For the male idols, currently stuck between RIIZE's Sungchan and Enhypen's Sunghoon. Yes they are both VERY handsome, but they seem so chill that I am just so curious what a conversation with them would be like. For the female idols, NMIXX's Sullyoon or IDLE's Soyeon. Sullyon because she seems so soft spoken that I just want to get to know her more. Soyeon because she's so outspoken that I just know she has great stories about being producing, being a woman in the field and just being an idol in general. submitted by /u/NMIXXLUVR [link] [comments]

This is a bit hard to explain but hype music isn’t ”better” than slow pace music, like ballads. I hear kpop stans saying hype music like noise music is better a good and well produced ballad. It could be a trash noise music song vs a well made ballad and they would probably pick the trash noise music. And this applies to Kpop music. I know it’s up to preference but be fr it could be the best ballad ever but the trash noise music would probably win if it would be song vs song View Poll submitted by /u/shuadeonu [link] [comments]
I just watched a video about Boys II Planet's contestants and I'm shocked at the number of already debuted idols in the trainee lineup. It has been happening for a while though. If you look at the contestants lists on a bunch of survival shows from the last few years, you'll see a lot of already debuted idols. You'll even see survival show "regulars", like Hangyul now in Polarix who had been in Produce X 101 and The Unit. Or some of the Cherry Bullet members. With the way companies keep sending their idols to these shows, it increases the chances of the final line-up having experienced idols in them. Future survival show groups might end up with more idols than trainees. On one hand, it's sad to see because these groups are trying to get more visibility through these shows. On the other hand, it makes things harder for the trainees who don't have experience in the industry, and are competing with what are essentially industry veterans. It must be upsetting too for the idols and the fans, as instead of companies promoting their groups, they'll send members to all these survival shows. It also means that the debuted idols have a fanbase that will be ready to vote for them. Making it harder for the trainees unknown to the public. It's starting to feel like a symptom of the oversaturated nature of the industry. With so many groups debuting, it's nearly impossible for all of them to get attention. So companies will send their idols in the hopes of getting more attention. But it creates a vicious cycle. With some companies continuously sending their idols hoping they'll get more popular, but not capitalising on the popularity gained from the show, which then results in them sending their idols to another one. It might be happening more often as we already see a good amount of groups going to these shows. submitted by /u/Moonbunny120 [link] [comments]

I guess it needs to be over 3 years with at least 3 members minimum. Cause below that, they could still be children/teenagers in school, which would impact their their schedule. I would like to say Seventeen, but I think Seungkwan only recently developed his body and Jeonghan is kinda fit but not super muscular like Woozi, Scoups, Dino, and Mingyu. Monsta X have to be the most by percentage which is 100% as you cannot be in a group Shownu and be skinny. submitted by /u/BeautyEtBeastiality [link] [comments]

I've watched Le Sserafim play OW2 and DC play PUGB, which was awesome. I'm curious if there are any streams or videos around where artists play any Fromsoft games like Dark Souls, Elden Ring, or even Nightreign that just came out. Also with the Switch 2 just releasing, I wonder if any artists have played on line or during a live. Has anyone noticed any examples? submitted by /u/M_Prodigy [link] [comments]
This is not about size really. What the question says. For example Sakura Lsf - she has such a loyal fanbase for so long, they love her and support everything she does. I don't think I have seen them ever protesting or whining about anything? Taeyeon- She's been active 15+ years, the fanbase is very loyal I say, strongest among 2nd gen maybe? Which other comparitively older gen idols? I feel like Karina is going there, but idk. Wonyoung I believe is more like Suzy, she has a lot of gp recognition, are her general stans long lasting, I might be wrong because I do see her stans from izone days but it's too early to say. submitted by /u/whatdoidobrooooo [link] [comments]

I am just curious. I am an ARMY since early 2023 but from what I am seeing I think that is the case. I know BTS is another whole different class than other groups but would you say SK gp love him the most? I saw a comment that said that he will never be cancelled and I was just curious if he is the most loved in SK. Just to be clear I am OT7 ALL THE WAY!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 submitted by /u/Altruistic_Award_204 [link] [comments]

╔══════════════╗ Hey everyone I hope you all had a good week. I know my week was pretty good as the weather is starting to get hot. This week had some excellent releases from artists like Doyoung, ITZY, Lee Chae Yeon, and more. Before I hop into the Episode, I hope all of you fathers have a happy Father's Day. Now let's jump into the episode and see what the artists brought to the table this week and what took over my Lastfm. ╚══════════════╝ https://preview.redd.it/d5rlbrbujx6f1.jpg?width=1536&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d2958a841bd9100601e1bc4a04b913ed026b0137 Korean Releases of the Week: June 9th 혼자라고 생각이들때 - Meeoni R&B singer Meeoni is back with a new single with co-production from SEIN. A piano melody opens up the song as the sweet vocals from the singer smooth their way into the mix. The tune has a bouncy, chill vibe that works wonderfully with the singer's performance. I love these smooth types of R&B tracks because they tend to make me feel relaxed and they also are the ones that pull me back for more. I've been enjoying what Meeoni has been putting out and this tune is another excellent one that I can add to my playlist. https://preview.redd.it/7xg9u0n0kx6f1.jpg?width=225&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ec0d41d787c7a202b7c0cc00d16bfc9aae9966ac ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ June 11th Floating - Solar & 9m88 Mamamoo member Solar made her Chinese debut this week teaming up with Taiwanese singer 9m88. Now there are two other versions a Solar version and a Korean version both being CD only. The track opens up with some synths that craft the melody. Solar comes in with sweet vocals as she sounds beautiful in Chinese. I love her performance as it works wonderfully with the overall vibe. 9m88 also has some smooth vocals that blend perfectly with Solar. The hook has thisbouncy vibe with a thumping vibe that works well for this tune as it's been pulling me back for more. The more I've been listening to this tune the more It's been getting stuck in my brain. https://preview.redd.it/dsquwnq4kx6f1.jpg?width=650&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=44981f01dcea52d9ddb8a1e0627e3268a82b8471 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Here I Stay - Lee Chae Yeon Lee Chae Yeon released her first OST for the drama she is starring in. Lee Chae Yeon sounds beautiful as she fits wonderfully with the piano and string melody. You can hear the emotion in her voice as she delivers a delicate performance. I was surprised this tune went for a ballad since I'm used to Chae Yeon singing more upbeat songs. Each time I return to this tune the more I become impressed as Chae Yeon is one underrated vocalist. I'm glad Chae Yeon could release an OST cause it lets her showcase her vocals in a different way that we've never heard before. I can't wait to hear more music from the singer. https://preview.redd.it/180a1iw8kx6f1.jpg?width=194&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dcb4e49ddfa7612f987272c7b24ba0a8bb5232e1 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ June 13th Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla) - J-Hope J-hope is back with a new single teaming up with GloRilla. I feel like this new single is his best since his Hope on the Street Album. J-Hope delivers this enjoyable verse over these glass bottle-sounding percussion that keeps getting stuck in my head. I love his delivery even though his voice is autotuned. The hook is pretty decent as that's been another moment stuck in my head since it was released. GloRilla delivers a smooth verse that adds to the overall vibe as it keeps the overall flow of the tune strong. I've been listening to this tune a few times since it's been something that I've been enjoying like crazy. https://preview.redd.it/2chk1s8dkx6f1.jpg?width=225&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0ee18f2870040dad3d417f26da2e4be7f43c3b41 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Lastfm Weekly Roundup (June 8th - June 12th) Artist: Twice https://preview.redd.it/jrk14a2gkx6f1.jpg?width=266&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=16876bdd4be6f34391a24f55f67f184e2f70bbc2 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Album: Girls Will Be Girls - ITZY https://preview.redd.it/aq3vxsogkx6f1.jpg?width=2400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f696bb17807c590f29b74efc7bae6919e6ccc8b8 ━━━━━━━━☓ ━━━━━━━ Song: Locked N Lodead - ITZY https://preview.redd.it/c3flqdkhkx6f1.jpg?width=610&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=14c855101eb221a5f10fe6c97bc343755de12e9c submitted by /u/Maltifandom23 [link] [comments]
