Hello! I’m wanting to sell a lot of my old kpop albums & pcs. Does anyone know which platforms other than insta is the best these days for selling in the UK? Im thinking of using vinted or ebay but unsure whether they will be seen on there 🤣 Thank youuu submitted by /u/Obvious-Reference-80 [link] [comments]
Screw the "fans" who think western music is inherently better than K-Pop Screw the "fans" who think K-Pop can't be deep Screw the "fans" who hate on new K-Pop yet have only heard 10 title tracks released this year Screw the "fans" who refuse to listen to any girl groups (You don't have to listen to girl groups, but there is a difference between not liking/wanting to listen to girl groups and refusing to listen to girl groups just because they are girl groups) Screw the "fans" who refuse to listen to any boy groups Screw the "fans" who expect a group's debut to be perfect Screw the "fans" who think most members in a group are filler solely because one member is way more popular than the rest without listening to their music, watching their dance practices, live performances, and variety content to see what they add to the group Screw the "fans" who assume an idol is a bad person until proven otherwise (and say the reason is because they have been surprised to see how many idols turned out to be bad people as if that does not apply to every industry ever when they are really just being racist to Koreans) Screw the "fans" who expect an idol who does a 20 second rap verse in a bubbly pop song to be as good as Kendrick Lamar Screw the "fans" who won't ever give groups credit for attempting a new concept or sound just because it wasn't for them submitted by /u/SnooOranges829 [link] [comments]

As a casual listener of Nmixx and as someone who keeps up with music charts, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Nmixx chart like this on Korean charts. Keep in mind that this is only a few hours after release and before music show promotions have even started so I can definitely see them topping these charts or coming very close to it as promotions roll out and I’m so happy for them. For the amount of talent and hard work these girls put in, it’s the least they deserve and it’s looking like JYPE loves to play the long game with their groups as we‘re seeing it with Skz, Day6 and now Nmixx. What do you guys think? Will this comeback give them their long awaited hit and what will the international reception be like? submitted by /u/SomewhereOnEarth37 [link] [comments]
I think there are two factors/options to this and some artists have both where others have the first one but desire to remain private: Artists whose music, voice, performance, concepts would be popular among the general public or fit into a certain genre… (ex. Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Rihanna, Sabrina Carpenter, Miley Cyrus, Ed Sheeran) Artists whose personality, public interactions, other ventures/projects, and social media presence would be a big hit and interest among the general public… (ex. Kelly Clarkson, Keke Palmer, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny) Artists with both: Key, Taemin, Jonghyun, Ten, Mark, Seungkwan, Minho, Baekhyun, Hoshi, Xiaojun?, Chanyeol? Artists with 1 and private: Onew, D.O, Taeyeon, Jaehyun, Changmin, Xiaojun?, Chanyeol?, Kai? submitted by /u/ProudKoreaBoo [link] [comments]
I know this is probably a weird post but I wanted to let it out. I took a break from twitter because of the ongoing controversy related to Soyeon and Yseult (sorry if I misspelt her name) because I got tired of seeing the overload of drama and people making it about fanwars once again instead of looking at issue on hand and other fandoms who also hate Soyeon joined in on that and started calling her names. Safe to say, even though its only been soo little time since I left the app, I already feel much better and can see why others say this a lot. submitted by /u/hellhound_1505 [link] [comments]
I’ve been obsessed with ILLIT’s stuff lately & I’m so happy the Bomb promos went off without any drama. Can’t wait to see what they drop next. I love everything they’ve released. Their songs are just so bright & fun, exactly the kinda pop I need. I think that’s why I vibe with them so much. I grew up on magical girl shows like Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Ojamajo Doremi, & Wedding Peach, so their whole magical girl concept feels super nostalgic and cute to me. They dropped their Japanese debut in September & I’ve been hooked on every song from the Toki Yo Tomare album. My fave ILLIT songs this year are Do the dance, oops!, bamsopoong, Topping, and Toki Yo Tomare. I’ve had them on repeat nonstop. submitted by /u/sundaepetals [link] [comments]

This is just for all of music in general. I absolutely love it when a song has somebody randomly speaking in the background, or an ending with a spoken word outro. It just gives the song that extra emotional layer, like two people conversing towards the end of a tearjerker, or somebody remembering something in the middle of a nostalgic song. Feels almost like a diary entry, blurring the line between music and memory. I've noticed, quite a lot of bnd songs do this. Then there's nmixx, and some of bts bsides as well. What are some other songs that have this tiny-but-cute detail? submitted by /u/ghurrat-al-layl [link] [comments]

So those of you who do not know , a pretty mild controversy for tarzzan from all day project . He basically was asked about keonho sagging( wearing pants low)( this was indirectly reffered to) .look with a hanbok , and tarzzan said he wouldn't do that personally and that's disrespecting a culture. That was taken negatively by fans and was interpreted as throwing shade on keonho for " disrespecting a culture" when he alone has been called out for the same ( not my words submitted by /u/yejioooo [link] [comments]

After Easy, Crazy and Hot tour I realised Le Sserafim has a lot of potential, they have good stage presence, their dances are syncronised and they can sing quite well. But as much as I love these girls I need to agree that they were not ready for Coachella 2024.Ofcourse the performance was not bad as much as some ppl made it seem online, but it was not good.Coachella is a big stage where many prestigious artist performs. An iconic performance in Coachella could have boosted their popularity 3x times in the west. I think after their Perfect Night charted on BB Bubbling Under Hot 100 and Easy charted on BB Hot 100 Hybe desperately wanted to keep that momentum and sent them to Coachella undermining the fact that they were not ready. I feel sorry for the girls, but it was a bad desicion from their management, keeping in consideration that they were already facing heavy critisism at that time for their encore stages. So, what was supposed to be an iconic moment ended up becoming an excuse for the hate train.I think Le sserafim would have killed it if they perfomed at Coachella 2025. submitted by /u/Due_Collection_3363 [link] [comments]
