Lovelyz Ryu Sujeong - 3rd Mini Album: NEW CAR (D-1 Teaser Image)

Yesterday he released a cover of him singing Kpop Demon Hunters' Golden, and I'm of course biased because he's my favourite idol ever but it just reminded me again of really just how much of a talented singer he is, with one of the most unique and powerful voices out there. And in Super Junior's Killing Voice too from a week ago - he was quite literally the star of the show. He has such a distinct vocal colour, is phenomenally stable when he's singing live (I always prefer him singing live than studio recordings) and his solo discography never fails to blow me away. I remember when the Drunk on Love mini album came out and Drunk in the morning (the title track) gave me so much chills, he's really such a talented singer who delivers emotion so well and strives to constantly improve. Even in SJ's newest album released two weeks ago, I'd say he got a lot of the best lines that shows off his talent the most. He's in KRY which is agreed to be one of the best vocal lines in kpop, but even among fandom spaces he tends to be overlooked because he's objectively not as popular as Kyuhyun or Yesung, even though I'd argue he's only surpassed by KH. Anyways go and listen to his last comeback It's okay (SM Classics Live performance). I haven’t followed the news very closely but I have heard that they were refusing to continue working under hybe. And in response ador filed a lawsuit against the group. But some people were saying that this proves they are some of the most spoiled and privileged idols or something like that. I was hoping someone could explain context as to the timeline and context of this series of events.
