14.705. Trump supporters and their fellow racists will be immediately banned.

Ew trump. I do not support any misogynistic, white nationalist, incel, hitler-like (esp. Musk), racists at all and neither does this sub and apparently neither does reddit as a site as a whole. He stands against everything Kpop stands for which is an art form from a formerly colonized people from a country that is rising up against colonialism and hatred. Anyone who comments anything negative to this, or tries to defend that orange guy will be banned permanently. Go somewhere else, we don't want your lower kind here. This is why American women everywhere are going 4b EDIT!!!: 4B 4B4B4B4B4B!! 4B IN THE SOUTH, 4B IN THE NORTH, 4B FROM TEXAS TO ALABAMA, FROM BYU TO COLOMBIA! 4B ALL FIFTY STATES! 14.707. A quick note about the generalization rule

  • 2 years ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

The subreddit is mostly uncensored as long as people follow the rules. Generalizing statement about Korea, Korean society, etc or most other countries are not acceptable except under the following standards: The only claims that are acceptable when generalizing Korean society in this sub are those that bring up generalizable stastical claims by the standards of the international statistics institute. Not only do the vast majority of stastistics you can find on the internet about Korea not up to this minimum, basic standard but this requirement includes having ample sample size, blocking by relevant demographics and sometimes even double blind tests. So if you make a generalizing claim, your wording must be properly formatted and links to the relevant studies provided. In other words, the standard for making a generalization is very high in this sub. Not to mention the wording for your claim has to be properly made. Anyone who has taken a college level statistics class will know what I am talking about and we may even require you to provide the confidence level interval if it's relevant for your study. If you cannot meet these standards, I would just avoid doing it in general. submitted by /u/Kpop_Love_Forever [link] [comments]

1. Non-fans need to move on from OT7 RIIZE. We are entering 2026 soon.

  • reddit.com language

I'm tired of non-fans and their performative activism when it comes to RIIZE and Xnghan. Every other day, there is a new post about "RIIZE is not the same anymore". If you don't vibe with them, then that's okay, but why lie? They still have the same "Rise and Realize" and "Emotional pop" concepts. Their Instagram aesthetic is still the same. Just recently, they started teasing their comeback, where the members reiterated wanting to be honest with their music and to connect more with their listeners and fans. All this you would already know if you had kept up with them. I watched a TikTok recently where the comments insulted one of the members by calling him a "puppet" for being grateful to their company, dismissing the fact that he is his own person with his own thoughts and feelings, not a representative of a former member or the company. I'm also tired of the backhanded compliments. Yes, Memories and Talk Saxy are fantastic. But so are Love 119, Boom Boom Bass, the entire Odyssey album. I wish people would give them a listen too because the boys worked hard for them. The saddest thing, though, is how many people said that they should just disband. It's as if the 6 other boys were at fault for what the Korean fans did. Why should they have to give up on their dreams and careers? I understand cherishing OT7 and wishing what they could have been together, but isn't it insulting to both RIIZE and Xnghan to keep being stuck in the past? TLDR; RIIZE and Xnghan both deserve to fulfill their dreams and have long-lasting careers. If you vibe with either/both/neither of them, it's fine but I wish people would move on from their headcannon version of 2023 era RIIZE. submitted by /u/luminelover20 [link] [comments]

13. I think this might be the wrong place to ask

  • 3 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

But who better to ask than the experts? Recently I saw a Tiktok that I immediately lost (of whom Iโ€™m pretty sure was a k-pop idol from memory) who was taking off his undereye concealer on a Live I think? And the difference was quite stark because his heavy purple eyebags were basically gone with the concealer. I canโ€™t stop thinking about this concealer and would really like to know what it is - or even who the idol was. Thanks k-pop knowledge gods ๐Ÿ™ submitted by /u/goaldiggergirl [link] [comments]

14. Kpop is the only industry, where the fandom is celebrating when the artist sellouts

  • 3 hours ago schedule
  • reddit.com language

For context: sellout often means the artist is selling his principles/integrity/ethics for monetary benefits. Like they dont really use or like the product, yet promote it to their fans. Its just a job. Yet the fandom celebrates it, that they get taken advantage of and even mindlessly buy the products. And when the artist switches to the competitor, the fandom just follows to the new products. In other industries, the fans are much more critical about advertisement jobs musicians do and even are criticized for being a sellout and commercializing their art. submitted by /u/binhpac [link] [comments]
