Make a Kpop group with already existing 3rd gen or above Kpop idols!! Day 1!!
Rules: 1. each one has to be a different gen, precisely the one that’s above it or it restarts. Ex… if you pick 3rd gen the first day then the second day has to be 4th gen and after that it can be whatever other gen besides another 4th the day after, if it’s 5th gen the first day then it resets to 3rd gen!! It’s long but it’s simple. Also there can be the same group multiple times just not above 3 times… Lastly the group member MUST be 3rd gen or above or else I will not even look at it, the idol with the most comments I’ll pick. if its a tie I’ll put both but if its a 3 way or more tie then I’ll decide!! 3 simple rules is all… this is my first time doing one of these so I hope it doesn’t get taken down!! Also don’t mind the fonts, I did it in CapCut submitted by /u/Happy-Flight-4810 [link] [comments]

4.400. Why does Jennie continue to skip choreography when she knows how people will react to it???

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

If you don’t want to read criticism towards Jennie then just scroll away. If you aren’t going to add anything useful to this conversation ,and just hate, then you should also scroll away. I genuinely can’t rap my head around why she continues to do this when it always gets a negative reaction. It’s so blatant as well, like the recent clip going around on Twitter, she isn’t even hidden behind the members and she just stops dancing and stands there. The problem is she keeps doing it but gives no explanation as to why she does it. Honestly though I don’t know what explanation she could give that could make this better. She’s tired? The tour has just started, and the other members are probably tired but they still get on with it because it’s their job. It’s medical reasons? I don’t expect her to go into depth about any of her medical situations, but fans don’t have the right to project illness on to her. She could give vague statement about her health condition and at least that would be a reason. But if it is health related why does she vape? She said before she has a hard time catching her breath, and vaping obviously isn’t going to help that. And yet she talks a lot about finding ways to take care of herself, yet none of it seems to be paying off. This is a reoccurring issue and that is the problem here. If she has 1 off occasions of maybe having to skip a step in the choreography it wouldn’t be a problem. But it is continuous and it has been going on for years now. Honestly it would be more respectable and reasonable to just put a chair on stage and let her sit through most performances. Fans really wouldn’t mind, but it’s more disrespectful to skip chunks of performances when fans are paying so much to see you, and your members are putting all of their effort in. submitted by /u/M0us3Cheezz [link] [comments]

Hi! I'm starting a new account on twitter (since the original account has been inactive for a very long time and I thought it'd be fun to revive the concept) and would like some help! I've attached photos to add more context and give a few examples of tweets to be made, but for now if you guys could help me take that trip down memory lane with you by sharing anything that made you laugh, cry, feel seen, happy, anything you found endearing or admirable, anything at all, I'd really really appreciate it! <3 submitted by /u/Smart-Cable-6874 [link] [comments]

4.402. If you happen to see a kpop idol/group in public, is it rude to approach them or not?

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

This scenarios hasn't happened to me but im curious. A lot of kpop stans stress the idea of leaving idols alone to let them enjoy their little free time they get, which i totally understand. And obviously, these idols dont want to be mobbed by groups of fans and get asked for pictures or autographs. But I was wondering what was the harm in taking the opportunity to approach and say a simple "Hello, Im a fan, thank you for your music" or something like that. Short and sweet, just to show your appreciation. Plus, im sure certain idols like meeting fans here and there. But idk, what is like the expected behaviour to follow in this situation? submitted by /u/HeavensWheel777 [link] [comments]

4.404. Lisa is not hiding the influence of her bf

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

This is not rage bait! I know her fans will say Lisa used to always be popular and did so many things without the connection of her bf. Chill y’all she is obviously one of the most popular kpop idols but within kpop not Hollywood bro. Since she started her US debut and she is getting gigs that don’t even make sense. Celebrities in the US who are crazily talented and been in the industry for years don’t even get the privileges she got. Victoria Secret put her as a headliner when she didn’t even release a full album. Since when Victoria Secret invites people without albums to their shows? Also the songs should be crazily popular at least for u to be invited. Lisa’s music is only recognized by her own fans from kpop not Hollywood. She was performing in the Oscars like legit for less than 3 minutes, I was actually expecting some crazy choreography but she just spin around, was held up and sang shorter than Doja and Raye. Now suddenly she’s been nominated for best choreography? Also the tribute was for James Bond and calling Lisa who’s even an established singer on the stage with crazily talented musicians like Raye and Doja? Also her getting paid 7 millions for Coachella when she wasn’t the headliner while Lady Gaga, the legend got 8 millions dollars? Her performance wasn’t even in top ten most viewed performance in Coachella’s history. Also bro she will be a part of reality program on Netflix that feature 12 singerwriters beside John Legend🤡. Since when Lisa is a legendary songwriter to be featured in the show? Like yea sure she was credited on her album but she definitely didn’t write the song entirely and even if she did ( let’s say that so blinks don’t cry ) I’m sorry but we can agree Alter Ego wasn’t it with lyrics. It’s the way she’s too obvious and yes say what u want .. it’s not a conspiracy that her bf is one of the richest people in the world and owns most of brands. They have so many connections in the industry so yea she’s getting all of this easily. submitted by /u/IndependentCricket78 [link] [comments]

4.405. It’s funny seeing kpop/Blackpink haters have Labubus because Lisa literally started the trend

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Idk if Labubus are now falling off, but this has been something I’m thinking about Lisa was the first one to talk about Labubus (I believe she mentioned her obsession in a White Lotus interview). Not even a brand collab, just mentioning her hobby of collecting them. Now everyone and their mother seems to have one, so it’s funny to me to watch people hate on Lisa/kpop WHILE being influenced by her. submitted by /u/why_do_i_have_dog [link] [comments]

4.406. Streaming culture is one of the primary reasons for shortened length of songs

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

Like title says, streaming culture is one of the main reasons why songs are getting shorter. To shorten them, chorus sections and bridges are removed. When they are removed, the song lacks build-up and structural development. This translates to the focus shifting entirely to catchiness and addictive hooks catered towards challenges. All of that leads to songs filled with repetitive lines and words that lack meaning. Of course, just looping the same song won't count on streaming platforms. But even when mixing songs in a playlist, shorter tracks still have an obvious advantage by logic. I wonder if the music industry will ever go back toward longer songs with more cohesive structure. submitted by /u/Organic-Cranberry955 [link] [comments]

4.407. As a non-die hard blackpink fan, Rose and Psy gave one of the best performances ever!

I just got to share my appreciation for this stage: CLICK HERE. I typically really need some sort of visual on stage to really be interested in a stage preformance (something like ITZY's MAMA stage) or special effect or color guard. But Rose and Psy made this stage so fun. The crowd was amazing, and the live vocals were so good. Like dare I say its better than the original. I need more Rose and Psy now... submitted by /u/PoyuPoyuTetris [link] [comments]

does anybody else find the y2k bubble fonts frustrating? it’s become popular with so many groups, but it’s barely legible. i just want to tell every creative team to stop using those fonts- there are many more groups/units using these fonts but how do we get it to stop? i love hoshi and woozi for the record, but this is a perfect example of the fonts im talking about submitted by /u/Life_Strawberry4609 [link] [comments]

Hi, I remember watching a korean music video that was sung by a single female artist. The music video was set in ancient Korea and the premise is that there's an older man trying for the hand of this girl and thr girl not being interested and wondering when she'll find real love? I remember scenes of her on a tree swing. Sorry if this is too vague! Hoping to find out what song this was. submitted by /u/ihaveamoostache [link] [comments]

I said it in the title. It doesn't matter who it's for, some posts are just genuine hate. I suppose that's the point of those subreddits. However, I can't wrap my head around dedicating an entire place just to sh*t on a(n) individual(s). Like, even if you think they're sluts, or evil people, don't you have bills to pay? 4.417. Can I call myself a fan of a group if I don’t like their music?

  • 1 month ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

I’ve never heard this problem with music before and listen to almost any genre. I have many Kpop songs from different groups on repeat but… I’m a new fan of (specific 4th gen gg) but I can’t get into their music. They have some good old songs but none that I’ll have on repeat. It’s hard to enjoy fan cams and support in streaming when their songs feel like (not to be dramatic) nails on a chalkboard in my ears. I don’t want to sound like a hater but I’m questioning whether I can even call myself a fan atp? submitted by /u/i_aterice_18 [link] [comments]
