┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ Hey everyone I hope you all had a great final week of June. I know my week was busy and hot which made me wish for cooler days. One thing I'm still working on is finding my Summer Anthem and Summer album for 2025. I've been listening to some excellent tunes this week that have made my days better. I've also been preparing for all the releases that will be coming out in July, which I know will make the month even better. Now with all that out of the way let's jump into the music and see what is released this week. ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ https://preview.redd.it/5i89tsyzfi9f1.jpg?width=1536&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2b77ce6ff151bafb8f60a5fb92405bddb15bcc68 Korean Releases of the Week: June 22nd Dream Hacker (feat. Park Soeun) - Varycoybunny Varycoybunny is back with a new single teaming up with Park Soeun. A guitar opens up the track as the vocals come into the mix blending with the pop-rock vibe. The Verycoybunny works well with the vibe that the tune delivers. I also like how well Park Soeun complements the vocals from Varycoybunny as they both work wonderfully together. I've been having this on repeat a few times this week as it's been pulling me back for more. I'm glad Varycoybunny is putting out more music cause I've been enjoying it since I discovered the singer. https://preview.redd.it/t8ku4li4gi9f1.jpg?width=480&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=02d278b7937863f69bccae6f31c1435d045ef16c ≿————- ❈ ————-≾ Brand New Day -tws tws released an OST this week one that has been on repeat. The piano and guitar open the track, crafting a smooth melody that brings this tune to life. tws brings in sweet vocals that blend with the melody that has been keeping this on rotation on my playlist. The hook has a summery vibe that fits wonderfully with the season we are in at the moment. tws has been impressing me since they debut and each time they release something I always get obsessed with it. I can't waitto have this OST on repeat for the rest of the summer as I know it will brighten up my days. https://preview.redd.it/ka2rdw99gi9f1.jpg?width=610&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7b60a808aa2bcbd2c423fb7da4b32ced57a9d31e ≿————- ❈ ————-≾ June 24th D-Day - ZEROBASEONE Zerobaseone is back with an OST one that surprised me with how fantastic it was. The group goes for this rock sound that blends perfectly with the vocals they bring to the table. Listening to this song it feels like a b-side that could be on one of their albums. The chorus explodes with color as it keeps me coming back for more this week. I've been enjoying the overall soundscape and performance that the group has delivered with this tune. I'm glad Zerobaseone dropped this terrific OST one that I know will be on repeat for me for a while. https://preview.redd.it/5jtbch5cgi9f1.jpg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb6eb665b9d9b38313b805d279952cd9264afedf ≿————- ❈ ————-≾ Weekly Lastfm Roundup (June 20th - June 26th) Artist: Twice https://preview.redd.it/t7hep4tggi9f1.jpg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=780dd6524b4dd12e9fa1d07433c95fb838b802c1 ≿————- ❈ ————-≾ Album: Bomb - ILLIT https://preview.redd.it/8kh0gj6hgi9f1.jpg?width=275&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5449b2acc9395f4d1c01f48efdc7eaa4204d0c55 ≿————- ❈ ————-≾ Song: TAKEDOWN (JEONGYEON, JIHYO, CHAEYOUNNG) - Twice https://preview.redd.it/1zzegygggi9f1.png?width=1000&format=png&auto=webp&s=8a17d6bac267f1f94ad1599e64cf335a72bb2064 submitted by /u/Maltifandom23 [link] [comments]
I am a fan of JYP artists. I feel like none of the recent come backs made a huge success. Regardless which group or solo. People keep saying the song selection is off. They are losing the general public's interest. I think to certain point it is true. None of the new songs hit me as hard as before. But if I look at other groups from different (bigger) agencies, if the group reaches certain level (top tier) they can release whatever songs and people still likes it. Switching concepts or styles isn't a big problem. Is it purely about song taste? or is it also marking and charisma? I think JYP groups has strong fan base, though it is not enough if compared to other groups similar on popularity. submitted by /u/lulukaiii [link] [comments]
My thoughts : It was a well structured song with full of catchy verses in their deep voices.. The song starting with Annie's deep voice is so intriguing from the start. I love her girl crush aura sm. I personally loved Youngseo's part so much, it's stuck in my head 24/7 and the second one was WOOCHAN's amazing rap especially those iconic lines : " Im stacking my dollars" " Not even famous but they wanna be us"...agghh the flow he got ....he easily became my bias. Second thought is BAILEY SOK !! The queen she is, she has been very famous and talented dancer but idk if i was living under a rock or smtg cus i didn't know abt her at all. And the 2nd thing is her RAP (not in 'Famous' but in WICKED), she's truly amazing. Her dance break at the last with the beat change was spectacular ✨️👌 And lastly, TARZZAN's rap, it was good ofc. But he didn't catch my attention at the first sight, but i liked his voice. I loved the combination of Bailey and Tarzzan, their paired choreo is a feast to the eyes😍. Maybe my bias would be woochan and wrecker would be Annie and Bailey. (NO HATE TO ANYONE) Tell me ur thoughts now. submitted by /u/fanzhixin [link] [comments]
This will be my obviously subjective ranking of Katseye's new EP (WHICH IM OBSESSED WITH) 1 Mean Girls This song calls out the Popstar Academy haters and is synth-pop done right with its overarching synth being super addictive. Lyrics are a bit corny but that's why I love them. 2 MIA This SONG is the baddie song we all need and it is such a good EDM bop. It was very Blackpink and I'm here for it. Gabriela Honestly a Latin pop-R&B masterpiece like honestly period BACK OFF GABRIELA. Danielle's Bridge is also chef's kiss. 4 Gnarly I feel like as someone who loves experimental pop this pushes all the right buttons, however it's just not my favorite and I know it's iconic but unfortunately i have to rank it here 😔 Gameboy Listen id probably put it higher if I didn't have to hear people constantly compare it to "Touch", yes they are both liquid drum and bass songs and Gameboy has far better production but it just doesn't hit the same for me. Unfortunately I don't think it's anywhere in the league of "Touch" lyricwise, because I feel like "Touch" does a very good job at telling a story which I like. submitted by /u/p0pcultured [link] [comments]

Let me explain, I love Rami but not her fans... Since she went on hiatus, people always comment in every videos "miss you Rami" or this type but when it 's Rora that covers rami's high note they are like "Rami is better". STOP LIKE RORA IS FINALLY GETTING ATTENTION EVEN IF IT'S NOT YOUR FAV LET HER SHINE and also for the hot sauce everybody do some edits "what about her" guys this photoshoot was shoot on her hiatus and you should respect the decision because if she's not ready for the promotion we have to be happy that yg lets her rest and not overwork her Srry for my english it's not my first language and I was too lazy to correct it What's your opinion on it ? Should fans stop saying Rami was better etc... BUT I LOVE HER submitted by /u/Fragrant-Loquat1777 [link] [comments]

So, I was into shipping hardcore during my teen years (taekook 😮💨🤫). I had thought I had got over it as i matured. But now I feel like I'm being pulled into the shipping again with the bts comeback and ship pages and reels automatically coming in my feed 😭. Honestly, it's not a good feeling. I try to look at it from a realistic lens but these idols do feed our delusions sometimes is what I feel. Isn't it high time they start being open about who they are and also what's stopping full grown adults like them from revealing sexualities and denying rumours and ships. I have heard south korean culture could be homophobic, but honestly..they even had a pride parade this year there and these idols are already rich enough and won't lose that many fans if they did open up about their relationships. Why feed poor international armys who don't understand head nor tail. I'm honestly fed up and I feel this is not right from even the idol's side. Does anybody else have the same opinion as me? submitted by /u/Conscious_Poetry7163 [link] [comments]
I was really hoping SISTAR would do a reunion comeback this summer since it's their 15th anniversary. I was looking forward to a SISTAR summer, but had no evidence to believe this would happen LOL. Had anyone else been thinking about this, and/or are there any whispers of this that might point to its likeliness later this summer/year? submitted by /u/idlechungha [link] [comments]

I havent listened to all their songs fully, but ive heard atleast parts of each song and i feel like they are all missing something? Maybe their music just isnt my taste since i saw people talking about how much they love ___ song or ___ song. I thought gabriela was good, but not to the point where i would add it to my playlist and go out of my way to listen to it. I also just got bored of all their other songs which is why i havent listened to most of them fully, there wasnt anything interesting enough to keep me listening. Anyone who knows how producing songs works better than i do, and know about the aspects of songs and techniques that can be included, what could be lacking? I know partly this is just my taste as im more into rnb, but even with rnb if i feel a song is too lacking and not interesting enough ill click off. What are your thoughts on their songs? Do you also think they are lacking something? Or do you like their songs and feel there is not much room for improvement or anything lacking? submitted by /u/yamyamoi [link] [comments]
Im specifically talking about annie from allday project who is literally a chaebol from one of the most powerful familes in SK, whats more surprising is the amount of koreans who absolutedly love and adore her. Im saying this objectively because there is no way someone of that status would be welcome by the GP here in the US regardless of their personality or character submitted by /u/Ok-Air4120 [link] [comments]

I genuinely think Allday Project was a brilliant move. Many K-pop fans — especially those who enjoy seeing male and female idols interact — have been waiting for something like this. Mixed-gender groups are incredibly rare in K-pop, so there's definitely a lot of curiosity and excitement about how the dynamics will play out both on stage and in content. Straight ships have always been a big part of K-pop fandom culture too, and this kind of group naturally feeds into that interest. It’s clear the company is aware of this demand and is leaning into it. Overall, I wouldn’t be surprised if Allday Project ends up being a huge success just because it’s tapping into something fans have been craving for a long time. What do you guys think? submitted by /u/Difficult-Loan-7249 [link] [comments]
