Firstly… how crazy is Sangwon?? This guy is absolutely insane. I CANNOT wait for his debut 🔥🔥🔥 I want to talk about someone else. Specifically Jun Min and the heavy promotion Mnet is putting behind him. Now… these are all my own personal opinions and you are free to disagree. I think he’s good. He’s likeable. He’s fun to watch. We’ve had two group performances now. In S-class, Kangmin kept my eye on him the whole time. I didn’t even know who he was, but he took my attention, but Mnet spent the majority of the time hyping up Junmin. Now we have like Jennie, and again, Sangwon, Harry Jun, and that one guy who did the flip kept my attention, but again! Mnet spent basically the whole section dedicated to this group hyping up Junmin. They clearly are putting a lot of marketing effort behind him. Now whether that translates into votes… we’ll have to wait and see. My personal stance on this is despite the heavy promotion, there are other participants who’ve caught my attention more. What about you guys? submitted by /u/fostermonster555 [link] [comments]

Everyone has top charting favs, and everyone loves arguing about what songs are best because of whatever reasons, but I don’t care about any of that. Tell me what your ult group is, and what your 3 favorite B-sides are. No title tracks, singles, etc. Only the best underplayed stuff you wish everyone would listen to so they could really get to know how good your favorite group is. You don’t have to justify why, no judgement. I know the good stuff is always buried deep, share it with new fans. I’ll start: i-dle: Revenge Dark (X-File) Lucid (bonus, picking 3 was hard: Change) submitted by /u/zoooeys [link] [comments]

Day 45 Results: TWICE wins by 134 votes! (An absolute wash as expected) Vote for your favorite and as always poll closes in 24 hours! If you're unsure of who to vote for, here's a couple songs to help your decision: SISTAR - So Cool SISTAR - Ma Boy SISTAR - Give It To Me [Kep1er - Galileo](https://youtu.be/_Uvi-FgAsy4?si=CR3R1jjV_8Wf80o6 Kep1er - We Fresh Kep1er - TIPI-TAP First Half Second Half Disclaimer: This tournament is not a “comparison”. The seeds were randomized and I didn’t pick the matchups. The songs picked are amongst their most popular because they’re easy to recognize. If you have another song suggestion you may leave it in the comments but please refrain from complaining about the song not being included. I also try to switch up the listed songs every new round, so the songs you might not know from a group might not be listed as they were listed the previous round. Either way, feel free to recommend them in the comments if you’d like. View Poll submitted by /u/PushOffTheGround [link] [comments]
Obviously, we all have our own opinions and tastes are subjective, but I'll never understand those who make posts like "XYZ disappointed me again" and start ranting about everything they hate. Let me clarify, I'm not talking about disappointed fans, but people who already have a constant problem with a group and their work, and yet they seem to be paying attention. I don't know, isn't it contradictory to not like something but go on and on about it? submitted by /u/Someonehihi [link] [comments]

as an insomnia, dreamcatcher who??? no im kidding, but this song is literally the GOAT k-pop song for me. no one shares the sheer passion i have for this single song. this is a masterpiece and i need to gush about it. someone share my joy, please. they deserved so much better. anyone else have random unknown songs they feel this passionately about? i have literally not stopped listening to this song since 2021. i've never kept a song on rotation for that long. submitted by /u/hollaQ_ [link] [comments]
So a couple of months ago, one of my all time favorite groups JUSTB made headlines and history when Bain came out as gay during their LA concert on their Just Odd tour. They got a lot of attention for it, but it's understandably quieted down since then, but they're releasing their first new song since then, Too Late, in less than one day - it's out 08.24 12 KST - so I wanted to remind everyone why you should listen to JUSTB! (I also previously wrote a introductory post for them if anyone wants to learn more about them.) Music is always the most important factor in listening to a group for me, and they've been hitting it out of the park. Their hyperpop inspirations in Just Odd were really unique and it's my album of the year. They also sometimes do more pop-rock songs, like Medusa or Still I Luv You. The Too Late teaser makes it sound like one of those, which I'm really excited about. Beyond the music, there are a lot of reasons to be a fan! They have a really great dynamic, ranging from lots of memeing but also they have all been SO supportive of Bain and hyping him up at every opportunity. They've been increasingly managing themselves - not only musically, but also doing their own A&R and networking for the group, editing videos, and more. Being a group from a small agency is harder than ever and they definitely have budget constraints, but they're so dedicated to creating amazing music nonetheless! And yes, of course, supporting a group that made k-pop history! And if you're curious about what they've been up to the last couple of months, they: Made the very hilarious name change from 'JUST B' to 'JUSTB' Spent an entire month in Mexico doing local events and concerts! Had an encore concert in Seoul and have done some busking. This is particularly meaningful because they've said that they didn't expect to be able to perform in Seoul any more after Bain's came out out, which makes me tremendously sad and proud of them Bain has also had some solo activities and interviews, including one with Hong Seok-cheon, a photoshoot in Dazed Korea and more Geonu made a new instagram where he's been editing and posting behind the scenes clips from the Just Odd album and tour. DY composed a b-side Title for iKon Jay's new album Lots of unhinged Tiktok memes In conclusion - Too Late comes out in just about twenty four hours from the time of posting, so please make sure to check it out!!! submitted by /u/josme_ [link] [comments]

Honorable mentions go out to Young Posse, Purple Kiss, and Rescene. Rules: You will have approximately 24 hours to vote. I'd prefer it if you mention one artist per comment and that the artist in question had a "silent fanbase" during their peak. The table of far: Row 1: BTS, Loona, Dreamcatcher Row: 2: IVE, STAYC, KARD submitted by /u/VigilMuck [link] [comments]
