Basically, let's say Group A sold 1 million copies first week. But actually, it's not organic because only 500k was bought by fans, and the remaining 500k was bought by the company. Here, the company resells the 500k albums under the "lucky draw/fansign/fancall events". like... if you buy from us, you'll get a chance to win the event. The more you buy, the higher the chance for you to get picked. Companies will hold numerous and multiples events until the 500k copies are sold. That's why you see many groups' lucky draw/fansign/fancall events last for 3 ~ 5 months after the comeback promotion ended. heck, even right before the new album release, they are still holding fancall events for the previous album.
