So I recently went to the HYBE Cinema Noraebang screening at a nearby theatre and wow. I didn’t expect to walk out this blown away by ENHYPEN. I remember loving their album 'DIMENSION: ANSWER' and playing it on repeat back in 2022. Later, my music taste shifted to another genre before coming back to K-pop last year. Now, I'm diving deep into their discography, and I'm so excited to check them out. Their tracks 'XO', 'Bite' and 'Sweet Venom' were part of the Noraebang setlist, and seeing them on the big screen with that surround sound hit totally different. The energy, visuals, and vocals were insane. Right after the show ended, I was literally humming these songs. I've literally had these songs on repeat ever since, especially 'Bite'. I don’t know what it is, but every time I hear it now, it feels like I'm hearing it for the first time all over again. I'm just really grateful that I got to experience it in theatres. submitted by /u/GentleNest05 [link] [comments]
I became a fan of kpop around November of last year and with me already having a diverse playlist on Spotify adding in music from Korea was so cool and once I saw Whiplash on YouTube by aespa it began a wave of researching, listening and finding fellow Aussies in groups like stray kids and new jeans and it has been a lot of fun. So the question im asking is I feel embarrassed and ashamed about listening to kpop now that I found out about south Koreas I guess you can say unrealistic view on beauty standards and the rise of unfortunate deaths of kpop idols in the past due to toxic fans online harassment and it all seems to relate to kpop and also kpop is going more global but I do get some eyebrows rised when they catch me listening to kpop, but I can't resist not listening to kpop there's nothing else quite like it I'm interested in hearing everything yous have to say submitted by /u/RavenCall937 [link] [comments]
Izone, I've, Illit, Idle, Izna Think about what these girls and their groups have given us. The range and styles of music and concepts have varied and yet they have all made incredible music that appeal to so many. Everything from the vitality of songs like love dive and magnetic, to the emotions of songs like hwaa and either way. To just good pop joy like sign and fiesta, having the group begin with an "I" has been a blessing these past few years. submitted by /u/Bluebell_in_Bloom [link] [comments]
Its been a while that I've been alot into fan fictions and have tried almost all the tropes. Could you guys suggest enhypen fanfictions where they are idols (not some random people, students, doctors or ceo etc) And fmc maybe of any professional (Preferably on Wattpad) submitted by /u/NoonaKnowsBest [link] [comments]
I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Do you consider fanservice and skinship to be queerbaiting? The video I linked has my opinions, but I'm curious to hear what everyone else thinks. submitted by /u/bluejaycoop [link] [comments]
It always makes me happy when my brain feels like something is familiar and there is actually that spark of like "YEP THAT'S IT." In this episode of "Hey -- wait I know that beat" is BATTITUDE (Twice's sub unit piece for their tour) and how it is most likely using the beat of HELLA GOOD by No Doubt. I've been noticing more and more groups pull directly from other songs. I just wish they gave some sort of credit or shoutout to this if its true just so I can have me "I 100% KNEW IT" moment and I can cement this is why it feels familiar haha. submitted by /u/PoyuPoyuTetris [link] [comments]

Jo Youngmin and Jo Kwangmin, The Twins from Boyfriend. I think if they were a subunit, They both would’ve made an interesting concept, Such as an Angel and Devil theme submitted by /u/Flowerofthesouth88 [link] [comments]

in my personal opinion art has no gender...it is always you and me who divide art based on gender ...agree misogyny and patriarchy exist..I'm victim , ggs are victim , u are victim , it's universal but generalization really never going to help I'm saying this coz I have seen tons of posts doing this gg stans vs bg stans .. Acting like majority of us aren't women..... . this whole gg stans vs bg stans is so tiring..also I'm not only talking about kpop .it is about pop too .. submitted by /u/Worried-Dark-5970 [link] [comments]

Before jumping to conclusions, read the whole thing first. Annie did train like everybody else and worked hard, but she had an easier initial process. She is a fcking chaebol. The Chaebols run Korea. She is the granddaughter of the Chairman of Samsung and Shinshigae. So you can imagine how fcking loaded she is. And you can check how K-pop agencies, especially YG and Black Label, treat rich kids. She was taken at a shot, without thinking, was possibly given the best dorms and the best training, not like some idols who grew up in poverty, had no food to eat, struggled to some nugu company, got scammed, never got paid, and disbanded after 7 unsuccessful years. Now, people might argue that "her family said no" and all. But remember, these are nothing compared to starvation or even s*ic*de... She is hardworking and talented, but gets things in her fingers ever since she was born. submitted by /u/Ok_Bake_1021 [link] [comments]
