As someone who voted for Yunah throughout R U Next (the survival show that formed Illit). I’ve been disappointed to see that Yunah consistently gets the lowest fancam views in the group and seems to be the least popular member. Yunah is pretty and very talented (she trained for 5 years) so why is she underappreciated? submitted by /u/SwimmingWolverine868 [link] [comments]

P.S: This isn’t one of those things where I pick the most upvoted comment and put it on the image, it’s just a discussion prompt everyday! submitted by /u/LackOfDad [link] [comments]
for the longest time now, bts has proven to be able to stand the test of time and industry. they weren’t “put in the baseman” in 2019, they only kept rising after DNA, they defeated the “seven years curse”, they took breaks and got past their burnout, and now, they have overcome the biggest obstacle of all, their sword of damocles: enlistment. they enlisted, and came back without losing an ounce of relevance and being as united as ever. their enlistment was the thing that haters had awaited for the most, thinking it would be the end for them, and now… they did it, and they overcame all the odds, and the industry hasn’t found a “next bts” despite trying time and time again. so… what comes next? is the industry going to keep trying, or will they accept there is no way to produce a “next bts”? will they keep riding their coattails and keep trying taking a slice of merit from the “kpop phenomenon” success pile despite witnessing the fall of relevancy of kpop after bts left? honestly, i’m very intrigued to see what happens next. submitted by /u/banbancherries [link] [comments]
was listening to a song the other day and found myself thinking, "When is this going to end?" I checked my phone — it had only been playing for 1.5 minutes. I was genuinely surprised. I'm from India, and I grew up with songs that often ran 7–8 minutes long. Even today, I still listen to those older tracks, and somehow, I never get bored. They hold my attention from start to finish. That got me thinking — why do some newer songs feel so dull so quickly? I think it might be because many of them are too monotonous. There’s not much dynamic range, no real "ups and downs" musically or emotionally, and lyrically, there’s often not a lot going on. It’s like the song just loops the same vibe with minimal progression. I'm not saying all modern music is like this, but it's something I've been noticing more often. Has anyone else felt this way? What do you think is missing in newer songs that older ones had? submitted by /u/Koi_hai_ [link] [comments]
