"JUMP” just hit #1 on the Global Spotify chart, making BLACKPINK the first group ever ( not just girl group) to have three songs hit #1 globally • Jump • Shut Down • Pink Venom Even as a Blink and after Justin Beiber blocked them yesterday, I thought this will not happen, especially considering the song being out online for a week with almost no proper teasers or promotions. But here we are. These girls are not slowing down any time soon!!.. Congratulations to them. Are you guys jamming to Jump!!.? submitted by /u/Mani_srao [link] [comments]

I just found out that jhope has an entire music video copied by an artist that I follow on instagram, I seem to be like the only one angry about it. do people actually care if their favorites copy other artists? do we want the agencies to be more aware? but then again, I dont think the artists themselves are even aware that this is happening... submitted by /u/Longjumping_Tap_5151 [link] [comments]
I don't understand why kpop fans are still stanning a group who have James Charles in their friend group. I'm not even a celebrity and I would not sit and eat at the same table as that man or anyone else of his nature. If I walked into a room, and someone with that kind of history was there, I would make my exit, regardless of who invited me. Normally, I'm not a fan of cancelling because of association but there is really no reason whatsover for Katseye or any of the people they are close with to associate with someone who has done the things he has. Even if, hypothetically, he's just Emily's friend (I assume she invited him because it's her birthday party and, even if he was someone else's plus one, she ultimately gave permission for that and felt like it was okay for him to be there) and not close to the Katseye girls, if I were in the public eye and my close friend decided to invite me to the same party that they invite one of the most problematic people in internet history, I would have nothing to do with that friend again and, once again, would not attend. Not to mention the fact that James who's pushing 30 (26) is attending the birthday of a 19 year old and I wouldn't be suprised if there were under 18s there too. I assume Yoonchae was there too although I'm not sure as the clip is very short and I didn't see her in it. But, if there were minors there, Emily allowing a known child groomer to attend is even more wild. I have stopped listening to Katseye since seeing the clip of them, their friends and James together (and also... Gnarly was AWFUL and was still awful even after the 24 hours that it took for fans to do a full 180 on it). submitted by /u/throwaway13061320 [link] [comments]

An hour or so ago, Momo's dance challenge with Anna and Ella of MEOVV was uploaded to their channel and it seems it was recorded at the same time Momo did the Hands Up challenge with them. You can tell because they are in the same location and wearing the same clothes. That was recorded over 2 months ago, so Anna and Ella (perhaps all of MEOVV even) heard the song that long ago, or at least this part of it. I know it's not a big deal, but I just thought it was cool and wanted to mention it. It's great to see TWICE and MEOVV together, K-pop legends interacting with a very promising rookie group. I always like whenever senior groups support their juniors in the industry. submitted by /u/SageSageofSages [link] [comments]
