JYP has Kickflip as their latest bg and is rumored to debut a 4-member gg soon. They also have Vcha re-debuting under the name 'Girlset' YG has BAEMON and is also rumored to be debuting a new gg even tho baemon debuted 2 years ago. They may also debut a bg since Treasure debuted in 2020. + Allday project just debuted About Hybe, they had so many new groups debuting under 5th gen. Plus, Cortis is gonna debut soon. Ig they'll try to debut new groups under Source, Pledis, and Ador since they're so greedy. SM just debuted H2H, so I don't think they'll debut any group soon. + SMtr25 For other companies (cube, rbw, jellyfish, fnc, yuehua...), idk much about them since their plans are all so unsure. You tell me ;) submitted by /u/CobblerSea9758 [link] [comments]

According to BRII7E, SM Entertainment (allegedly) told Riize to ignore Seunghan when he comes on the screen.. I think we all need to discuss things about this because if its not true it will ruin RIIZE’s reputation. I love to shower with Kpop music, both to focus better on the time and because I sometimes like to pretend I'm the one performing the songs lol. So that got me thinking about how there are some songs that make me want to be the one performing them and how they make me take some time off just to listen to them and mentally "perform" them. Here are some of the songs that, for me, fit that vibe: "Something" Girls Day "Me gustas tu" Gfriend "Navillera" Gfriend "Very Nice" Seventeen "Love Me Right" EXO "As if it's your last" Blackpink "I'm the best" 2en1 "Love in Space" Cherry Bullet "Attention" NewJeans "Heart Attack" Chuu "Ring the Alarm" KARD "Highway to Heaven" NCT 127 "ABCD" Nayeon What are yours? submitted by /u/Ch_ch_chewing_gum [link] [comments]

First, Snper22 wrote a tweet falsely claiming that Harin was an ADOR trainee and was removed from the NewJeans lineup because of Min HeeJin. In reality, in the interview and the linked original article, Harin never once mentions ADOR or Min HeeJin. So why is Snper22 deliberately including information Harin never said in that tweet? The entire claim is based on speculations from KakaoTalk messages that are edited, and that were never admitted as evidence in any trial or legal case in the current dispute involving NewJeans, ADOR and HYBE. Not only that, but the timeline makes it impossible for Harin to have been an ADOR trainee she left Source Music in 2020, and ADOR was established in the second half of 2021, more than a year later. In the interview, Harin talks about a CEO. But Min HeeJin was never CEO of Source Music. She cannot be referring to her, especially considering that Harin’s current company is Arc Entertainment, whose CEO is Jang Jimin, a woman, a former Creative Director just like Min HeeJin, and who earlier this year mentioned Min HeeJin as her role model. Here’s the link to the interview, where Harin is introduced as a former Source Music trainee, not ADOR. The most suspicious part? Snper22 blocked me after I shared this information in the NJZ subreddit, even though I never replied to him on Twitter/X. This proves that: He is monitoring NJZ subreddit activity. He went out of their his to find my Twitter/X account and block me to prevent me from sharing more sources, dates, and concrete facts. Snper22 is not trying to inform. But you — do you actually want the truth? Or do you want to cling to your biases because of a fanwar? I’ve been a kpop fan for a long time, of idols who were falsely said to be affected by Min HeeJin like SHINee or Krystal, which is why I’ve taken the time to research, fact-check, and gather information. I am a journalist by profession, I know how to do proper fact-checking, and I strongly believe in journalistic ethics. From the start of this conflict until now, I’ve stayed on the sidelines. I never engaged in any discussion before. But I am seriously concerned by the extreme level of misinformation we’re seeing, it almost feels orchestrated. I believe k-pop fans deserve better. Idols deserve better. The industry needs to change and set new standards. And that has to start from truth, sound judgment, and the ability to have a dialogue. So, what is Snper22 trying to hide? Why actively, and even stalkerishly, attempt to silence opposing opinions? Could it be that they’re trying to create an echo chamber, which is exactly what social media algorithms thrive on to generate more reach, more virality, and therefore, more deliberate misinformation? Ask yourself if you’re reacting to facts or to ragebait designed to trap you in a loop. This is about more than k-pop. It’s about media literacy, a right and a responsibility we all have to exercise, especially in a world that’s increasingly polarized, flooded with bots, and full of hacks designed to manufacture artificial virality. In that environment, constructive dialogue and truthful information are the first casualties. Maybe, just maybe, there’s something at stake here that’s bigger than winning points for “your side” in a fanwar. In the end, nothing matters more than forming your own and informed opinion and staying true to the principles you claim to stand for. If we abandon that, we’ve already lost, no matter which side we think we’re on. submitted by /u/blancdeer [link] [comments]
Idols are unjustly hated on. Period. But I’m curious about this specific flavor of hate that comes mostly from women. I’ve noticed that these three were often called attention-seeking, lazy, or favored in their respective generations. However, once their generation has peaked and a new generation takes over, they are suddenly revered. The hate or reverence they receive is always disproportionate compared to other female idols of the same era. At the generations "peak" any video about their “scandals” would garner millions of views. The girls could be crying or visibly disturbed, yet people still go all in as if they’re not human beings but punching bags. If anything, their tears are mocked. Nearly the exact same pattern repeats in every generation. What makes their haters target these particular women? Was it because they were different? submitted by /u/Wooyoungsmole [link] [comments]

I just want opinions or even someone to explain what’s the difference between the “VCHA” (GIRLSET) and Fifty Fifty redebut because although they shared similar conditions, the general reactions to their redebuts are so stark. Like, both groups when on hiatus’ due to members coming out about abuse within the company and both took legal action. However, when Keena decided to redebut with the new Fifty Fifty lineup, she was shred to bits by the general public, and when 4/6 of the VCHA members decided to redebut, everybody is calling them iconic and supporting them. I don’t have anything against either group, i’m just confused. Is there something i’m missing? submitted by /u/ohmyrosie [link] [comments]
