So the court has ruled in favor of ADOR in the lawsuit and confirmed that the contract remains in effect. Basically, the court rejected all the claims made from NJ's side, including the argument that the dismissal of formal ADOR CEO Min initiated a breach of contract and that the breakdown of trust between the two parties justified termination. The court said "Min's dismissal alone doesn't suggest a disruption in management or prove that ADOR is incapable of carrying out its duties. Also, there's no clause in the contract that mandates Min must remain in charge of ADOR." They added, "Even if she was removed from the CEO position, she could've continued her producer duties and a CEO position was not necessary to fulfill those responsibilities." Well, it’s been nearly a year since this all began. So… what’s next for the girls? They seemed pretty adamant about not wanting to continue working with ADOR. I just learned about the Korean survival show Steal Heart Club and they're going to create a band! All of the contestants are soooo talented! I just took a listen to their song A Youth of One Day and it's so youthful, refreshing, and honestly all of their interactions are so cute! I've always been very into bands in general and I'm also a big fan of Day6, LUCY, The Rose, ONEWE, Xdinary Heroes, and Hoppipolla (even though they are disbanded and all of the members are continuing solo activities, please support their individual careers!). I used to get sad when Jennie gets hated but now it just looked ridiculous. You all lucky she seemingly got a strong mental health and support.
