Suffice to say, I've seen it all, and I'm still in my 20's lol. But I actually think that my opinion might be unpopular. I've seen others fall out of love with the music/this world in different ways. Some argue that k-pop just keeps getting worse, and that the "olden times" (insert whatever gen here) were the best, or that the music was better, etc. This is my hot take, I guess. K-pop has always been great, and it still is. I might even argue that the genre keeps getting better and evolving while still having that funky "k-pop" nature to it still. There's still the menu of different concepts, the integration of trends, and so many groups to choose from. So much music and releases pretty much every week. High production value. It's all still the same audiovisual dream that captured my imagination as a tween. I know we all consume content differently, but I am still so amused by the genre, and it always intrigues me when I see people complaining about it. This industry still does have many issues at its core, I am not denying that, but the content is not really part of those issues to me. I am a multistan for the most part but I do have/have had my faves throughout the years. I think the reason why I haven't left is because I reeeaaally like the music itself, it seems. submitted by /u/neoncloud0 [link] [comments]
What do you guys think the youtube channels that use ai to make songs using the bts members' voice and clips of their like idk videos? My mum(a pastor) suddenly told me that jungkook made a new like worship music video and i was like what no if he did there would be more like news of it and i searched it and omd. This channel is called Holy Wave Jams. I got so pissed honestly. Is not the first time ive seen music videos like this in youtube. Ive seen this like 3 idol collaboration song or smt and it was also used by ai and yeah. Like shouldn't youtube be banning these type of stuff cuz is against the law or smt? The highest views they got is 81k. They're tricking people into thinking this is from bts when its not and say that they used ai so they dont get like sued but still is so disrespectful. submitted by /u/parkenste1n [link] [comments]

I’m not a fan of any K-pop group anymore, just someone who loves scrolling through TikTok and Twitter and seeing what pops up on my feed. Drop a group name and I’ll give you one word that comes to mind when I think of them. Could be based on vibe, scandals, fan behavior, visuals, memes, whatever comes first. submitted by /u/Conscious_Mall_8578 [link] [comments]

So this is not hate towards the members, it’s more about their label’s direction towards their discography. Beginnings (Their heavy push towards Western market ) THE NAME CHAPTER: FREEFALL is a good album, but I personally felt Do It Like That wasn’t meant to be in the album. It’s probably because the song was meant to be a collab single, and Do It Like That really didn’t fit with the album. Blue Spring was the best ending for the album. 2024 (The under 3-minute trend) Minisode 3 was actually a good EP, so I didn’t have many complaints. Even though some of the songs were short, the EP itself felt complete The Star Chapter: Sanctuary(The worst take of under 3 min trend ) So when I first listened to Over the Moon’s preview, I was expecting a beautiful bridge, but the song ended up ending at the 2nd chorus, which felt like the song being cut off. The rest of their EP did have good B-sides, but I felt the songs being cut off, too, except Higher Than Heaven. I know songs being short doesn’t translate to incomplete, but having listened to their discography from the beginning, I could see that their discography is being heavily influenced by the trends, and it’s just hurting their listener base, even though they succeeded in increasing streaming numbers Love language (The Bounce Back) The song served everything the listeners wanted and this raised hopes for their next full-length album in July. I really wish the Album is not like The Star Chapter: Sanctuary in terms of song length submitted by /u/WindowDirect7966 [link] [comments]

P.S: This isn’t one of those things where I pick the most upvoted comment and put it on the image, it’s just a discussion prompt everyday! submitted by /u/LackOfDad [link] [comments]
Article Severance Hospital and @BTS_twt' Suga are establishing a specialized treatment center to support the treatment and social independence of patients with autism spectrum disorder. Yoongi has donated 5 billion won to support treatment and independence for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Building on these discussions, Suga and Professor Cheon co-developed the MIND program -- a group-based therapeutic model that integrates music into social communication training for children with ASD. The name MIND stands for Music, Interaction, Network, and Diversity, reflecting its core mission, which is to enhance sensory experience through music, foster social interaction, build relationships in group settings, and promote understanding of individual differences within a community. From March to June this year, Suga personally participated in weekend sessions with ASD patients to test and refine the MIND program. He played instruments, encouraged children to express themselves through rhythm and melody, and helped them develop interpersonal skills through group musical activities. submitted by /u/Adventurous-Dog5560 [link] [comments]
I mean, kpop is like the BEST things ever, until u open the comments, someone will be saying something to offend u, either against the group u like, or comparing them with other group, making to create a sense of dislike for that group, or if not they will be talking down on one member, or maybe comparing your bais with there, how there bais is better, making u creat sense of dislke for that member, in conclusion if u want live your kpop life peacefully, do NOT read comments, i know u all will still do it, even i do but i feel like reason comments just mess things up, advice to baby stans try to avoid comments to some extent. Now we will be having some guru's saying its UP TO U, U LIKE THEM OR NOT why let a comment compel u, okay sir im sorry but there r stans of 10 to 18 years of age, sooo not all of them r sooo strong like u, and tbh most of these comments r made by minor, and if being an adult your getting yourself into this mess, please get a job. submitted by /u/dazaiyoupoorsoul [link] [comments]
