so apparently kanye is going to seoul again in july, and i’m seriously losing my mind over the fact that people are still going to his concert. i genuinely do not understand how, let alone kpop idols, can show up to his shows and support him. do they not know about all the shit he’s said? this man praised hitl*r, denied the holocaust, pushed nazi-level rhetoric and sooo much more. it was global news. there’s no way people don’t know what he’s done. AND WHATS WORSE, is seeing big-name idols at his previous concerts, smiling, vibing, acting like nothing happened. and now i see people praying their fave doesn’t go to the next one like… why is this even a possibility in the first place? shouldn’t this be an automatic no? it’s insane to me how some celebs can just ignore this stuff. kanye’s “musical genius” does not cancel out the fact that he openly spreads hate, and supporting him sends a message, especially when you’re in the public eye (( submitted by /u/RecordingDry2024 [link] [comments]
