I KNOW this is such a non-issue and I'm not saying I hate hair extensions on idols, but I hate seeing the obvious extensions. Like... I rather see you in short hair, I've been seeing this mostly in itzy and it drives me mad lol. Love itzy, hate whoever is installing those extensions. Please tell me I'm not the only one who notices this submitted by /u/Hungry-Fix-729 [link] [comments]
Pic: yooyeon triples This will be my personal taste, if the song didn’t get good score or anything it doesn’t mean IM hating, it’s just not my style submitted by /u/whoarre [link] [comments]
Going through a lot personally and I could use some cute songs to keep my spirits up! Some examples are love equation - vixx, hide and seek - Astro, and Adore U - Seventeen. Thanks! submitted by /u/xlov_mother_muti [link] [comments]
Welcome to "The ultimate Kpop performer Day 6" Day 5 was "Who is the Kpop performer with the best live vocals. The winners are : for female idols : 👑) IU 2) Taeyeon 3) Wendy. For male idols : 👑) Jonghyun 2) Jongho 3) DK Today we go for the most Versatile Kpop performer. Just comment the name of the Kpop idol who diserve the position more. And Idol can't win two times except for the "GOAT" That will be the last day. Next day will be "Who is the most elegant performer in Kpop ?" submitted by /u/Gullible_Gear_5543 [link] [comments]
Jihyo should’ve sung both the high of Mars and should have Talk as a solo. I’m sorry, I like Nayeon’s voice, but I can’t listen to Talk because of her pop-nasal like voice. her voices didn't match and sounded off too, & when she does the high notes in Mars, there’s something about it i didn’t like it And I see people talking How Talk should be 3 mixes, and add a 3-chorus for Jeongyeon in Mars, but I disagree. Like, I love Jeongyeon's voice, but I think Jihyo should have both of the high notes; her voice is more powerful. Not hating, submitted by /u/Feeling-Box1535 [link] [comments]
so every once in awhile, i like to check out artists i haven't heard before and (shamefully so), I've heard like next to NOTHING of 2nd gen. Just some songs here and there (like Miniskirt by AOA , 4 walls by f(x), some SHINee stuff and TVXQ! (why? keep your head down is one of my all time favorite songs)). so i'm come here, asking all of you, if you could recommend me a group, and simultaneously their best album (your opinion of course). all help would be appreciated <3 submitted by /u/5iv3_ [link] [comments]

Well folks, the EXO boys are on fire. We got ourselves a no skip album here. I thoroughly enjoyed this one from start to finish. PSA: if you like alt/alt rock, it’s a must listen!!! Some standouts for me: “Medicine” was delightfully cheesy and went straight to my 80’s kpop playlist. Might be my favorite. “Fadeout” concluded the album with a bang. That gradual building, the soaring, longing vocals. It felt like the finale to a coming of age movie. Thoughts? What was your fav track? submitted by /u/Lilac-Soul [link] [comments]

There is a time and place for everything. Kpop has had many scandals and tragedies, and naturally people are going to be interested in the details. I get that. I think in some cases people should definitely take the time if they can to learn what really happened because it can raise awareness about certain issues, such as the specifics of the Burning Sun criminal case and those involved. What I don't like and what kind of ticks me off is when people make those shorts or TikToks or whatever they're called where they compile the 'saddest/scariest moments in kpop' for views. It'll be stuff like Sulli's last live and it shows her completely broken on screen, or it'll be the big screen falling on the dancers at the Mirror concert some years back. Maybe it's TWICE Mina suddenly crying in front of a crowd due to her anxiety before her hiatus. Or it's the sasaeng that tried to drag Taeyeon off stage mid performance. Stuff like that. The thing is, these compilation videos never give any context or explanation, and the music playing in the background is whatever recent GG release that's trending or charting well to draw in as many viewers as possible through the algorithm. The videos really just turn into: "LOOK AT THIS! THIS IS TERRIBLE! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?! LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE!" It's just really wrong to me that someone would make a video like that just to grow their channel. It's like those people eating a buffet of food while casually going over the most gruesome true crime stories ever. Like they don't give a crap about the people involved and are just releasing content. Well, that's just me. How do you guys feel about this type of video? submitted by /u/SageSageofSages [link] [comments]

You've read the title, you know the drill! Tell me, K-Pop fans, what K-Pop songs do people usually over-hate but you secretly or actually like~? I'll show you my list!! What are some songs you like from groups you usually dislike? Here are some of my own. Would appreciate any others you know. Aespa - Rich Man Black Pink - As If It Was Your Last (I know this isn't really their song) F(x) - Toys Pam Pam - 처음은 아니야 Block B - LOL submitted by /u/LongLostFan [link] [comments]
I am not counting Africa because they are neglected by everyone. It's not unique to HYBE. Having said that, I am genuinely curious what you think. I think all the regions I mentioned in the title have a good argument to be considered the most neglected by HYBE. In my biased Aussie opinion, I think Australian fans feel the most neglected by HYBE. I don't recall a HYBE group coming to do a concert in Australia. submitted by /u/Ruler_J [link] [comments]

Note: I am too poor to personally experience send-off. My thoughts are just based off clips I've seen from LE SSERAFIM's US tour. From what I have seen online, the send-off interactions I have seen on LE SSERAFIM's US tour have been wholesome and respectful. It's like a hi-touch, but much more interactive. I genuinely felt so good for the fans that got a chance to speak with them, or get selfies with them. But this seems to be the exception and not the norm. I have seen many comments and posts talking about how send-off is not worth it and really disappointing for the price you pay. So I feel like there should be some basic standard for send-offs. It seems that every company and group does send-offs differently, so I think it would be nice if there was a bit more consistency so fans know what to expect. Are send-offs currently worth it? What should be done to make send-offs more worth it? submitted by /u/Ruler_J [link] [comments]
