I recently came across XLOV's newest MV 1&only and I absolutely loved this dance practice. It combines both feminine elements and masculinity making watching this dance practice so fun. Absolutely love this sultry song and dare I say they throw it back then other female kpop idols(no hate). submitted by /u/Glittering-Change913 [link] [comments]
So hours and a day ago I asked about CIIU, and will they overlap with KickFlip’s promotions and popularity. But now I wake up and to read more about the group’s history, I see that it was added as a GLOBAL BOY GROUP? (https://kpop.fandom.com/wiki/CIIU) I hope when they debut in the second half they dont overlap with KickFlip’s promotions or popularity, JYP Entertainment is also planning to debut a new girl group (VCHA 2.0) under the survival show L2K (Latin2Korea), Let’s see the plans! submitted by /u/Jolly_Peace_890 [link] [comments]

Hey everyone, I haven’t been into kpop for a long time, but today I decided to let my playlist shuffle. I was listening to EXO, and then suddenly 'Fiction' by BEAST came on. It immediately took me back to my younger days, and I didn’t expect it to hit me so hard. After that, 'Love Girl' by CNBLUE played, and then 'Me Gustas Tu' by GFRIEND came on. I didn’t realize how much I missed that time of my life. My life has been getting harder since I entered adulthood. I feel like I’ve lost touch with those years, and hearing these songs made me tear up. Those songs brought back memories of a simpler time when music and kpop helped me through a lot. I guess I’m feeling nostalgic and a little emotional about how much things have changed. Just wanted to share this feeling with you all, especially with those old-school kpop fans like me. :) Feel free to share which kpop songs make you feel nostalgic too. submitted by /u/PlantainAshamed3646 [link] [comments]

Do The Dance is probably one of ILLIT's best songs in their discography yet yall make it seem like it's filled with onomatopoeias when thats onky the chorus. The same people who complain that "illit hasnt found their sound" are the same who complain "their songs are too repetitive" when that is their style. It's like yall are the same ppl who say bring back fun songs in kpop! but then complain illits songs are fun. its almost like ur just hating bc it's illit. the hate illit gets is insane! and do the dance is a rlly good song too. submitted by /u/Single-Objective-255 [link] [comments]

Translation: "BLACKPINK’s Jennie has won a legal battle against Mr. A, who falsely claimed to be her biological father. According to Woman Sense on the 18th, the Goyang Branch of the Uijeongbu District Court ruled on May 9th that Mr. A’s claim of being Jennie’s biological father was “deemed false.” According to the ruling, the court stated: “There is no supporting evidence for Defendant A’s claim that he is Plaintiff Jennie’s biological father, aside from the defendants’ own assertions. On the other hand, Jennie’s official family register clearly records someone other than Defendant A as her father. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that Defendant A’s claim is false.” The court also ordered both Mr. A and Publisher B to destroy the published material. Furthermore, Mr. A is now prohibited from mentioning Jennie or related content on his personal messaging profiles or any personal accounts. Previously, in 2024, illegal publications and fake news falsely claiming to involve Jennie’s father were circulated. Jennie’s agency responded firmly at the time, stating it was an “obvious falsehood,” and announced strong legal action against Mr. A in September. A formal lawsuit was filed in December, and after six months of litigation, Jennie has emerged victorious." In simple a man pretended to be jennies father and then wrote a whole book about it. This whole situation was weird and I'm glad jennie has gotten some justice submitted by /u/baldism [link] [comments]
I have been a kpop fan since 2016 and i have seen a lot of hard choreographies, the hardest i know are: Seventeen - Hit Exo - Monster NCT 127 - Kick it Itzy - Wannabe BTS - On I know there are way more, even from the groups i mentioned. What do you think is the hardest? submitted by /u/Injeolmie_04 [link] [comments]
I was listening to this song earlier and I really like it, but the instrumental kept reminding me of something I couldn't quite place. Then I realized it sounded like the beeps in the pacer test lol! For anyone unfamiliar with it, it's basically a fitness test that we had to do in school every year. This was just a random observation and I wanted to see if anyone else heard it. submitted by /u/Icysprings [link] [comments]

in light of today's news and the amount of time behind bars not nearly being enough, any former taeil biases want a hug? from a fellow ex-taeil bias to another :) submitted by /u/JustHazelChan [link] [comments]
I am in my late 30s and I grew up on so many good kpop pioneers, and I just really want to see if anyone else out there still appreciates older kpop legends! submitted by /u/Rpark888 [link] [comments]
This is a rant that I've been meaning to post for almost a year now but I've just completly forgot, so I'm sorry if some of the stuff I mention here has changed (mostly fans attitude) but I still want to rant. When I say "I want netizens to shut up about biases" I don't mean that fans shouldn't have biases but rather that I wish that people wouldn't care as much about which member in a group is more or less biases. I'm really sick and tired if CONSTANTLY seeing people talking about how one member in a group is "underrated" just because they are the least biased on kprofiles. There are many idols who, yes are the least biased but at the same time are incredibly well known. A lot of these "underrated" members are still from some of the biggest groups currently and have plenty fans. It pisses me off even more when the difference between the most biased member and the least biased member is an incredibly low number in ratio. I also hate how a certain fans get the BIGGEST ego in the world just because they bias the least biased member, as if that makes them somehow special. Bias who ever you want, you can be proud of it too, but don't talk about your bias like you're a god for liking them. This obviously stems from peoples need to be different and stand out, it apears in practically every corner of the internet. Yes, mistreatment from fans does happen, but one member being margianally slightly less biased is not that and you dont need to overthing every single cheer or gift they recieve, life is not that serious. Someone is always going to be on the bottom of a bias list, someone is always going to be on top and some members are a little more popular than others but I assure you they aren't mistreated by fans (MOST OF THE TIME) and their worth as people is not dimminished by their popularity. TLDR; Someone is always going to be less popular but that's just natrual and shouldn't be taken too serioustly. submitted by /u/seungkwaaa [link] [comments]
