Hello all! I went to my first K-pop concert yesterdayāTXT. Iām not a MOA, just a casual listener with a bias toward Soobin. Before last night, I wouldāve said Yeonjun was the member I paid the least attention to. I never really connected with him in TXT content or music videos. Iād seen a fair amount, but maybe I just wasnāt immersed enough. But after the concert? His star power is undeniable. He has the kind of energy that I think could carry him into as much solo success as he wants. I also really like the direction heās taken with his solo musicāit feels fresh, and honestly, itās something Iād love to hear more of. The whole experience has been stuck in my head all day, to the point that I had to make this post. It makes me wonder how my opinions about other idols or groups might change if I saw them live too. And honestly? I think itās time for Yeonjun to push for a full solo project, and soonāespecially before enlistment. Iād 100% go to a concert for his solo work. So, if youāve never gone to see your faves in person, do it if you can. Concerts are a completely different experience than stanning online. submitted by /u/honeybadgerlanhua [link] [comments]
I was searching Google for Oneus Seoho to figure out what military branch heās in. There are a lot of military performance videos with Seoho on YouTube (which is great so I donāt have to miss him too much lol), so I was wondering if he is in the band or what. Anyway, the Google AI Summary returned my Reddit posts as the top result. Thatās crazy! No one should take my Reddit posts as a source of information, they should be going to the original source. Just wait until AI sees my kpoopheads posts lmfaooooo. While itās kind of funny, itās kind of creepy and weird too. Just another reason I wonāt be trusting AI answers on Google. And I still didnāt find the answer to my question of what division Seoho is serving in š submitted by /u/Funwithnugukpop [link] [comments]

What K-pop songs are some that you absolutely love that happen to have a member deep in the creative process? submitted by /u/Thick-Software-6259 [link] [comments]
I've been following this group purely because Kim In-hye is in the group and she absolutely killed it in MY TEENAGE GIRL (Seen here). I wasn't a fan of their debut song BADVILLAIN but oh my goodness Thriller seems to have the same kind of magic KOL's Igloo has. That feeling of nostalic 2000s club and Y2K if it had a baby. I don't know sonically if that's the right way to describe it, but I especially want to say how addictive that last chorus/outro is especially with the dance on the knees (purely on a visually satisfying way). submitted by /u/PoyuPoyuTetris [link] [comments]
Knowing that theyāre Fifty Fifty 2.0 makes me want to support them even more. submitted by /u/Bubbly-Wolverine-396 [link] [comments]
I may change the flair on this (if I need to) because Iām not sure if this would be considered a āgame,ā but I donāt think itās really a discussion question either. š itās just something I thought would be fun lol submitted by /u/CeCeAlexus [link] [comments]

I feel like most kpop fans care more about visuals and the music itself than live performance. Plenty of groups lipsync often and still build successful careers. Iāve even seen groups lipsync at their own concerts and fans still pay good money to fill up the venues. Lipsynced performances still rack up millions of views and fans still show great appreciation for them. To give a recent example, Iznaās golden cover at KCON comes to mind. Many fans didnāt care if it was fully lipsynced. They were still praising their voices and calling it the best cover ever. To me, singing live doesnāt really seem to be a top priority in kpop these days. What do you guys think? Is all the outrage over lipsyncing just performative? submitted by /u/GainImpressive8183 [link] [comments]
This is something that is always on my mind since I used to be a fan newjeansā music and concept, and it is very upsetting to me that weāll never get to here what music they would have released and how their concept would have evolved. Not only that, I also wonder how much bigger they could have gotten. Like they were doing very well domestically and globally and had soooo much potential to become even bigger. I want to know what a full album from newjeans would have been like and what more could they have achieved. submitted by /u/M0us3Cheezz [link] [comments]
Yesterday I saw Jungwon, Heeseung, and Jayās ENHYPEN WORLD posters and Iām still dizzy from it, and now the rest are out too š I screamed! The visuals are lethal. how can anyone look like this⦠they donāt even seem human. Their faces are literally heavenly š the vampire concept is gorgeous, they nailed it š§š„š (anyone wanna donate blood for the boys lol) october feels way too far.. are we even ready? I don't know if it's because of nostalgia, but from the first time I saw this MV and heard the song, I fell in love forever. I also love Call Me Baby, Overdose was a song I always listened to, but it seems like I'll never stop liking Love Me Right. submitted by /u/Separate-Comedian-25 [link] [comments]
