what do you think of CBX as a group? do you like their music and aesthetics and are you waiting for them to come back anytime soon? their future was left off kinda vague some years ago, but this year's fanmeeting raised hopes and expectation for their potential new release. Now that's the guys are all under INB100, they can manage the group by themselves and have the creative freedom. I think they would make an awesome record that could even exceed "Blooming Days" (which is their best work to date and such an amazing project overall). I actually think they could present a more mature version of CBX while still preserving that dreamy spring/summer aura they had in their Korean albums. they could mix their synth-pop sound with sexy R&B and present something fresh submitted by /u/xslbccdks_coded [link] [comments]

HYBE is projected to see its performance surge by over 150% in the next two years, fueled by BTSâs highly anticipated full-group comeback. According to Lee Ki-hoon, a researcher at Hana Securities, âAlthough BTS experienced its first decline in growth during their military service period, the groupâs full return is expected to boost HYBEâs profits by approximately 150% through 2026.â This forecast is based on an estimated annual tour attendance of around 3 million people. However, thereâs a strong possibility that the average ticket price will rise by more than 240,000 KRW (about 175 USD). With this being BTSâs first major world tour since topping the Billboard HOT 100 in 2020, attendance could climb even higher. Lee added, âBTSâs annual sales in 2026 are expected to reach between 1.3 to 1.5 trillion KRW (approximately 950 million to 1.1 billion USD),â noting that this would be on par with the combined sales of JYP and YG projected for 2025. source: https://n.news.naver.com/article/029/0002960359 submitted by /u/ehem-ehem-2021 [link] [comments]
We all have our biases, and itâs easy to think our favorite group has the most stunning visuals, but what about outside of that? Who's that one idol you donât follow but every time a photo or fancam of them shows up, youâre like damn đ Obviously idols aren't just their visuals, they're people with talent, personalities, and careers, and this post isnât meant to be about treating them like pieces of meat. Itâs just for fun, okay? A little shallow moment of appreciation. My choices are Minhyuk (Monsta X) and Jiwoo (NMIXX). I swear they always look unreal in every clip I see. Drop your picks! Bonus points if you include what made them stand out to you (a specific era, outfit, fancam, etc.) Letâs be respectfully thirsty together. submitted by /u/BansheeBallad [link] [comments]
I've been watching my favorite dance breaks from my favs, but I'm sure I'm missing a ton. What are some great dance breaks that others should check out? submitted by /u/GodzillasBoner [link] [comments]
Member A (popular member) gets few/least lines: Where is member A? They got shafted. Itâs unfair. I dislike the song/video. I wish A had more parts đ Member B (not popular) gets least lines: donât complain. Maybe B didnât want more lines. The song is short so not everybody will get lines. The song doesnât fit their voice. If anyone complain they are B akgaes/solo stans. Unfortunately I see this quite often. Itâs only unfair if a member has a lot of fans. If itâs an unpopular member, line distribution isnât a big deal. submitted by /u/taejinkook28 [link] [comments]
Well, the goal here is not to discuss the Kiss of Life controversy, this subject has already been discussed exhaustively here on reddit and in several other places. The point I want to raise is that, although in the West Kiss of Life is being seen very badly due to the racism controversy, I think it is obvious to everyone that the group has not had its reputation affected in Korea. In fact, not only in Korea, but I would say throughout Asia. I think a good proof of this is that the group continues its activities normally in Korea even after the controversy, for example, going to university festivals and appearing on TV shows, as if nothing had happened. And in the middle of this, we have several Kpop idols who continue to interact normally with the group. Irene and Seulgi, Bibi, Yena, BAEKHYUN, these are just a few examples. Look, I'm not trying to condemn any of these idols, but when you see the reaction of fans on the internet whenever an idol appears alongside Kiss of Life, it will always be full of comments about how the idol can't choose who he interacts with, or that he probably didn't know about the controversy. Look, if it were just one or the other case, these excuses from the fans could be acceptable, but with so many idols interacting normally with Kiss of Life in just over two months after the controversy, and with international fans eternally showing their dislike for the group openly, it's hard to believe that there wouldn't be a single one of these idols bothered enough to at least post a note about the situation. Deep down, I think the fans don't want to accept the possibility that their favorite idols aren't that different from the average Korean and that they also might not see any big problem with Kiss of Life's actions. And how do you feel about your favorite idol having to interact with Kiss of Life or with any other person that you consider problematic? Note: Once again, this post is not intended to throw hate at anyone, the examples I mentioned were just examples, my objective here was just to discuss the behavior of the South Korean public regarding the controversy and how fans deal with their idols having to interact with problematic people. submitted by /u/Quirky_Scratch9168 [link] [comments]
Iâm saying this as someone who supported Katseye since Day 1 â the girls did not deserve this rollout. The core issue here is not the members. Itâs not even HYBE. The issue is Geffen. From the very beginning, the creative direction has been completely off. The songs feel like a parody of K-pop â generic, overproduced, and emotionally empty. Thereâs no cohesion, no identity, and no real connection to the global pop sound that HYBE has proven it can execute. Just look at Jungkookâs âGOLDENâ â an album entirely developed by HYBEâs teams in America. It was polished, international, cohesive, and authentic. Itâs proof that HYBE can do global pop at the highest level without Geffen involved. Meanwhile, Geffen has literally admitted in the Dream Academy documentary that they âthrive off hate.â That explains a lot â including why they thought a song like âGnarlyâ was a good idea. This isnât about clout or virality. Itâs about setting up a global girl group to actually succeed. Right now, Katseye is being creatively sabotaged by a label that doesnât understand the assignment. The members are talented. The visuals are strong. The potential is real. But unless HYBE steps in and cuts Geffen out of the process before the EP drops, this whole thing is going to implode. Let HYBEâs global creative teams take over. Thereâs still time to fix this â but only if the people who actually know how to build stars are allowed to lead. Iâm rooting for Katseye. I just donât trust the people behind the curtain. submitted by /u/No-Musician5599 [link] [comments]

Recently started a new playlist for collecting songs with spellings in the lyrics, afte seeing the T.H.U.N.D.E.R in the Seventeen song. It doesn't have to be the song name tho (found this Reddit post about that, so I'd appreciate more songs where something else is spelled.) submitted by /u/liatism [link] [comments]
