They are themselves feminists until it's other female idols. They start to drag idols and play victim when other fd give them back. submitted by /u/No-University-7215 [link] [comments]

Im 19 and never dated anyone. Right now it seems impossible to find anyone to match my standards because i keep dreaming about the dream man which i havent even met. I think its really rare to even find a guy that has the visuals in the level of a kpop idol. Ofc looks arent everything but I do care about looks alot to be attracted to someone. I dont wanna lower my standards tho. Id rather fangirl over a kpop boygroup and go to their concerts while getting interactions from them. Of course I know its fanservice and isnt real. It still makes me happy and it kindof fills the empty hole of not having a boyfriend. If I started dating someone idk if i could even fangirl like how i am doing right now. Id rather fangirl and dream about the perfect man then settle for someone less. Am i wrong for this? submitted by /u/LuckTemporary9527 [link] [comments]
Idk it become a pet peeve of mine when people made a post about how they slowly losing interest in kpop and made a bjillion reason why they 'left' like they left a cult. Like... you just losing interest and that's it. Isn't it the same with any other artists or piece of media. There will be time where you hyperfixate over it and later you'll find another thing to be obsessed about, or maybe one day you might find yourself back on that old hyperfixation. That's normal??? I have never seen this type of posts with other things other than kpop. I mean you can outgrown western artists too. Idk sorry it's just kind of annoyed me ._. submitted by /u/Bidibooooo [link] [comments]
I personally am most excited for AHOF’s but the teaser for CLOSE YOUR EYES looks really cool so I am very interested I am also planning to check out NEXZ’s and XLOV’s (and NouerA if the rumoured comeback happens this year) The other comeback/debut? that I am looking forward too is Idntt’s ‘yesweare’ subunit when it comes out as I am curious of what sound they’ll have. submitted by /u/ARG_obesessed [link] [comments]

I heard that there are genuinely many people in Indonesia rooting for Carmen. In the release of this music video as well, Indonesia was the country that most quickly climbed the YouTube trending video rankings. It seems like she is a pride for them. I really understand what it feels like to wish for a fellow countryman's success from afar in a foreign country. They haven't had any visible results in South Korea yet, but I think this album could be a turning point. submitted by /u/Embarrassed_Clue1758 [link] [comments]
Seeing LSFs comment section under Spaghetti honestly made me wanna post this. The amount of obvious fake accounts pretending to be from certain fandoms is unreal 💀 Can we talk about how absolutely deranged it is when people pretend to be from a Kpop fandom just to make that fandom or group look bad? Like what kind of hobby is that? You go through the whole ordeal of making a new account, trying to get followers etc. and then do the wildest most hateful stuff so others will go, “ugh, see how toxic that fandom is!.” It’s manipulative and genuinely pathetic. Some recent examples from the top of my head: A Blink pretending to be a Glitt reporting Lara to ICE (Like WHAT?) Kpop fans pretending to be ARMYs during Yoongis scooter incident starting that disgusting “Yoongi challenge” or whatever it was called. People, who absolutely hated NWJNS 2 years ago now pretending to be big time Tokkies to throw hate towards other Hybe groups. Fake Eyekons leaving hate and plagiarism comments under LSF posts to stir up beef when they know those two fandoms are very good with eachother. Or just clearly paid hate campaigns from accounts with 10 followers but 60k likes. No fandom is clear for this, they ALL have done this. But like who even thinks to do that? And whats even worse is when other people know those accounts arent even from that fandom. they can tell, they see the red flags but they egg it on anyway because they also hate that group. Congrats, youre enabling someones weird psychological warfare because you dont like a celebrity. Thats next level pathetic lol. "Omg that fandom is absolutely deranged because an account with 0 followers called ILoveBTSpurpleheart" or "BliNk4Life" said this!” Please have some media literacy I beg! 😭 Can we as Kpop enjoyers collectively come together and stop falling for it and engaging 🙏🏻 submitted by /u/thebarted [link] [comments]
1 - Song is not good and I don't like it 2 - Song is okay at worst and good at best but I still wouldn't listen to it 3 - The Song is really good, but I wouldn't call it my favorite 4 - Listen to it in my sleep (Note: Make it mostly BTS, BP and TWICE because they are the only K-pop groups I stan/have stanned before) submitted by /u/Brilliant_Class5164 [link] [comments]

Ever since MAMA nominations have been announced I have seen fans of checks notes idols from sm, yg, jyp and hybe throw in the word nepotism so damn easily in every argument that surrounds them. MAMA has done the same thing in 2014 too and as far as the criteria for the awards go they keep changing it every 2 years just compare the criteria they had for awards in 2019 and then compare the criteria they had in 2023. How dare they nominate the most successful rookies on the korean charts for rookie of the year award? How scandalous? Mind you famous literally got PAKs and Wicked was a top 5 hit for the longest time. Annie getting to be the mc for the mbc gayo is apparently nepotism but when newly debuted idols from hybe and sm get mc positions in mcountdown, music core, music bank and inkigayo suddenly it is not nepotism and these idols earned those through their blood sweat and tears or what. Mind you the best mcs that come out of these shows are wonyoung and yujin who aren't even from big 3 and are still getting booked meanwhile every idol from big4 who retires from these music shows never gets to mc actual award shows. I just think kpop stans especially fans of sm and hybe groups are just made that the companies in which their faves are can no longer monopolize these things. They don't seem to like the fact that out of nowhere theblacklabel has the same connections as these big companies even though we all know how influential teddy is in the kpop industry. You want your idols to go to fashion shows, get nominated for big awards and get to have mc position without even qualifying for them but when someone else gets the same opportunities suddenly it is pure nepotism submitted by /u/Bulky-Ad-4022 [link] [comments]
