23. Why are Modhaus’s limited photocards only on bunjang global?

  • 5 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

so I just saw that Modhaus, the agency behind TripleS and ARTMS partnered with Bunjang to drop newly debuted bg Idntt’s limited edition photocards and I can’t help but wonder why. There are already tons of established kpop sales platforms like ktown4u, everline but they went with bunjang which is more like KR version of FB Marketplace, mostly a peer to peer resale platform. Is Bunjang actually one of the bigger platforms for kpop merch trading? I’ll admit I haven’t kept up with every platform Modhaus used for triples or artms promotions so I don’t know their exact marketing strategy here. But it does make me curious why they’d pick bunjang specifically. From what I’ve seen, people usually only use bunjang when something is noticeably cheaper in korea compared to global prices or when there’s a free handling fee promo like the $5 waiver. makes sense for rare photocards since bunjang seems to be where a lot of them end up but I’m still surprised they’d do an exclusive drop for a rookie group there. Do you think Modhaus did this because there’s stronger demand for rookie group stuff on bunjang? Or was it just a way to make the release feel more exclusive? submitted by /u/Prestigious_Sea9631 [link] [comments]

25. Would anyone be interested in teaming up on a Kpop project?

Hi all, I am an online marketing professional from the UK - I like to use my SEO skills to set up fun side projects once in a while, so I have a few different websites and blogs I manage on topics I enjoy. I was thinking of setting up a website about K-pop, since it's a topic I enjoy and people seem to search for it a lot. It would basically just be a fun blog with relevant content like: Profiles on idols and groups Stories and information Info on record labels Helpful blogs answering questions people commonly search about K-pop Music videos Upcoming artists And anything else that would be helpful for this type of site. I can do this myself, but it would be more fun to get help, so I thought I'd post here. I'm looking for people who are passionate and knowledgeable about K-Pop to help me, especially those who have creative skills that could contribute to the site or a related social media account such as: Blog writers Video creators and editors YouTubers and people who are happy to film themselves talking on topics Social media influencers and post creators Graphic designers and editors People involved in the K-Pop industry or involved in making music in general Would love to hear from you, please DM if you have any interest or relevant skills. Happy to pay, although this would likely start fairly small then grow as the site grows. submitted by /u/longpole123 [link] [comments]

28. How long does the average song last on your playlist?

I keep getting surprised when people say like "I like this song so much that I still have it on my playlist a year later". Am I the only one who more or less never removes a song from their playlist? 34. Who’s giving you ult vibes in Idntt?

  • 6 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

sorry if it looks like there are 10 of them but these boys are the first 7 of Idntt who debuted a few weeks ago under Modhaus, the same agency as TripleS & ARTMS. So that means there’s still 17 more to go before the full 24 are out, but out of the 7 we’ve got now, who gives you the most ult vibes? I'd go for Juho, he just stands out the most. Saw him dance once and I was sold submitted by /u/Free_Display_7160 [link] [comments]

35. 6 member curse this, 6 member curse that - how about the 7 member curse?

  • 6 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

So, we all know the infamous 6-member curse, but what about the 7-member curse? Let’s see: NMIXX debuted as 7, but Jinni left the group in December 2022. Purple Kiss debuted as 7, but Jieun left the group in November 2022. TRI.BE debuted as 7, but Jinha left the group in July 2023. Weeekly debuted as 7, but Jiyoon left the group in June 2022. IZNA debuted as 7, but Jiyoon left the group in August 2025. Though debuting as 8, JinE left Oh My girl in October 2017, leaving them with 7 members. Following this, Jiho left the group in May 2022. What’s so interesting about this is that all of the girls that have left their respective groups, their names start with “Ji.” Did I leave out anything? submitted by /u/theredvelet [link] [comments]

38. Something I just noticed as someone who an avid listener of big4 groups is that only SM artists emphasized singing with vibrato.

  • 7 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I don’t mean to downgrade anyone or talking about vocal tier and such, but I noticed that SM artists tend to emphasize singing with vibrato more than artists from JYP, YG, or HYBE. Other artists do use vibrato too, just not as often or as strong. I’m not a trained singer, so I can’t speak on technical skill, but even SM average vocalists seem to use it. I really started noticing it when I listened to Mama by Exo which, in that song, they basically sing with vibrato at the end of every verse line. The clearest vibrato in a kpop song, I suppose. That's when I listen to other songs from other big4 groups. Has anyone else noticed this trend? submitted by /u/Personal_Damage6616 [link] [comments]
