Suffice to say, I've seen it all, and I'm still in my 20's lol. But I actually think that my opinion might be unpopular. I've seen others fall out of love with the music/this world in different ways. Some argue that k-pop just keeps getting worse, and that the "olden times" (insert whatever gen here) were the best, or that the music was better, etc. This is my hot take, I guess. K-pop has always been great, and it still is. I might even argue that the genre keeps getting better and evolving while still having that funky "k-pop" nature to it still. There's still the menu of different concepts, the integration of trends, and so many groups to choose from. So much music and releases pretty much every week. High production value. It's all still the same audiovisual dream that captured my imagination as a tween. I know we all consume content differently, but I am still so amused by the genre, and it always intrigues me when I see people complaining about it. This industry still does have many issues at its core, I am not denying that, but the content is not really part of those issues to me. I am a multistan for the most part but I do have/have had my faves throughout the years.
