Which idol or group do you think experiments with their sound the most?

Second generation onwards I've noticed a trend of the internet zeroing in on a singular woman. This isn't a kpop exclusive problem either. Alia Bhatt in India or Hailey Beiber in the west both face immense hate. This hate train intensified post them dating and then marrying popular celebrities Justin/Ranbir. This isn't the run of the mill men hating women issue because if we look closely a lot of the haters are women themselves. What drives this? I'm trying to understand if this specific flavor of hate is fuelled by the internet which took off post first generation in kpop. It's easier to fall for rumors or get into a hive mindset by having negative content being pushed onto a haters feed to ensure they stay longer. I’ll use H2H as an example here. Everyone’s been talking about Best New Artist lately, and compared to ADP or Cortis, it feels like H2H still isn’t seen as big. Personally, I think that’s because they’re growing steadily, not through an instant hit. Looking at the numbers, H2H is second in domestic/digital streams after ADP (350M+ vs 250M+). Globally (Spotify), H2H actually leads with 170M+ streams, while Cortis is around 110M+ but Cortis is rising so fast considered they're just 2 months old. H2H album sales are also one the highest. Unlike others rookie who might have one strong category and lack in others, H2H is just consistent and balanced in all categories (digital, album, global) The reason people don’t see them as standout yet is because they don’t have that one instant hit, and the community tends to value that more than consistent growth. It might be a silly question, but I’m genuinely curious if any of you have ever interacted with an idol before they became famous or back when they were just ‘ordinary people.’ In my case, I met an idol before she debuted. She actually told me about her group’s concept and we had a great conversation, I even got her autograph. I still keep it to this day, and I’m wondering if experiences like this are rare or somewhat common. This isn’t to brag or expose her, I’m just really curious.
