I am a blink, have been for a long time. I have heard so many rumors of pinks in early days, so many ships, most of which were ofcourse just with st*pid 'evidence' i.e. liskook. Taennie was also like that in the bigenning with the 'evidence' being V singing Jennie's part in award show or exchanging a glance accidently (or not?), AND the photoshopped pics. From then on I just considered all rumors as they are, just rumors. When Jennie and Tae walking in Paris video surfaced I did not know what to think of it. While it was widely dismissed as cosplaying, Jennie posted a pic of herself in the same outfit, it was baffaling. It could have been her 'fuck u' ; " Yes, we are dating", or "I was with out my friends". Without a statement, I just assumed it was again some bullshit like it was when they were spotted in a love hotel or something and it was apparently unture. I don't even know anymore what to beleive what not. But there was some gala that Jisoo, Tae and Rosie attended, and Jisoo and Tae were spotted talking animatedly confirming that they are in fact on good terms, I won't use the word friends because Jisoo said a girl and guy can not 'just' be friends, so she is not 'friends' with him. I recently joined Kpop sub reddits, and I came across so many post that had many redditers commenting on Taennie being the truest unconfirmed relationship. submitted by /u/KeyJellyfish4355 [link] [comments]

Even though I do agree that itâs just an extravagant party for rich and famous people the event will have the impact planned by the organizers. Firstly, itâs an awareness event, which means that the main goal is for the topic to be more talked about or at least less taboo. Although they could have done better by including questions for the guests about the topic to make it more prevelant, just making an event out of it already creates lots of public interest. This makes it a more acceptable topic to talk about. Secondly, getting all this attention, even if negative, causes the issue to gain more public interest and creates more political pressure. More people will now look into the topic or be interested in whatâs happening on it. Politically events like these and the public interest that follows makes it more likely to be on the political agenda and thus also causes government donations and programs for research, prevention and caretaking. Especially politicians that want to capitalize on the sudden public interest will try to capitalize on this. Although, again, they could have emphasized the issue more, the fact that idols and celebrities just show up is the most important. As with most political or other events it doesnât really matter what idols do or say but more so that the speak on an issue or just show up since that it what creates the public attention and puts on the political pressure. Funny clips, them having fun and them looking pretty is what gains the most attention (whether you think thatâs a good thing or not) which means more awareness and interest. This is essentially the same idea as them going to fashion shows where they just show their face for the brand to gain a better or more recognizable image and that there is lots of attention on the brand. Nobody cares much about what the celebrities have to say about the brand or if they actively participate in the show, they just watch for the favorites and become more aware of the brand in the process. Fun clips, funny clips, them talking about upcoming content or them just looking very creates more interest from the audience and thus more brand recognition (which is the goal). Thirdly, indirectly these types of events do generate a lot of money/donations. Yes, I think they should make the celebrities pay hefty entrance fee to get the ball rolling and set and example of donations for others and that is definitely something the organizers should change. (Iâm also aware the brands of the idols are paying for them to be shown but these people are rich enough to also pay a large ticket fee). However, a lot of charities use events like this to gain big donors. They throw large, often private and extravagant parties, to make their charity more appealing and to stand out. Big donors enjoy the events and are than more open to follow up conversations about giving a large donation or keep the charity in mind when wanting to make a large donation. It also has the added benefit of making them look better for donating to the charity in front of their rich friends. Does this sound kinda dystopian, yeah, but it does actually work and is often used by for instance UN organizations. In addition, as mentioned in the first two points, because this event is not private and there are lots of celebrities you gain the addition benefit off public attention which causes more small donations from a lot of people and more possible government investments. In conclusion, the organizers could create more emphasis on the topic and ask the celebrities questions about it while also charges them a way higher fee, but the event does fulfill its purpose of attracting celebrities and gaining attention by showing clips of them having fun which leads to (eventually) more interest and donations. submitted by /u/Dashydefiance [link] [comments]

When groups release music targeted to younger audiences (preteens, teens, sometimes even kids lol), they're more likely to get a larger number of streams and views on youtube because the kids' market is HUGE. For example, APT/Golden/Gangnam style are songs literally every kid knows about and dances to Kids REPEAT what they like watching a billion times, that clearly happened with Golden a lot Even with nursery rhymes, kids do that. For example, gangnam style has 5.7(?)bn views currently, with 31M likes. Whereas, that baby shark song has 16bn views with only 45M likes, which is an incomparable ratio lmao Younger audiences who watch an M/V on repeat are obviously not going to like the video. It's either that, extremely die hard fans or... Ads? That I still don't really understand but I get are used sometimes What do you guys think? submitted by /u/Gold_Meaning3688 [link] [comments]
