It refers to controlling my XX thickly and powerfully," and "I want to make you a mother of many children." In response, New Jeans' agency, Adore, filed a criminal complaint against Shin in June of last year and also filed a damage suit for a total of 100 million won, 20 million won per member. Adore, the agency of New Jeans, also took advantage of this method and worked hard for over a year to catch Shin, including appointing a legal representative, hiring a legal representative, and filing a public information request with a US court to obtain Shin's identity from Google. During the trial, they were able to win the case for an unusually high amount by emphasizing the malicious intent, including defamation of the artist. The judge ruled in partial favor, stating, "It is clear from experience that a person whose personality rights have been violated by the other party's sexual expressions suffers mental anguish." He added, "The personality rights of the New Jeans members have been violated, and they are liable for damages resulting from this." Hi guys! For a little context, i'm a film student from Hungary, and my dream is to become a music video director. Here, Kpop doesn't have as big of a culture, and i don't know any bands outside of the most well known ones, like BTS or BLACKPINK :') However, i recently watched Kpop Demon Hunters, which was a fantastical movie, and i also have been listening to and watching K/DA music videos, and from that, and a few kpop MV's i saw on like music tv channels, i realised i really like the Kpop MV directing/cinematography style.
