on twitter (and everywhere really) 90% of the comments about him, from his so called fans, are just "lol slur" or "fork found in kitchen" and if theres an interview or question about women and he answers in a way that suggests he likes women they go "lol liar" and its NEVER. ABOUT. HIS. ARTISTRY. most recently there was a post about Minho posting rainbow flags and it turned into Key is a homophobe because he doesnt post rainbows and the person was basically upset Key hasnt gone "oh hey im gay." if anyone tries to say "hey you know, hes made comments that suggest he might be attracted to women in the past" or "you dont know for sure hes gay" you get called a homophobe. like bitch, im queer, most of my friends are queer. and im trying to say theres more than straight or gay. im trying to say dont put people in a box. people complain "men are like this" and "men are like that" but then when they do something besides that, theyre gay. nothing wrong with that but why cant it be for anyone? Hes released all these amazing teasers and pictures for Hunter and people are talking about whether hes done enough to represent the lgbt community. like he doesnt owe anyone anything. but people will go to the instagrams of the men they think hes dating and send them messages asking them inappropriate questions or leave comments on their pictures, like you dont even know for sure, thats so weird and entitled. you dont know these people. and people dont listen to him? going back to people calling him a liar or saying "theyre not talking about you" when he answers a question about women, hes talked about having crushes on women, even mentioned specific women. like yeah, maybe hes lying, but ive seen people talk about Jonghyun being bisexual but then go "but he said he didnt like men so we need to respect that" ok why wasnt he a liar? why doesnt Key deserve the same respect? he said in misconceptions of me "every thought signalled towards me is a misconception" and everyone calles him a drama queen. like NO ONE LISTENS TO HIM. hes talked before how it bothers him people dont take him seriously as an artist and then he releases this amazing thing and its all "lol gay" and he deserves so much more respect. do people actually like him or do they like having him as a little "gay best friend" they can throw slurs at? im so fucking tired of it. he deserves so much better than what he gets. submitted by /u/dandyboyapples25 [link] [comments]

I was watching Hwasa's performance on Live Wire where she was singing Maria and I noticed that she wasn't singing the whole song. She would sing every other word or every other line. Recently, JT sparked backlash in his European leg of his tour when he would only sing a few lines from his songs and mostly danced. This made me think of this and I guess I never noticed, but Hwasa has been doing this more, especially when she performs Maria. Does anyone know if there is a reason why? I think she's a wonderful performer, and since she hasn't been releasing much lately, want to take in any performance I get of hers. I need strategies, and support. As of right now, the radio streaming disparity between ordinary and golden are massive. I'd like to say it's because Alex Warren is American, but no one really wants to hear that. So the real question is, how do we get the same type of radio attention. I personally think it'd be a huge win for kpop, especially for a group not BTS to have a number 1 song. So l'm asking for support, in order to get the song to number 1. I'm a new fan of this rookie group and a few days ago they surpassed BTS and Straykids in Duckad contest and to no surprise of anyone the toxic part of Army and Stay popped out left and right... until now I see posts and comments no matter how many I mute and block. They're so mad that some unknown rookie group could garner points that they've created narratives and spreading it around like it's factual that it's all payola, the company is buying all the votes, the fandom are all bots, they are hacking the duckad app etc because their train of thought is that it's impossible for a rookie group they've never even heard of to get hundreds of millions of votes especially one who just debuted last month. They're so mad at the thought of buying votes even like somehow it's illegal to do it... it's not. And for sure everybody in that app purchases vts. Heck the solo girl group has receipts and they are proud to have spent $510,000 on Wonyoung ending with 6 Billions vts total for her. But no they're going on about fairness, clean competition, organic.. HUH? My brother and sisters from another planet there has never been a time where in voting kpop groups is organic. Even if you don't pay for points people have been creating multiple accounts just to jump up their stans. Omfg. What even is this narrative? The victimizing because they "spent 24/7 grinding on the app"... nobody is even forcing you to do that?? Like you have people in your fandom saying they have 100 million and 200 million etc etc saved up so they're going to win this easy yada yada which just makes all this worse because if you can win easy then what is all this whining for? They're even targeting the rookie group itself saying how they don't deserve to win this because they've not done enough. They're not hard working. They haven't gone through enough hardship.
