I got bored at work so I started to write down groups going down the alphabet off the top of my head. What I got so far: APink, BTS, Gravity, Dreamcatcher, Enhiphan, F(x), Gfriend, Highlight (that was a group name right?), Infinite, Kickflip (I remember there being a 5th generation group that's named this ridiculous name or something like it), Loona, Mamamoo, NewJeans, Orange Caramel, Purple Fantasy, Rania, Sistar, TXT, UKiss, Vvup, Wonder girls, Xluv, and Zero Base One. I did this without looking it up and I got stuck on letters J, Q, and Y. is it just me, or bangchan from straykids has been getting a lot of hate? im a baby stay, so i am very sorry if im saying nonsense. i had been watching a video based off of " horrible things fans have done to stray kids " and i was shocked. one thing i saw, was people making a fit for bangchan talking about his favorite dish of some sort, (for what i can remember) ... he got hate for that, and the creator had said bangchan posted something about " why am i always like this.. To be clear- this isn’t about the performers themselves. Stray Kids were professional, incredible, and full of energy. They’re insanely talented and just as amazing in person. I’m so grateful I even got the chance to see them live. But I was sitting at the very back (there were about five rows behind me), and I couldn’t hear anything at all. The issue wasn’t the screaming or cheering- that actually helped me figure out what song was playing. The real problem was the volume: the sound was super low. I couldn’t hear any instruments playing, and I could barely make out what they were saying or singing into the mics. I completely understand that my seats were bad, and I didn’t expect a great view- but I was going to a concert, and I could barely hear any music. That feels like the bare minimum, right? (Just to clarify- I don’t have any hearing issues, and I talked to other STAYs around me, and they all said the same thing.) I don’t know if I’m more mad at myself for getting such bad tickets (I had three computers open the day they went on sale- and those were still the best I could get), or mad at the fact that the back part of the stadium couldn’t hear anything. It was honestly so frustrating to be in the same room as them but feel completely disconnected. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the Madrid venue or something more widespread, but after getting to know the group and how much energy and love they put into their music, it really felt like no one cared about the sound quality in that section. (Also- I considered noise regulations. But if it’s a venue where you can’t have loud music, maybe don’t schedule a concert there? I’ve been to several other shows in Olympic stadiums, and the sound was super loud even at the very back.) Did anyone else have this problem? I'm curious as to what strategy Taeyang took back in the day with his fans to have an overall positive reaction when he started dating Min Hyorin. Did both their companies make an announcement? I was craving some good vocals so I was rewashing Some Girl on Fire stages, and i started asking myself how come none of these girls are in groups cause they can command a stage with just them and their voices. They are performers very good ones. Extremely talented. And when people talk about the idols with "star quality" most of them don't have as much charisma as you would think they have. Jay from boys planet 1 again charisma and the talent to back it. You can't stop watching him. Yoon minso cover of 11 is a level of story telling very rare in kpop. Like these are people that are so very good to watch it's why they usually manage to viral. But the only thing they lack is the conventional attractiveness. Usually the prettier you are the more chances you get to improve your talent. People will watch regardless, and they have fans based on their attractiveness not the their "star quality" I can count like one hand idols who don't fit the typical beauty standard who actually have star quality. Most of these people are just pretty and we like looking at them cause they are pretty.
