Searching for instagram kpop moots

Hey everyone, I’ve been a K-pop fan for quite a while now — a multistan who absolutely adores 2nd and 3rd gen groups. But honestly, over the last few years, I’ve felt like the K-pop industry has lost a bit of its essence. The music doesn’t hit the same anymore. It feels like so many idols debut just for the fame, and there’s less focus on vocal or rap talent. Everything’s becoming super commercial. That said, I recently discovered BoyNextDoor and xikers, and oh my god — they gave me that old-school K-pop thrill again. There's something raw, refreshing, and passionate about them. Their performances feel genuine, and it reminds me of why I fell in love with K-pop in the first place. I feel like TVXQ, SJ, SNSD and aespa all have pretty solid discographies but their albums tend to have more fillers than the ones in the poll. So i was scrolling though TikTok earlier, and saw a video making fun of the situation. I was confused about what they were talking about so I searched it. My favorite groups are SKZ & BTS, so obviously I was concerned when I saw the amount of tea this person claims to have on JYP & HYBE. I can't find too much info tho. I might sound biased but my god 2012 was the BEST time to be a K-Pop fan in terms of groups, music, and talent. 2nd gen was transitioning to 3rd gen. Songs still had stronger hooks. We still had those fun collabs. Everything wasn't always bout fashion brands, leather, and being a baddie. Throwaway account obvs I’ve been into Skz for around 6 years now. Hyunjin has been my bias this whole time. I enjoy the other members too but no one else has come close to being my bias in this time. I listen to music, watch tiktok clips, sometimes I’ll watch lives that have been reposted, a music video here & there, and I’ll watch individual Hyunjin content every so often. I collect OT8 cards but mostly Hyunjin’s. I had never been to a Skz concert before and hadn’t watched much concert performance by them online before. So going into the concert I knew Hyunjin was a bit of a cocky performer. I was excited going to the concert & FINALLY seeing Skz. But once they came out, I very quickly realized I did not like Hyunjin’s performance style in person. He constantly moves around the stage, even when the other members are standing together, and he constantly bops his head around and is non stop moving. Very cocky performance style. His performance WAS NOT bad & they are all amazing performers. But I sincerely did not like Hyunjin’s. I’ve never had post concert depression before but seeing my bias of 6 years perform in person & realizing I hated it has filled me with some kind of weird sadness that I cannot get rid of. Twice just announced their sixth world tour "This Is For"! They've dropped the Asia and Australia dates so far. I'm a European once so although it's super exciting that they'll be performing near me eventually, none of the dates are relevant to me for now. However, my heart did skip a beat when I saw the date in Kaohsiung. I keep up with a lot of JYPE artists and it always made me sad to think that Tzuyu could watch almost all her colleagues perform in her country if she wanted to but never get to perform there herself... until now! It's taken 10 years, but Twice are finally going to perform there November 22! I can't imagine how it must feel to finally get to perform in your homeland after all these years. Tzuyu's always been super careful with what she says so we'll probably never get to know anything about what this means to her, but I hope it's everything and more. And damn, what a crazy first venue for it! Kaohsiung National Stadium looks immense!
