I often hear that Seventeen's members and variety content are more interesting than their music. I see this often enough that I believe it's a popular take outside the fandom. As a non-Carat, I enjoy their music without much interest in the members at all except The8 and DK on occasion. For any kpop group, I never take more interest in variety content over the music. It's either equal interest, or more emphasis on the music, so that probably has a lot to do with it. submitted by /u/SageSageofSages [link] [comments]

like no one looks picture perfect 24/7 especially when they aren't aware of cameras, just being human and laughing really hard about something. a twitter post dragging vernon about that one clip got 20k likes. but if it was a female idol then it'd be ratioed with 20k quotes instead lmao submitted by /u/ashlyn_ne [link] [comments]

I would always stan aespa cause I have seen them grow from the start and I absolutely love their vocals and how they can be badass to cute to literally everything. also recently got into katseye but I am not too sure yet! submitted by /u/EggProfessional4267 [link] [comments]
In light of BTS members completing their military service and preparing for future group activities, as well as Blackpink's upcoming comeback and world tour, there is often the impression that this could help to reverse the slump in the K-pop industry as seen from what happened in 2024. Just like to know, is K-pop that overly reliant on these acts, or would it continue to decline further despite their presence? This is coming from someone who has felt that today's K-pop is entirely different from that in the past and has long turned away from mainstream K-pop and switched to other alternatives. submitted by /u/XuenLim [link] [comments]

Pt.2 of the Jimin stage mix and his incredible stage presence and dancing skills. Really recommended if not seen before. submitted by /u/Jeong_Hyeri [link] [comments]
