I think he has a lot of potential and skill to use if he really tried to find the right people. Like a collaboration with someone. I think since he has a rather deep voice he should stay in the rapper role. Maybe with a female artist from the west would be good for his catalogue. I don't think he is cut out for a male rapper due since their art usually would not fit together. But tell me what you think. submitted by /u/ThickPayment5531 [link] [comments]

I won’t mention the group or even the gender of my bias but in a livestream they talked a lot about their weight and being worried about gaining weight and the need to extreme diet to look prettier. As well as purposefully making themselves have skin folds to pull at and made jokes about. Weight and dieting are sensitive subjects so I try to avoid whenever any idol talks about it but it really frustrated me this time. And then a few minutes later they played a song from a different group that’s had a recent controversy. My bias sang and danced along to the song and I got so grossed out that I had to turn the livestream off. Now I’m seeing clips from the live and everyone is saying it was so cute but I feel off about every aspect of it. Do I just have the ick or is it going to be a lasting feeling? Have you experienced something similar before? submitted by /u/No_Cobbler_2257 [link] [comments]
Former members are allowed. It can also just be the member who’s voice you like the most submitted by /u/Logical_Sweet_6624 [link] [comments]
😬 idk I don't really like the average BTS performance cuz they always do the same moves for me. It's not interesting, but not cringe worthy. So I wanted to see your opinion on all of that. There are some performances specifically made to be funny and not taken seriously. Like those GOT7 performances with dresses and wigs. But some...they weren't intentional. submitted by /u/ThickPayment5531 [link] [comments]
This whole series started for Seungmin to show his growth as a singer. He trained consistently from debut until now (we know he is still under vocal lessons) and has never stopped improving himself. His growth is so obvious that he is so confident in his voice nowadays. The lives, the adlibs, the harmonizations, especially the harmonizations that he is doing live with his members (usually Han), we all get to see it as he performs. SONG By showcases his growth. I especially love his cover of Billie’s Birds of a Feather and tbh, I love the whole series wholeheartedly and hope it never ends! Share your thoughts and which episode is your favourite? Does your favourite has similar series that you also adore? submitted by /u/Many-Ad-9007 [link] [comments]
so i was on tiktok watching nmixx cover aju nice and some of the comments were saying "nmixx need to sue svt for copying their masterpiece", "whyd seventeen steal their song" or on snsd/loona's sorry sorry cover: "some guys called super junior made a cover/parody of their song" (yes suju are problematic as hell ik) and ik theyre most likely joking but it kinda made me feel like they were insulting the original artists (dont get me wrong, the covers were good, but to consider it better than the ones who made it is kind of insulting) even ai covers comments were like this at some stage with bp ai cover of baemon's batter up or even txt ai cover of skz's case 143 (and most comments saying the ai sounds better) submitted by /u/Minute_Ice_7434 [link] [comments]
Oh boy this might be the end for me. First of all, i do not hate any of the bts members or their songs however, i do think that their vocals are really underdeveloped. I got into kpop back in 2016 during the time when exo realesed monster, at that time exo and bts were the biggest thing in kpop and i really enjoyed both of them. Exo had insane vocals while bts had insane rappers. Both of them had very good choreographies and Individual dancers. Back when i was younger bts had the biggest fandom in the world probably and of course they were praising their favourites in every way, that's why i also always assumed that bts were the best and most talented group. Time has passed and i got older, nowadays i listen to way more groups and i look deep into music and care about lyrics, vocals, production and just talent in general. One thing i have noticed, is that bts compared to others are really weak in singing, sure jungkook is great but V, Jin and espacily jimin are not that great. I know that bts started of as a rap group so vocals weren't a big thing for them in the beginning years, but i really wonder what happened to jimins voice, i actually think his vocals used to be way better during the early years, nowadays his voice really doesn't sound to good and it also sounds like he is forcing his voice too much. V and Jin are defently better vocalists than jimin but they are still underdeveloped and far away of what they can be. I don't know if bts just doesn't take vocal lessons to seriously since they are already successful, or maybe they just learn wrong techniques. I don't even know how to explain this. Like baekhyun of exo is a very good and probably one of the best vocalist in the Industy, and he still takes vocal lessons because there is always room for development. Again i don't hate bts at all, i like alot of their music espacily the older songs, i just realized that their vocals aren't as good as alot of people say they are. submitted by /u/Injeolmie_04 [link] [comments]
