies putting effort but no major rewards like the 4th gen times submitted by /u/winniecore [link] [comments]
I’m not talking about the accurate “Hongjoong looks like Doja Cat” kind of thing. I mean the "only-I-can-see-it" resemblance that lives rent-free in your head. Like… others would probably blink at you and go “???”, but deep down you know there’s something there. For me, it’s Ryujin (ITZY) and Emilia Clarke. Anyway. submitted by /u/Odd-Cat02 [link] [comments]

Sometimes I think we forget that behind every perfect stage and music video are people who train for years, work exhausting hours, and give up a lot of their personal lives to make this music we all love. Whether it’s rookies pulling all-nighters to prepare for their debut or veterans still pushing themselves a decade in, their dedication is honestly inspiring. And even though the industry isn’t perfect, I think we should pause more often to just appreciate how much heart and effort idols put into their craft. This isn’t about fanwars or favoritism I feel this way about all of them. K-pop wouldn’t exist without their passion, and they deserve more recognition for it. submitted by /u/Physical_Ship_5717 [link] [comments]
